Finding out two years later through conversation that they literally STOLE HALF OF THE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS I SENT BACK TO THE MAINLAND!! Absolutely disgusting… when i shipped it off they said they close the boxes after since they are so busy during the holidays and come to find out my family 1000% did not receive half (the most expensive parts of the package). This plus already paying $80 to ship the freaking package (which actually ended up weighing less since they STOLE half the gifts). Whatever you do, do not go here!

The best UPS store on the island. They always help me with everything I need and are ready to answer any questions. They also all greet you when you go in. Love going there!!!

Wonderful service!! Ive been to this location, Ewa Beach, many times. They are so helpful and welcoming! I have used this store for a million different reasons and its always been a pleasure.

I caught an address mistake after I dropped off my packages. I called right as the truck was loading up. Instead of telling me that it was too late, the kind young man who had helped me earlier searched for my item on the truck and made the changes. He even called me to give me the updated tracking information. His great customer service while helping me in person, as well as over the phone, was nothing short of outstanding. Older kupuna far out in Makaha so where can I go for online help when needed? I realized I can always rely on one helpful place....the UPS store in Ewa Beach, Keaunui Drive. There I can get help to print out, copy, mail, fax whatever business papers I must deal with. No one has ever been as helpful!

Exceptional service! This is a one-stop-shop. I was there to return an Amazon package and to get a document notarized. While there I was offered other services in which I appreciated. The efficient professional at the counter asked if I needed a receipt to track my return, I was asked if I needed a copy of my notarized document, and I was asked if I needed the document faxed or mailed. I needed all these services but I didnt know the UPS store provided such. The services offered saved me time traveling elsewhere for additional service. I am grateful for the convenience the UPS store provided.

I love this store. The staff is always smiling and attentive. Even when they’re really busy they will chat or joke about current events or say “I’ll be right with you” and they all know my name and make a point of greeting me when I come through the door. I’ve been here since 2017. Intend to stay. Thanks guys for your wonderful service and Aloha warmth.

Dropped off a package to return this week. All 4 employees were not wearing masks during a global pandemic. How selfish! Ewa beach is a red zone for one of the higher areas of Covid positive cases on Oahu and this business obviously is either ignorant of that fact or doesnt care about community health. How shame!

This business is professional, curtious, so very welcoming. Every time I have to do business with them I leave smiling😊. They always help me when I am clueless & have to do something electronically. Theyre a great asset to our community!

Weve been in 3 times and each time we were treated nicely. Kayley (spelling?) Is especially nice. The store is clean which is a big plus. Staff seems to know everything they should. Id go back, but we are moving back to Maine.

When I went in to drop off boxes there was only one other customer in the store and the employee behind the counter was very curt and had zero personality. While she was helping the first customer she told me to tape up my box, which I felt was a little odd and rude for the customer she was helping. I work in customer service too and when Im with a customer especially if the store isnt busy I give them my full attention to make the experience a little more enjoyable rather than make them feel like they need to hurry up and get out of the store. I felt like I was imposing on her with my boxes, as she tried to rush me out of the store even though once the other customer left my mom and I were the only ones in the store. She was also very rude when I had my mom help me carry another of my boxes inside she asked my mom if she wanted a receipt and I said yes please, but she completely ignored me and kept aggressively asking my mom if she wanted a receipt for the box she was carrying until my mom told her it was my box. The store itself is fine, but Im going to go to a different ups store now with friendlier employees.

This was my first visit to this UPS store, and I will never be back. I had the absolute worst customer service experience Ive ever received at a UPS store. The clerk, Valorie was unbelievably rude. She blatantly ignored me when I walked in and got in line. She went out of her way to help someone else in the store who wasnt even in line without even acknowledging that I was standing right in front of her. Then she refuses to accept my prepaid return because it wasnt taped up and my return label wasnt affixed to my box. When I asked for some tape, she told me I could purchase some from the store. She then proceeded to slap my return label on the box without first taping the box shut. Ive returned packages to other UPS stores before and its always been such a pleasant experience. If their requirements for returns have changed, I am not aware of that. Still, she did not have to be that rude to a customer. Its a shame if this is where their customer service is headed.

I was immediately greeted by David, the owner of this location, as I entered the store. He was attentive to my needs and did so with a warm and friendly demeanor. David mentioned full mailbox services that will allow receiving of UPS and other package delivery companies- and of course along with US mail. This location offers a full range of document services such as full color printing, black & white copies, banners and signs. This The UPS Store is a welcomed small business that provide much needed business services to the growing Ewa community.

Disrespectfully rude & have that i don’t care attitude. The girl name Hailey or whatever her name is have bad manners. I am pregnant and I seriously don’t want to go that far but she honestly have no respect at all even when it comes to her job. Every time I call just to check my mail she always say no more instead of checking it. Didn’t they say call and make to check if u have mails? Save your time & your trip to the ups office but I guess she’s so lazy to do her job. I would give her 0 rate for her work & the rest of the workers I spoke to are nice & willing to help me but Hailey is very rude & she seems careless whatsoever!

Had to change from delivery to pickup at location. Got a text about my package and called ahead to ask about it, clerk on the other end of the phone interupted me and did not let me explain why I was calling.

Locally owned and operated by people who care! I had a misunderstanding at the store yesterday and left feeling like I was taken advantage of. I got a call from the owner today offering to reimburse me for my shipping costs to make up for the confusion. He clearly cares about his customers and I am very appreciative for the gesure today. Youll find help with your printing, supply, packaging and shipping needs at his store and you will get service that you dont find at stores these days! Highly recommend that you give them a try!

Best thing I ever did a year ago. Set up for business mail and parcels, especially all of of our business deliveries from across the US and Asia, even for our Under Armour Wesside Jrs Volleyball Club program apparel, equip, and other misc. They are great to work with and good hard working people. David is amazing owner, and very personable. Good fortune...
