An employee from jacksons just hang up on me!! They did false advertising to get more money from the customers!! Thats is totally wrong! I went and put gas and said yes to use their car wash! Knowing it would work i went to their car wash and nothing happened my card declined and i got frustrated! I called and the employee from Jacksons didnt even sound very helpful!! She just said shes busy and show her my receipt and hang up????!!! Wheres the justice on that! No clear procedure on how to get the car wash and false advertising ! I want my money back!

I go there for food and bathrooms! Area is better now.

Limited access due to their innate fear without any logic. That and the poor service is why I will never go back.

Pump malfunctioned and overcharged me, staff refused to investigate and appeared to be aware of the issue. I have reported to WA State weight and measures. Hope they get fined!

We had to pull over in somewhat of an emergency situation. My dad, who has ALS and is in a wheelchair sometimes has fits of choking and gagging where he can not breathe and needs us to use a machine to help him. We pulled over at this jacksons, not even in a parking space. I went in to grab some hot tea because it helps my dad ease his choking and gagging. The man at the register said kindly you know you guys are parked in the middle of the road?. I explained why and he said dont pay now, go take the tea to your dad and come back when he is ok. sometimes in tense situations an understanding stranger can be such a blessing.

Really bad experience, first the cashier was extremely slow, second she laughed at me when I ran into a locked door(door had no label or anything to notify anyone its locked) and the proceeded to make fun of me along with another customer
