Superb service by the gentleman working this afternoon. The rotors were completely wrong for my car even though the computer system had it as an exact replacement. He went out of his way to help me and it was greatly appreciated.

This place is a hit or miss with the staff. I went in there once and the guy working went above and beyond helping me. The last time I went there, another guy was short with me and they didnt have the part in stock. I asked if they could have it shipped to the store, he huffed and said I guess or you can just drive up north and pick it up yourself. I said forget it and left. I went to the other parts store and they took care of me with no issues. So, theres that.

Had a great experience at Everett AutoZone yesterday! A employee named Johnathan helped me install my battery in the rain so that I could get to work on time. The day before, another employee named Tyler also helped me out with a number of engine issues. Both men were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and their customer service was exceptional. I wish that I could give a rating greater then 5 stars! 10/10, thank you!

Rushed over to AZ a recent morning after my car got a jump start and tentative diagnosis from AAA. Yup, it was the battery. The staff member diagnosed it and recommended a new battery. As he was getting ready to install, TWO managers came out to make sure that the cars electrical system got an override so that the computer wouldnt shut off. This was my second visit. I could not be happier with the courteous and non-sexist bedside manners and knowledgeable service.

Jonathan was amazing! Our car battery died just down the street and when we got to the store he was able to help us make a budget friendly purchase in our price range and good quality battery. The world needs more people like Jonathan. Thanks again!!!!! P.s. he needs a raise!

I was greeted by asked why I was parked in the employee parking. Maybe I looked too poor for them. I hadnt shaved in a couple days. She was not friendly at all though. All spots in the picture are off limits, folks! Theres no sign posted, but theyll let you know inside! I have spent a load of money here over the years. Im affraid not any longer though. Go to OReillys!

I used to be loyal to OReillys because my girlfriends parents both work for OReillys. Well, one day I went in to AutoZone because my social anxiety wont let me go back into the same store 3 times in one day and Id forgotten a crucial product for my truck detail. And to make a short story long, I regret nearly every purchase Id made at OReillys because AutoZone had either the better product or better price.And theyre paint correction options were exponentially more diverse and updated. And they have some of the universal aftermarket upgrade items like cold air intakes and exhaust/mufflers there on shelf. I understand being on Broadway with all the theft/noodle-groovers around that they have to keep stuff stored in the back, away from dishonest people, so its a nice change of pace to be able to check out a part without being treated like im some type of criminal. Well AutoZone doesnt make me feel that way, I feel like I can actually browse without being pressed about what Im looking for.

The GM their was disrespectful. He actually took pictures of my car and license plates because I was shopping in the store for around 30min. ! And rudely told me to get out or he was going to call the cops! I was and have been a paying customer for over 10 years! Treated me like a criminal cause all my tattoos, jewelry and the car I drove was something he could never afford in his pathetic life. Just a jealous old man! Ill never step foot in that store again. Ill take my money straight to OReillys. Lucky I gave them 2 stars after that BS!

They can help you find the answers to most of your automotive questions. Most speacial orders you can get in same day or next day depends what time you order. Prices are descent not the best.

I typically have better luck with OReillys, but give this place 1st try since theyre closer. Most times I end up at OReillys after being disappointed here.

This is my favorite auto parts store!Staff knows their parts and are always fast and friendly to deal with and prices are very competitive with the other auto parts stores nearby.

These people are racist. I had crackhead tweeker threaten me in the store, call me a beaner, wet back and the store clerk did nothing about it. If you are of ethnic back round they will take your money, but you clearly are not treated as a true appreciated customer.

Went to get my battery tested and the guy told me my battery was at 71% and was no good then he was like let me test your alternator and said it was at 14 and then dropped to 13 and tried to tell me that it will drain my battery and by tomorrow morning my battery will be dead. The battery he tested was my old one that I replaced because I thought it was my battery when my car broke. It was actually the fuel pump. So I wanted to know if the old battery was still good so I could return the new battery. The guy treated me like I was a dumb female that doesnt know anything. He looks up the alternator for my car and is like oh yours is not cheap. Then told me about his lame ass story about his alternator like I had no clue about an alternator. Im not an idiot and just an FYI my old battery is still good as is my alternator. So you now lost my business!
