Great deals. Clean store, nice staff

I do not normally go to this Walmart because I live closer to another one. But today we were close to it and thought we would go there, they were pretty busy and of course not enough cashiers working, but the place was pretty good. But please have more cashiers working when it is busy! One for the things i was going to buy, I didnt because it rang up more expensive then what it said on the self. But I do recommend going to here, they have just about everything.

Its Walmart, covid hours. Thats really my only whine. Miss 24 hr wm. Had a wide variety of things to get & was able to get almost everything.There was alot of bare shelving right now, tho.No Charmin, no black craft paint, and no clear shower curtain liners. But other options aplenty. And lots of self checkout aisles open.

It would be helpful if Walmart could be consistant with what stock they carry.They no longer stock Carnation Malt, chicken fried rice seasoning and many others.The deli does not accommodate the working class.Their floor layout is ever changing, making it difficult for even the emmployees to easily locate items.

I dont really like the fact that I have to do the work of the cashier and check out my groceries or whatever I buy but I like all the people in there for the most part

This Walmart can be over crowded with limited cashiers. The service desk lines can be long and usually workers are just standing around or taking their time. However its hard to beat Wal-Mart prices

Prices are going up, bare shelves, and produce doesnt last long goes bad too quicky. And lastly, but Is just as bad as previous comments. WALMART YOU NEED CASHIERS BACK INSTEAD OF ALL SELF CHECK OUT! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Thank goodness for pick up option. The aisles are set way too closely and go too high. Its extremely claustrophobic to shop here. Options are usually pretty decent and pick up is super easy, as long as you know 24 hrs in advance what you want to buy. Cant believe how wonderful staff is for as little as theyre paid. Would be more willing to shop here if management paid a LIVING WAGE.

Walmart is a horrible place. They profile people when right when you walk in the door! They also assume youre a thief when you walk in the door as well! I will never ever shop at Walmart ever again

Bought a blender here today and had to return it. I used my debit card and if I need to return something I almost always return for cash because it can take up to 10 days to go back on my card. Today I was told that they dont return for cash anymore. Its a gift card or back on debit only. What a crock. My friend just returned something the other day and for cash back for it. Does anyone know if this policy change is true or did I just get a witch of an associate? Now I gotta buy something at Wal-Mart instead of using my money for whatever else I might have needed.

It was a normal experience the Walmart is that up like most other Walmart so its pretty easy to find things

Employees stocking shelves with massive carts have absolutely no regard for people shopping. Also, if you want something that is locked behind glass doors, don’t bother. They will page someone to give you assistance but nobody shows up. 👎🏻🖕

That place has gone to hell since its war on human tellers started. I waited in line for almost an hour to check my own items out. If I could pick less than one star, I would.

We are from out of town and this Walmart was very nice clean not busy quick check out. Will be back.

This place is like any other Walmart that you can find across America. The run more self scan registers than anything. Here lately due to supplier issues they gave been running out of certain items. I would recommend checking on their website to ensure the have what your looking for. Their was an issue with their money order machine yesterday. All in all its just a standard Walmart.

Not the worst Walmart in Evansville.. But, no cashiers, just the self checkouts.. Seemed like the only thing the employees were doing was blocking the isles. Such a dirty store.. Made me nervous to buy anything that wasnt canned or boxed. Ugh.

It was quite busy. I usually go to the west side store. But enjoyed the east side. Coustmers were very nice the staff should receive asrar in their crown for being so patient with coustmers

I understand being short staffed, every walmart is always short staffed just like every mcdonalds has a broken ice cream machine. Its the thing people know the two big franchises for. I have been trying to call walmart over a hour and a half with zero answer, so now my $400 pick up order will have to get canceled because of them and refunded. Which isnt the end of the world to some, but it was important to me. Hope it all works out. Poor customer service. If i even got one answer I would put 3 more stars.

I went to pick up my order and it was never picked so mad it was supposed to be ready at 7 and it just kept saying order being picked so I went over to the store kept calling the pick up number no answer so I went inside and they said I’m sorry your order was never done.!!!!!!!! Like really you all should have messaged or email telling me the order was not going to be picked so the manager just said if you want just cancel it I am so mad I just walk out

Never know what you are going to see at Walmart. Its almost worth just going to see the different characters that are walking around.

Im not going back to the east side Walmart Supercenter on Evansville, IN again. It is the only Walmart Supercenter in southwestern Indiana that never seems to have cashiers on duty. It is only the self-checkouts that are open the last few times Ive been there, no matter what time of day. Im not employed by Walmart nor does Walmart offer any sort of incentive to check yourself out, so why bother?

I am not a fan of negative reviews that are frivolous or entitled- but this is not one of those. I carted 2 toddlers all over your store and asked 5 different workers to help me purchase 2 pools that were located outside. No one would help me and when I tried to do scan and go after all of your customer service workers wouldnt help me- it told me they were out of stock. Even tho I was scanning 1 of the 6 that were sitting there. And your employee was sitting there a few feet away on his cell phone completely ignoring me after I asked if I was scanning the correct thing. So basically- I spent an hour there for 1 item- and still could not purchase the pool so I had to leave empty handed. mercy! that was ridiculousness!

We love ordering chicken trays for Sunday! But I’ve called them for weeks now starting Thursday and Friday and the deli will not answer. I go to another department and they transfer me and no answer. I let it ring for over 15 minutes and no answer. We love the chicken but they do not answer the phone! I give up. The west side store always answers off redbank road. Sucks to drive all the way across town but the other store will not answer.

This is my home store in more ways than one. Best employees ever!

I have Over Counter Drug Benefit. One item I could order online and my Walmart delivered it to me last night and gave me a goodie bag of cookies, candy and other useful items for my trouble. Thank you.

Its alot better than the Walmart was in our last city but its still walmart! They have a great selection the shelves are usually stocked it seemed and best of all is Walmart Pickup!!

Nice large store, but still no more selection than my smaller one. Arrangements of products seemed odd, hard to find. Then there was no registers open, leaving several customers having to wait 2-3 deep in the self checkouts because half of those were closed as well.

The shame youve laid off so many cashiers for the stupid self service lines oh, there were four of them that needed assistance while we were there and you didnt have anyone to assist. Shame on you Walmart

There is absolutely no reason 4 larger self checkouts only are open on Saturday afternoon. It’s bad enough customers have to self checkout- the least you could do is provide numerous lines that are OPEN AND FUNCTIONING. You took cashiers away and now you’re taking lanes available? It’s ridiculous. I’m looking at 14 registers closed down right now and the lines are far back into the women’s clothing. Unacceptable.

They were out of a lot of things that i buy. I never thought i would say this but Westside Walmart Is by far the best. Im an eastsider but Walmart East had better step it up. Its not as clean looking either.

Very friendly staff, fun place to go shopping! Its always excitement and entertainment within the public. Products are always filled and available, price is right!

I found most of my items, but dont appreciate having to check myself out and bag my own items. I think its rediculous.

Nice, quick shopping at Wal-Mart always low prices. Got in and out pretty quickly. I do miss them being open 24 hours. Sure did like coming for all my shopping needs when I gor off 2nd shift and it was never hectic in there in the early a.m.

Im Always a Huge Fan of Any Walmart Store They Truly Work Hard to Keep getting their return customers more and more deals all the while really starting to get get better quality merchandise in their Stores. Whats big for me is Knowing that their Return Policy Is Top Notch And For me I Helps me To Relax Knowing That if Something Should happen to a product that I purchased I Know without a doubt That They Will get Their Customers fixed up Fast , so for me Walmart Has always been my 1 stop shop...

Walmart no longer has cashiers and they also no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Didnt find out about no cash payments until after 30 minutes in line and tried to pay for my stuff. All self check out and card only. Had to leave empty handed. Almost $200 worth of merchandise. I had plenty of cash to pay for it but Walmart is apparently better than me cause they wont take my American money.

Love the store, but they need more cashiers to check people out, definitely dont be in a hurry when coming to this place always a line in checkout and self-checkout. So you will be waiting in line to leave always. Store is always super-busy. Considering its busiest side of town, the Wal-Mart should know it needs more cashiers at checkout to improve the speediest of getting in and out of store.

I love Newburgh Walmart. The employees are friendly and helpful and it is very easy to find what I need in a timely manner. Lines are far and in between.

An exciting experience as always you never know what youre going to run into there but my mission was accomplished with no delays

2 gentlemen were assembling bikes in the garden center. One who was still in training were very helpful. Then the gentleman who was over the self checkout was very kind and helpful to me.

Destroy all Walmarts. Clueless staff, can never find them unless theyre blocking entire aisles with freight skids, and the customers they draw....good god

They wouldnt let us leave out of one door we got yelled at by an elderly lady who had no idea that we was parked right outside of those doors. It was pouring down rain and we had to walk all the way around the building to get to are vehical so now my Gucci socks are extremely wet and this place can suck my ballz.

What would we do without Walmart? The only thing I would ask for, is that they would turn to JESUS and stop their left sided evil ways.

Sam Walton was a great man, he cared about the community and the people. His kids are nothing but crooks. All they have is self checkout which puts people out of work. I refuse to use self checkout and laid my merchandise on the floor and walked out.

Clean and fast place to shop,better than Westside Walmart.

Had to run in from the rain and buy a rain suit. Had one in stock, decently made also. Not a bad experience.

I was there at 830 a.m. and had a cart full of groceries. I went to check out and nothing was open except for the small items checkout. If I am going to have to check myself out, lower the prices or hire more help to ha e registers open at 7 a.m.

I called and looked online for what I wanted before even going up there and I was told they had what I wanted only to get there and they didnt have it at all disappointed wasted a trip across town to leave with nothing

Waited 45 minutes for help... they paged someone twice and I went to the front of the store and spoke with customer service. Had 3 workers walk right by me and another one turn down the aisle in front of us to avoid doing anything.

This morning, there was not a single cashier on duty. While I don’t mind the self check out when I only have a few items, when I have $200 worth of groceries in my cart, this alone means I have already spent a good deal of time loading a large amount of groceries into the cart. At 69 years of age, I’m already tired by this time and I don’t want to have to unload the cart as well as, check myself out.Is it really asking too much to have at least one cashier?The rude lady I spoke to sure did. So sad. Sure doesn’t make me want to go back.

Awful, no lanes open, only self checkout open. I dont appreciate this. I dont care if you are twenty or ninety. You are taking people jobs away. This will cause people to go to the smaller stores. Including me.

Sorry walmart isnt like it use to be. Things like toilet paper isle never stocked. Ask employees in a certain department m. They say oh hold on Im not in this department and walk off. So a person standing there like are they getting right person to help or did they just walk away??? Idk.but its not the same.they rush customers out rudely when its close to closing. Even though a person isnt the last person they just dont show great customer service anymore. Sorry.
