They didnt carry my NEW BALANCE shoes .I like 608;size 7 and a half wide . They told me to go to show carnival. Instead of trying to help me with getting a good pair of walking shoes they just walked away from me. Very disappointed with them.

The manager, Sydnie, is beyond helpful and personality plus!! She went above and beyond to help my 70 year old husband get a shirt and cap that he has been looking for for years as a birthday gift to himself! She made sure that it was in tip top shape! He is now like a kid with his Ricky Vaughn jersey and cap from “Major League “!

I buy from this Footlocker location a few times a year. Selection is good and has newer styles, but each trip has very disappointing customer service. If another store nearby had the styles I wanted, I would shop there. The employees spend more time talking to each other than the customer. No greeting, have to approach them for help, then a feeling that the employee is bothered for taking time out of their day to assist you. Hard to be excited about paying $200 for your new shoes when you feel you interfered with someones day and annoyed them just so you could purchase shoes. Not a terrible experience, but certainly unpleasant.

Terrible staff they treat you like pest and I went to return a show that was never worn and they said nope it dirty and has creases its the design I said and they told me to leave the store

I went to evansville about 3 days ago and i really liked this sweater so I called the store because I wanted to put on hold an item and the guy was rude and said he didn’t have the item, he didn’t even try to get help and hung up on me.
