The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of hats and boots to chose from. Quickly becoming on of my favorite stores.

Live this place its got all you western style need. This place has reasonable price friendly staff.

Love going there, dont ever want to leave. Always get my jeans and my husbands jeans there also among other things. Polite and courteous employees, clean and handicap accessible.

One lady was helping other to girl and the manager guy was point less.The register was locking the lady out and everybody else kept going to back

The set up and layout of the store is pretty nice. The staff could use some more training though. I worked for Rapid City Clothiers about 15 to 20 years ago and I feel as if I have forgotten more about Western wear, boots , the x factor in the hats etc. than they knew combined. But very friendly and courteous staff. Pretty good selection of everything . Over all pretty nice store.

When Boot Barn was located in the mall I would stop by every time on my way out. Yesterday was my first time visiting the new store and I honestly dont know if I will be returning. Being followed by store staff literally up and down each isle I went even standing there while I tried on a jacket is so rude and demeaning. Having you watch me like a hawk made shopping so uncomfortable and made me feel rushed. I understand people steal and I understand you dont know if Im the one who will steal but I sure didnt see others being followed the way I was. When I walked to the front of the store I seen you follow us pretending you were straightening up the display. I have worked in a store where things have gotten stolen but I have never stayed glued to a person like the store associate was and felt like yesterday. I suggest getting security cameras because the way the store associate was acting yesterday was like you all didnt have any. A camera can watch the whole store and everyone in it not just one person and can help prosecute someone who does actually steal..

Love this place the lady that opens it on Sunday mornings is so nice I was very happy because the Saturday night employs wasnt helpful and mad my guy mad and he left. But I went back the next morning because he need boots that afternoon for his sons wedding and Tammy was great . Thanks Tammy.

They had some nice things but they dont carry a lot of boots IN the store! I was so disappointed! The boots I saw on their site and was ready to purchase, I wanted to try on before hand. To find out this store only carries like two brands of the ones they have online. This cost them any business with my family.

Their selection of work boots is abissmal

I had them order me a pair of boots but was going to take two months to get them so I canceled the order but another pair of HH brand of cowboy boots like them pretty much. The person that checked me out didnt seem to know too much about anything

Staff is rude. They will tell you repeatedly that you wore the boots you were trying to return, and it would be up to the company to return your money should they decide to refund it. I might add that my daughter couldnt even fit into the boots I ordered for her...I did end up with my money back. A co worker of mine went in with an order she had received online and they straight up told her she needed to order in store because they didnt get commission for online orders Rude.

Website has hours open until 7pm. drove 1.5 hours, get there at 6:55pm. doors are locked and posted hours are 6pm... should really think about updating your website and Google.

Salesperson was somewhat helpful. This was our first time shopping for Western Wear. The salesperson made little effort to promote the stores merchandise.

They have all the styles of boots and western clothes and cowboy hats all under one roof.

It is expensive, but when you want something of value you have to pay the price for it. It is very clean and organized and they have a lot of boots to choose from.

I love this store. The smell, the quality and selection.

Went into boot barn to purchase my very first pair of cowboy boots. I was super excited to make my first purchase and man were people rude. They were rude to my kids and to meand my husband. I know I was wishy washy with my purchase. Trying to decide on a pair, then when I did - figuring out how a boot should feel and fit is a whole other issue. Firm like a hand shake not too tight with a little room in the back. Yup, I felt that way in the boot but it was a little snug. They said the boots would stretch and conform to your foot. While I was trying to decide, they yelled at my kids. Said they were going to call a store to see if they had my size then helped another customer. Truly an unpleasant experience. I know I kept switching my mind but we dont have boot barns around the corner from our house and Im not driving to Gurnee for a return. Love my boots. Hope they stretch just a wee bit more which Im sure they will.
