Unfortunately I didnt buy anything while I was there. Its my own fault for waiting until the day before Halloween but the shelves were nearly depleted. With that said oh, the merchandise that they did have was very well displayed, pricing tags were clear, and we did pick up a couple accessory items and when we stood in line there were six people in front of us. But we were still out the door three minutes later. Cant complain. Cant give them a high rating either because we dont know what they had.

Dude... Its, like, this place is solely dedicated to providing, like, PARTY SUPPLIES, man...and nothing else! I mean, not THOSE kinda party supplies, wink...but, like, balloons and decorations and stuff. Totally rad. The staff is friendly and helpful and even offer safety tips regarding helium and its, umm, usage. They were totally cool and I would gladly return next time I need stuff for a party. Its like a CITY that was built for everything that comes before Part B.

This was, by far, the cleanest Party City Ive ever been to. And Im very impressed seeing how I visited during the holiday rush. Everything was neatly organized.The store wasnt that busy, but I did count four employees helping customers, and a manager walking around. I didnt need any assistance this go around, but there was plenty of people available if I needed something.Checkout was very smooth. I was second in line and my wait was less than three minutes. As I was only purchasing one thing, my own checkout time was less than two minutes.Ill definitely visit again.

Didnt find what I needed but wouldnt have been so bad if employees werent so rude. I asked a question and response was rude and 2 employees standing there, both inattentive. Its a party store so should be a lot happier place. Will order my supplies online from now on and not waste my time.

Great place for anything party related and Halloween related too, tons of costumes, mask, and props available, as well as plastic cups, plates, forks, knives, spoons, platters, you name it its there.

Balloon centerpiece I ordered was nicely done and perfect for what we needed. The online order process was simple and thorough. The employees were courteous and helpful.

Would NOT honor shelf price for items on sale. Needed plates for our wedding reception and this store, as stated by employee there, had stocked them in the wrong place or place sale price in wrong place. Anyway, not my problem. They made the mistake but honor the price clearly marked. Will not be shopping there again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Went for minecraft party supplies, selection want the greatest but was there. Positive side just on entry they gave my daughter a balloon with my permission, and they kept the line moving fast too, great place.

For birthdays its top notch excellent. Not good for retirement, graduation, welcome home, get well.

Very clean and organized. Found what we were looking for. Cashier was polite and happy to serve us.

We got our kids Halloween costumes and they were out of some of the sizes that were still showing available. The employees were nice and helpful. They did forget to give us the mask that came with one of the costumes we realized once we got home and we called and they said they had it there so we had to go back and get it. Other than that the store was clean and checkout was fairly fast.

Always find what I wanted or something very similar. My visit was the Thursday before Halloween and the store was extremely busy. Even though lines were long, the cashiers were friendly and efficient and moved the wait in line time to just a few minutes.

Excellent customer service! When the contracted delivery service wouldn’t make right on a mistake, Party City remade and personally delivered the replacement balloon arrangements, even though the mistake wasn’t theirs. They made sure my son had some joy for his homebound pandemic birthday. THANK YOU, Party City!

Nice selection of stuff for parties. Specially for children.

Terrible service , First off employee would not attempt to find the costume we wanted . Then we found on our own but was on top shelf. We asked for help again only to be turned away. We got it off the shelf with a toy cane. Once we were in checkout we let someone know that we ended up getting it our self and the reply was what you want a cookie very unprofessional and very rude to paying customers.

Not much selection for BIRTHDAY decorations that I was looking for.No animal themed or Cat accessories .nothing like plates napkins plastic tablecloths center pieces.Not very helpful at all.I even spoke to a manager at the store..Didnt have an answer why they didnt carry those items.

This is a good place to go to meet all your party needs. They have plenty of Halloween costumes but unfortunately they were out of the 3 costumes that were somewhat close to what we wanted.a good thing about that we were able to put together a costume from there accessories.

No matter what time of year I go to this store the employees are always super helpful and eager to answer any questions I may have! Its actually been kind of a running tradition for my family ever year to stop by around Halloween and check out all the new decorations. The store is always neat and clean and Ive never had an issue shopping here!

They have a ton things for every occasion and hoilday. And tons of candy too. They are great around Halloween time and pretty much become a Halloween costume store and have some of the best Halloween props and costumes around. As a photographer I come here often to get props and other things for photo shoots.

It seemed to be a great store! The store was very clean and organized. We will be having a Moana party, there wasnt very much of a selection so we had to wing it with a few Hawaiian themed decorations, which was luckily on sale at the time! So that was a plus!

Online stock varied from in store stock. Even the guy who helped us said their system had several in stock but were out. Theres a lot of stuff, but better inventory management would be nice.

I was looking for the merry-go-round birthday party products listed online by this company. They didnt carry that pattern so we decided to use Unicorns. I had seen Unicorn party supplies in several other stores for more than fifty percent cheaper than Party Citys prices. Instead of paying $2.49 I paid $1.00 for plates and napkins alone.

Wonderful experience

Ordered my sons Halloween costume online to have shipped to the store and had the worst experience ever. The order should have been ready after a few hours but after 6 hours of not hearing anything from them I called the 800 number and was told after a 10 min wait to just call the store and give them my order number. I called the store and asked to check on the status of my order and the guy who answered told me that orders are normally ready in 2-3 hours and was about to hang up when I explained I had been waiting 6 hours. So they searched and couldnt find it. Turns out my order had never printed at the store but luckily they did still have 2 in the right size by the time they got my order ready. Then when I went to pick it up I didnt realize I was going to be paying for the item again since my card had already been charged from the online purchase. So total for the day I had $75 taken out of my account for one costume. I was told the money should be back on my card in 5-7 days. Unfortunately after looking online it appears a lot of people have problems getting their money back so we will see. Also if you use an online coupon and have the item picked up at store they wont honor the coupon since youre paying for it again at the store. All in all lesson learned and I will not be buying from them online ever again.

Everytime I go to Party City the staff is really nice and always seems willing to help me. It gets really busy around the end of September and through October because so many people are looking for Halloween costumes and decorations. The store always looks clean and organized. The prices are reasonable, not as cheap as Walmart, but the quality is usually a lot better.

Have trouble getting order correct

Party City was a wonderful but different experience they need someone there that is a little bit more knowledgeable and needing more help to assist there customers will I go back yes I will do to there is no other competition local.

A good place to buy stuff for any party

My wife and I stood in a long line patiently waiting to check out while there were three employees checking customers out. When we were next in line two employees stopped taking customers. One employee left and the other employee stood behind her register and stared at us. Once we started checking out she started taking the customers behind us. I have never experienced someone so rude and judgmental in customer service. We will definitey take our business elsewhere.

I was on lunch, thought I would browse as I had 30 extra minutes. I found several items in 10 minutes .Then, stood in line because there was only 1 register out of 4 open. This would be okay, if the people in front of me did not have a huge shopping cart full. i had a hand basket and had filled it and there was 2 ladies behind me with one item each in their hand. I stood there 15 minutes. Then had to ask if I could leave me basket and come back later to checkout. This is what i did. If you have 4 registers and atleast 8 other clerks working the floor, does it not make since to have the cashier call for help? Come on its your busiest time of year, Halloween!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
