Did a great job stitching up the seams in the leather covered rear seat in my ext cab pickup. Cover separated at the seams in 2 spots. Looks perfect!

We had a custom boat cover made. They up-sold us on a larger cover to go over the windshield. My only request when I ordered was that it be a trailerable cover. When we picked it up they had not cleaned any of the chalk lines off the fabric. The cover blew off on the way home right in the middle of the road as soon as we hit 40MPH. We took it back and they changed out some snaps and tried to make it better. It still will not hold up to the wind. A year later, many of the snaps have pulled out of the fabric and water is pooling on it in several places. It certainly was not the quality I was looking for and felt like I paid for. At more than 1/8th the cost of my boat, I am not sure I find value in it.

Staff not very friendly, over promises and under perform. Probably good for quick small projects, but big projects overwhelm them.
