At one time Kevin may have been the man at custom air brushing and art work that however was not the experience I had. I was told my project would be done in 2 weeks. I stopped by multiple times to find him not there and when I looked in the window the piece he was supposed to be painting was still sitting in the front lobby area I was give every excuse under the sun as to why it wasn’t done. Then it would take him days to get back with me. Finally I showed up to his place and just camped out till he finally showed up he promised me it would be done that weekend which it was however when I picked it up it looked like it was done as a middle school art project. There were runs in the paint or clear coat, fish eyes all through it the artwork was not centered and it really looks horrible. When I contacted him to express my displeasure he has since stopped returning calls or texts. I would highly suggest saving yourself time, aggravation, and money and go somewhere else to get your work done. Kevin Hess is a liar and a thief he promises you what you want to hear but absolutely does not deliver

Kevin is an incredible artist, that makes sure the job is done right at a reasonable price. His work speaks for itself. I had him paint my Harley several years ago and most recent had him paint my truck. I will definitely recommend him to anyone wanting custom paint.

Kevin painted this bike for me over a year ago and it still shines. The work speaks for itself. He sometimes does not estimate the time a job will take correctly, but the results are worth the wait. The attached picture with the parts in my trunk show the dents and the general poor condition of the tank that he was able to repair back to like new.

Gave him a basketball to repaint over a week ago and told me it would be done in 1 to 2 days I have reached out to him every day and still no response.

Kevin has done custom paint on our Motorcycles since 2009. You will not find better art work for the price. Very quality job. Kevin is currently working on a project for me now. Excited to see the results!!!

I contacted Kevin Hess @ Custom Creations in November of 2015 to do something​ different with my 1997 Road King which already had a Custom paint job on it with what is called Lilac Lilac (Purple) Marbelized Paint and I wanted to add Green Flames to it and be able to get it back in time for the upcoming bike show in January of 2016, we agreed on a price which I thought was very reasonable for the work that was asked for Kevin to do, my bike was picked up on Thanksgiving weekend, Kevin disassembled my bike at his shop did the paint work that I asked for and reassembled the bike, he trailered it to the Show in January so it could be displayed in his Booth for that weekend, People couldnt believe how much it changed the looks of the bike and how great the 2 colors went together, and Kevin took it upon himself to deliver the bike back to my house on Sunday night after the Show was over, so if youre looking for a reasonably priced Shop that will go out of his way to do the job the way you want it and not the way he wants it then go check out Kevin Hess @ Custom Creations. I had taken my Car to Kevin after a horrible experience at another shop. He fixed everything that was wrong and did it on a budget that I can afford. My car was niticed everywhere I went. I plan in taking my bike there just as soon as I can. Thanks Kevin!!

Sent Kevin Hess a check for $1000.00 to paint a motorcycle gas tank, sent him a new tank, sent him the old tank along as a guide. Now a month later he cashed my check and kept my gas tanks. He promised the tank would be done within a week and now he wont return my calls. I just want the gas tank painted because it was for a friend who is deceased and the family wanted the motorcycle as kind of rolling tribute to their dad. The dad loved the paint job Kevin originally did and wanted Kevin to recreate his work. Kevin knew the guy died right before the tank was sent too. Maybe thats why he doesnt contact me and took the money?? Kevin - the family would like either you to paint the tank as promised or return the money and tanks I sent you. Its the decent thing to do. If we can resolve this I will be happy to remove this review. Please contact me. I have also logged a complaint with the BBB.12/18/15 - Its been over two months now. Kevin keeps promising next week next week. Last week he said the parts are all done and will be shipped back by 12/16 (mid week). Nothing again. He only contacts customers when forced to, like when the insurance company contacts him that they will be giving the claim over to their legal department. Then all of sudden he is talking left and right how he hurt his back, how the really awesome paint shop wasnt set up , blah blah blah blah. If you dont want to get ripped off stay away. I told him I would take this down if he made good and it doesnt matter to him. What does that say about what kind of person he is??1/6/16 - Still no word. Kevin messaged me no facebook three weeks ago that the parts are done. But then no communication. The guy is just a pathological liar. He used to have a business page that was full of bad reviews but now that has been taken down. Save yourself a lot of trouble. Dont get ripped off by kevin. Have a reputable painter do the work.Just as an update - Finally got the tank and fender back. I had to contact the Indiana state attorney and consumer protection. Another person contacted me offering the help of a lawyer and I finally got the parts back. I will say the paint job was very nice but considering all the trouble for months on end and aggravation, not worth it.

Paid Kevin to do a job. Was done in wrong color. When asked to make right, he said he’d give me my money back, then blocked my # & never return any message on Facebook or messenger. Pure crook in my book. Keep away if possible.
