Love cricket. I up graded my grandson phone. Changed phone # and switched phone#. to a different phone.

This location is certainly not in the best of areas, a guy was recently shot and killed and shootings are very common. Service is fair at best, usually just one guy working and people end up waiting quite a long time. Good selection of phones however there is no payment plan except through a third party that rips you off. Plans are ok but if you read the fine print you realize your data will often be slowed, you are using someone elses network so it is not surprising. Overall I would not recommend, try to go with a bigger service that owns their own network.

Every couple months I update my phone and of all the prepaid providers on this one block, Cricket is hands down the best.The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to answer my questions.They are fast and friendly and have never lied to get the sale.I recommend this place.

I just totally love this store. the staff was tremendous in their efforts in aiding me with my new phone. the managers mynor and Felicia made sure I was taken care of. these two really deserve raises. all the reps had reputable knowledge of their products and knew what suited me the best. thank you cricket!

I wanted to get my phone upgraded and I also wanted to return my old phones case and I still had the receipt for that and the receipt said NO REFUNDS. That day I learned my lesson to think about what I want to buy before buying it because later you might not want it and you wont be able to return it to get your money back.
