This Publix has bad quality on fruits and Vegetables compared to other ones!

I love this Publix. Theyre also stocked. Only issue is deli. Theyre always out of chicken during dinner hours. You would think thats when theyd make plenty. Nope, not this one

One of my favorite supermarkets. The folks there are very nice and cordial.

I ordered a pair of subs preemptively in-app, unfortunately it happened to be set to right after a large order. Had to wait 30 minutes past my pick up time and was disappointed in the chicken tender consistency.But the staff was pleasant and the store is kept nicely.

I came in needing flowers for my wife. Jordan went out of his way to make them perfect for her! He didnt work in that department but took the time to provide me the perfect experience! Thanks Jordan!

Great food selections at Publix. I especially love their deli fried chicken. Publix sweet tea always a favorite too.

Its Publix, how can you not give 5 stars. Always clean, always an open register with a person and self check out garbage. Fried chicken always great. Subs are good. Bathrooms are clean and I dont have to worry about my kid as much as say in a Wal-Mart nasty bathroom.

Their selections are pretty wide spreadSo you can usually get what you want. The bakery is really good. Variety of stuff.

Publix is my daily stop. They are friendly, it is always clean and well stocked. If you cant find it they have cheerful employees that will walk you to it, not just point.

The customer service at this location is simply the best. In contrast, the folks at Loch Leven need to work on their people skills. The Eustis store is always well stocked and employees are helpful, cheerful, and eager to serve. It’s always a pleasant experience. Thank you!!

Cleanest Publix Ive seen in a while. Good selection of in stock items. My cashier recognized my purchase and advised me my purchase was buy one get one free. Then directed the stocker to get one for me. Great customer service.

I love the chicken tenders subs and the fried chicken. But sometimes I get frustrated when do online orders. Cus when u come to pick up 7/10 they are not ready.

This location is really bad. Consistently out if products. When you ask a manager about it , they give you attitude. And pass the buck. One Manager I have dealt with twice ( I doubt he remembers me which is fine because it was several months apart) but he was exactly the same way the first time. Blaming “limited availability” or “distributors”. However other locations are fully stocked. Tavares up the street one way , and Mount Dora the opposite way.So I find that very hard to believe it is an issue. The other thing that is very annoying in this store is the placement of items. It’s not consistent with other locations. You can have two of the same type of item , but they’re located in different parts of the store, when they should be together.Obviously that is a design flaw and not management.I do feel very bad for the employees at this location trying to deal with this. I’m sure it’s frustrating to have such a terrible manager. The other thing that struck me odd, is that when I was there the most recent time, the store was busy and an employee was given special treatment when they were a lot of people waiting in line. I can understand if they’re on break or something, but they should be able to clock in or out late in that situation and have management approval and not count against them. I don’t think this is really a problem at other locations. I have shopped at extremely busy Publix stores and have never seen anything so chaotic. Which means it is a management issue. It is a very uncomfortable feeling and very stressful to shop in this store because of such mismanagement. I will avoid as much as possible.

Have been shopping here for 22 yrs. Great staff, forever helpful. The women who service the customer service desk all need gold medals and a huge raise!! The meat dept needs to stop leaving so much fat on their Greenwise boneless-skinless chicken breasts. They already cost a lot$$$.

Personally, I didnt care for the way one of the pharmacists yelled at me in front of a full line of people, which included the waiting area for those who were getting vaccines. I didnt care to be named in front of all these strangers about how I was the reason why he had to drop what he was doing for everyone else, so he could fill my prescription. I was told my meds would be filled by 3, I wasnt trying to rush anyone. A few months ago I left a very clearly angry voicemail for him stating that when i came in to get my meds I would greatly appreciate NOT being patronized, antagonized, or treated in any way that made me feel less important than everyone else- I already know Im not as important as everyone else. This has bothered me for months, two wrongs dont make a right and I wanted to apologize bc I genuinely do still feel guilty for having lashed out, I fully shoulder that. This has weighed on my mind for months, since the initial yell- lecture I had recieved. I dont like being treated like I cant wait my turn, bc Im not like that, but thats how I got treated in the months following, I suppose instead of actually being yelled at. I didnt deserve that. I feel the need to apologize bc I did something wrong and unfair, I also feel however that I was treated unfairly. I didnt display my character very well in the moment I left voicemail and I take full responsibility for that. I should have handled it better.

Being that the store is part of my weekly routine before I go into work I can say every time I go in there Im always greeted. At a time when it is very difficult for a store to have a small-town appeal I believe that they go out of their way to do that and make you feel welcome .

We shop here all the time. In store shopping, pharmacy, and online orders-in store pickups. Have never had an issue and everyone is always very friendly. Parking lot takes some getting used to, but 🤷‍♂️.

Let me start by saying I love Publix , but every time I have shopped at this location, the deli department or more to the point, sandwich station of the deli department has let me down, waiting patiently always, but couldn’t do it anymore. The lady making sandwiches could not get any help nor could she just stay and deal with the customers in line waiting to get their sandwiches but every time someone would come up to the deli meal side she would slip over to take care of them and leave us hanging. This shows very poor management of the entire department and solidified the fact that I will never return to this location, especially when there is another Publix just a few short miles away.....

Was only the second person in line and had to wait 15 minutes to get waited on in the deli. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. There was 6 employees (1 was a manager). The rest of the store is great, but deli has issues.

Normally I would rate Publix better. I have recently moved and the nearest Publix does not meet my expectations. The dell is the worst I have come across since moving to Florida in 1984.

My experience was not 5 stars, but that was mostly my fault. I picked up some Publix Premium ice cream, as well as other items, thinking it was 2 for $5. Turns out that was for small containers. Got to read the details! Oh well, itll still taste good.

Me and my wife went to this location last week for some fruit, the produce was good, and so were the produce employees. My wife was with me in an electric cart, and i experienced an issue with a bagger at checkout. The bagger, whos name is Raymond i believe, must have thought we were taking too long to check out, because as my wife was putting her wallet away and getting organized, the bagger huffed and walked away. I love this Publix but if instances like this reoccur, than you can no longer expect business from people like me and my wife. This behavior by an employee in such a praised company is ridiculous! They need to hire more patient and understanding people.

This is a nice, clean Publix store. This location has all the grocery items youd expect. The produce section has fresh fruit and vegetables that are of a high quality. There is also a wine section and a pharmacy here too.
