My spouse is a c-pap user with Apria Healthcare. We both have severe asthma and the last two times we have visited the Eureka Apria Healthcare office there has been a dog lying in the secretary area. I am allergic to dogs and find this to be mind boggling that animals are allowed to be in a respiratory office. We will be talking to his Dr. to switch to another breathing company. I love animals but shame on this company for allowing animals to be in a respiratory establishment.

So happy to deal with this company for my wife’s oxygen equipment. The staff is great to work with from the office staff to the delivery men. My wife and I are very great full.

I want to take a moment and recognize the great work David does for the company. He is the driver that services my wife and I. He makes you feel like you are a real person and not just someone talking to a brick wall. We always look forward to seeing him for our deliveries. I know people are very busy in life and dont always take a moment to write/state the good but I wanted to make sure today we did. Thank you David.

Not only has everyone been so nice and friendly here but they get it done. Whitney is just the best! She tracked down all the paperwork needed to get my husband set up with his cpap and put up with all my phone calls and checking in with a smile and great attitude! We previously were sent to lincare which was a total joke and after 2 months of no help and nothing happening we switched to Apria and wish we would have done it sooner.

I have received exceptional service from the office staff. We ran into issues needing missing documents to process my cpap order and the friendly staff went above and beyond to get the information and help me with all of my needs. I highly recommend their services.

Thank you eureka staff for making my experience wonderful! I received my cpap and it was easy and smooth. I’m sad to see negative reviews but I guess people are more apt to write a bad review versus the many people with great experiences who forget to write the good reviews. Kudos. The sleep lab highly recommended Apria and I see why!

Got my oxygen machine from Apria. The dr ordered the oxygen the day I was at the appt. there was a prescription issue but over all easy going. I’m happy so far.

One of our patients lost use of his Bipap machine in a house fire. Tyler the manger was able to get the patient a new machine within less than 24 hours so the patient would not be without his equipment.

Theyve been sitting on the insurance authorization for a month now! They kept trying to tell me they didnt have the auth yet until I finally countered with, Well, Im looking at the auth on my insurance website, and it was issued on June 12th. Theft suddenly magically had the auth and were ready to schedule delivery.Now, here we are at 10:43 pm the night before I have to leave to take my 16 year old son to San Francisco for surgery on both of his Achilles tendons and I have no wheelchair for him to use after surgery! First, they tried to tell me it was delivered at 1:41 pm. I asked if they required a signature for delivery and they said they do. I then informed then that I want to see the signature because it isnt mine. Ive been home all day waiting on this wheelchair and NOBODY had been to my house, nor has anyone called me! They supposedly put 4 orders in to redeliver the chair tonight and still NOTHING! The after hours call center suggested I go into the local office at 8am tomorrow because apparently they cant even get in touch with their own drivers! Now, despite this wheelchair being 100% covered and paid for by my insurance, Ive got to go track the thing down myself on the morning that Im supposed to be driving to SF for my sons surgery. Without this chair, Ill have to reschedule his surgery which means also having to get an updated authorization with a corrected date from the insurance company. All because some idiot driver falsify claimed they delivered something they didnt actually deliver.

My husband died last December and Apria picked up all his oxygen equipment. Six months later - today... I receive an box of supplies for my dead husband - via FedEx. When I attempted to phone the local Apria office, I got spun into the worst maze of recorded options I have ever encountered. None of the options - including pressing zero - allowed me to speak to a person. I finally in desperation picked a random option and was told (by a recording) that the wait for a live person would be 10 minutes. I hung up. I assume they are ripping off Medicare or whomever is the payor for these supplies. Id better not get a bill. 😡

Very rude and unhelpful. Unable to get tubing to fit cpap after multiple tries. I will definitely not recommend or use them again!!! Im going to Broadway Medical or Lincare

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. For starters, beware of the phone tree. Apria is a $1.5 billion built on incompetency. They are very comfortable with passing the buck to the next service agent. We spent hours trying to change the delivery address. Aprias computer log showed an old address. Last week the Apria truck kept attempting to deliver to an old address. We waited with the medical transport team for over 4 hours while Aprias truck kept driving around the neighborhood lost and confused. Finally escalated it through the hospital and thats what worked. These people dont care. I think they get paid by the mile. This week when i fired them, once again the Apria truck hit the road lost and confused and took three days to pick up their equipment.On the third day when they called to ask for the address i just laughed and hung up the phone. Idiots.

My husband was ordered CPAP machine with all the supplies. It was sent to Apria 3 times and they kept saying they didnt have the order. They finally got the order and took 2 weeks to get delivered.He started using it the first night. After 1 week, we received a call that Apria wasnt getting readings from the machine. Our house does not receive satellite signal to transmit to Apria.So, my husband took the machine to the local Apria office. He was told at the local office that he had another patients machine and titrations for the CPAP. So, the gave new machine and told my husband to bring in the chip in the machine every 2 weeks and they would send to our insurance, so he did this.After 3 months, we lost our insurance to go my disability being extended after surgery. We told the local office this before we lost insurance and they said we could pay $55-56: month and keep machine.Yesterday, they took $959.16 out of our checking account, which is more than half my disability payment. I called Apria and was told by a Supervisor that the local office gave us wrong information about payment and because we had auto pay, and because our insurance had an agreement with Apria, we were billed for the remainder of the cost of the CPAP machine.When I asked about letting us know this was going to happen so we could make payments, she says(Supervisor), Your insurance wouldnt pay for anything when you had it either because your husband was noncompliant.I explained about the signal and that my husband took chip in every 2 weeks. He has print outs of being over compliant!!!Again, dismissed and did not help and says no way to reverse charges!So I found our EOBs( Explanation of Benefits) for April, May, and June. They all stated that the insurance needed the sleep study and the order from the doctor and then they would see about coverage for the equipment and supplies.My husband took this to local office to see if they would send these things and re-bill the insurance and they said they would but no refund, nothing.I will not deal with thus company or refer anyone to them.CAUTION: No Custoner Service!!! No Accountability!!! HIPPA VIOLATIONS!!!
