I ordered supplies two weeks ago, my doctor sent over all the required information so I can get my CPAP supplies. I reached out by email to this company and they didn’t reply. I tried to call waited on hold for over 10 minutes and never got somebody so I hung up and called back immediately. My second call was just after closing so that’s probably why they didn’t answer the call the first time around. I tried to email them again in my email has been blocked from their server. I need CPAP supplies and I can’t find them anywhere and now I have to start from scratch because they don’t think customer service is important here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS!!! A week ago I took in a prescription for a wheelchair for my mother to the Plano store. I had purchased several other items from them and had always had a good experience. I was told that the wheelchair would be ready by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. I called on Thursday and was told I would receive a call back in just a few minutes. I didnt receive a call back on Thursday. On Friday, I called the Plano store. Again, Im told I would receive a call back in a few minutes. Two hours later, I call back to be told that Medical Xpress was waiting for information sent to my mothers doctor. I ask when the information was sent to the doctors office, they cant tell me. I call the doctors office and they dont have any request from Medical Xpress. I call back and speak with someone named Kayla who is about the most unprofessional and rudest person, Ive encountered in quite a long time. I ask her when the information was sent and if it was sent by fax or email. Kayla doesnt know - but shes sure it was sent. I ask how shes sure, she tells me because she said so. When I ask to speak with her manager, there is no manager available. She tells me that the manager is at lunch. I ask for a call back from the manager - call back never happens. Here we are a week later and they are still checking. Please note: I gave them one star because I cant leave a review unless I rate them. They dont even deserve the one star!!

I have only had to use this store twice, but both times I was able to go right to the counter, tell them what I was looking for and ask questions about different options and/or how each worked. Will use them again.

Super friendly staff. I got in & out very quickly. Well... I would have if I hadnt stayed & spoke with the staff members - so friendly & helpful!!I will be back!

Picking some stuff up for grandma and wow! Love the customer service. I have been and contacted alot of places lately and they have been the best. Definitely worth the drive!!! :)

They do have a good site but l most say l Dont like their customer care so thats why l prefer Ganjacrib👍to them cause l notice they do have good customer care and good quality products. 👍

It was ok but i have been twice and they dont really let you look around i use a lot of med supplys for my husband and would have liked to look around! I guess i will continue to order online elsewhere.

This place has moved to a different address and changed its name to Medical Xpress.It is now at 203 S. Ector Dr. Euless, Tx
