This is the worst place to deal with! Just trying to get a materials quote. Getting the run around and hung up on. The lady who I answers the phone is the rudest person ever. Just sounds like she hates her life, definitely her job. Then she transfers me to sales they kept calling me Jeff, asking about trying to release a hold or something I told them this isnt Jeff and they just hung up. Tried calling back and they just kept sending me to voice-mail. Absolutely ridiculous!

Im a Sub , I requested price for material that I never gotafter several days and emails to one of the sales persons .. many calls to the front desk and same answer: --some rep will call you shortly-I placed the order for this material without getting pricingcause job was in about to start , and what we got?--this project is one of many of a big chain of Coffee Shops ,--same frustrating results,finally I contacted manager Tom Jeter , explained all the situation from weeks ago , and his words? Ill make somebody to call you, which of course , never happenedOne of the worst customers service from any supplier.Do not waste your time there.

I love acme... But the phone system sometimes is difficult to reach the staff, but once you do they are Amazing.

Called all day but I was told that an associate would call back but never received a call. Every time I called, they said they would call me back. They also need someone with better customer service to answer their calls. She made me feel like I was burdening her by wanting to be a customer. I was ready to pay today. Unfortunate.

Was treated like diseased meat. They wouldn’t let us in to the showroom, despite exemptions.

Helpful staff. Glad to have stopped here. I was able to find brick that matches my 44 year old house.

Fast service....bilingual...and fast

I dealt with Victoria while purchasing brick and she was GREAT! It is the plant and delivery I have issues with. I was told the brick that I ordered was in stock... I purchased the in stock brick 4/2/16 and as of today 4/29/16 there is no sign of the brick. I called Victoria and she informed me that delivery was pushed to Tuesday 5/3/16!!! This is not good business to me.

Acme Brick is a great store. I met with Andrea in the showroom and helped me find the brick that I need and the stone. I dont know what I would do without that great customer service. I hope I can build a new house with them.

We ordered over 12,000 brick and were told it could be delivered in 4 to 5 business days when we were ready for it. We called the next week to ask if we could have part of the order delivered now and the rest later since we were bricking two buildings. We got the voicemail of our salesperson. When we didnt receive a return call, we called the next day and talked to a different person since we couldnt get hold of the lady that sold the brick to us. The answer to every question we had was probably or I think so. She couldnt give us any answers. The third day of trying to get answers and delivery we got hold of the sales lady. She said she would email for an answer and get back to me. Never heard from her again - four days later - after calling and leaving more messages and husband leaving messages - we called about the policy on refunds. Nobody asked why, nobody cared. When I offered why, the answer was okay. I called back after I got may card ready for the refund 10 minutes later - was put through to voicemail. Called back and asked to speak to a live person, got someone new. Told my story again, got another okay. So between four different reps from there, got nowhere and got no customer service. Cancelled order and going somewhere where they care to provide customer service. It should be noted that we bought brick for a house we build around 2005 here and had a very good experience. Not sure what has happened over there, but I would recommend going somewhere you can get some service.

Not getting a real person to find out their store hours during the week of Christmas. I just kept getting an automatic voice system giving me the same information every time I pushed a number!

Realy bad comunication call sales depa. And no answer leave a message never return calls.

For some reason their phone menu is circular. Press 4 for sales and it just repeats the main menu. All I could do was leave a voicemail.
