Sales associates always greet customers upon entry to the store. They always ask if assistance is needed. They’re consistently friendly and helpful especially Tammy. The store is well stocked with a variety of beauty care products.

I walked in the door, no greeting at all. One person was at the cash register, she didnt greet. Then when she finished with a customer, she goes in the back, I guess to go get the other person, she comes out, no nothing, may I help you, nothing. Both saw I had something that I wanted to return in my bag. Neither women addressed. I stood in the aisle that I wanted help at for 5 minutes. Neither women addressed me in order to help me. I walk out and then one of the ladies say havw a good day. This was a horrible service. I will never go there again. I thought it would be nice since its close to my home but nope. Ill go back to thw one in NRH. YOU need to train them on customer service. Thank you!

The manager here is so amazing!! She is very sweet and humble! I had the most horrible day ever & she helped me with everything I needed! Her employees are so friendly and this is the cleanest Sally’s that I have been to thus far! Everything is so organized! Some things are not in stock because the warehouse , but the manager was able to recommend similar products!! She’s amazing!

Worst customer service EVER!!! Came in today at 3:30pm and neither sales associate spoke to me or asked if I needed any assistance. I couldnt find what I was looking for, so I simply left. Again, neither person said ANYTHING. There was only one other person in the store at checkout. Smh...

Went in for hair color and got friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive service! Love all the ladies at this location! The service, prices, and selection guarantee I will stay a Sallys customer!

I go to Sallys as the have the best variety and the products I use for coloring me hair, so I can mi colors that match what I want. The help is almost all ways Great. I appreciate also there packets of conditioners and a few other things there I really like. Fairly reasonable and good help. Also with the exception of recent construction, that is not any of the Businesses in areas fault. Will continue as long as they carry what I need.

My wife and I visited so that she could purchase some hair coloring products. The sales associate was very helpful in assisting my wife in the best products for her hair and color. I love this location, just wish you would advertise closing early today. I pulled up at 6:05pm and myself along with 3 other cars left because the door was locked.

The sales person was rude after I asked her to check a price that wasn’t matching the label and I bought the items but she continued to be very unfriendly. I like Sally beauty but I’m not using this store anymore! I’ll find another one!

I shop this store exclusively because Mona the manager and the asst. manager are SO super friendly and super professional! All other stores I have been in like this treat men like they are freaks, weirdos, or are insult you in some way.These ladies treat EVERYBODY like extremely valued customers! Even the guys!!As long as I need hair products, I will shop this store, as long as these two wonderful ladies are managing it!!!

Terrible location. Terrible customer service. And this is coming from someone who worked here herself. If you want real customer service go to another Sally’s location. If not then you’ll be “greeted” by some of the scummiest/ most immature people you’d ever encounter in your life. ALSO, don’t even think consider working here. They continuously steal the products they are supposed to be selling to the customers, or damage products and never even attempt to fix/ order new things for customer satisfaction . They don’t train workers properly, Purposely try to get other team members fired, and don’t understand how to respect themselves or others. The manager is disgusting and immature, constantly calling customers nasty names. This store continues to treat customers like trash and instead of giving alternatives to try and be helpful, they give people attitude and shoo them out of the store.This store needs to be shut down before any further damage is caused.

I’ve been here twice and both times employees have had nasty attitudes and kept staring making faces. I understand that they’re trained to ask you if you need help finding anything when they see you. But if i dont hear you the first time due to wearing headphones there is no need to catch a ridiculously ugly attitude. Not only that but when told that i dont need help the they went to a corner and started whispering. “ watch the mexicans”. Is this really how to properly run a business? Ridiculous.

Poor service. Every Sallys that I been to I get the worst attitude from their employees. Not only that, every product I have purchased from them I had to come back to return due to bad quality.
