Great customer service despite the spike in customers. I definitely recommend checking inventory of different stores before heading to a location! Some stores arent getting as much traffic.

The workers were less than helpful and quite rude.

Changed review on 11/4/21 there was nothing wrong with Party city. The staff were working hard to keep the line moving and help customers. Being extremely nervous in an already crowded store with rude people days from Halloween is not the stores fault. Apologies for lack of proper review.

I was greeted by Jennifer who didn’t really greet me kind of just looked at me. Only to Realize that she must not be having a good day because she was very rude to her employee, Lina , I believe her name was. But her name starts with an L. She wears glasses and has curly hair. I did not appreciate the interaction between the employees at all being that the employee inferior to the manager was simply asking a question for clarity. Jennifer was extremely rude and dismissive to the employee. This is not a good environment anyone wants to work in. I just came to buy balloons and luckily I did because the young girl looks like she is afraid to speak up for herself. Do better people. Be better humans!

When I tell you it took 30 minutes to have my balloons blown up. The little girl kept getting distracted and doing other things. When I initially asked her where the specific balloon was that I was looking for she said she was new there and she’d page the manager to ask where the balloons were located. Btw super hesitant on assisting me🙄The manager short lady walked off when she knew I was purchasing balloons. Everyone kept coming and getting served before me. Definitely never coming back! Terrible customer service

I just wanted to give recognition to the staff at Party City at 121 hwy in Euless Tx; I was late picking up a balloon order tonight — when I called RJ, he was so polite and the front staff stayed and waited for me even when they should have been closing. It really made my day and my 3 yr old was so happy to see balloons when I got home; thank you for having a great staff at this location

Customer Service is awlful at this store. They are all rude and disregard customer needs. No personality in any of the reps at front, no apologies for long wait times, no empathy, and no professionalism at all! They are not following CDC guidelines either. Worst experience I have ever had at a Party City! I will never go there again!

What’s the point or curb side pick up if you can’t get through the phone lines. There were two ladies in the front. The lady with brown hair was nice about it but the white haired lady gave me an attitude. They said they have a conference call in the back. Very inconvenient especially with little ones.

Sad Halloween because of the bad experience with had with this Party City location. I ordered a delivery of 36 balloons last week for our Halloween party and only 31 arrived today. I spoke with the delivery company who was very nice and they said that they just pick up and delivery for Party City without checking the the orders. They told me to to call the store. The employee who answered my call was so rude and never apologized for the mistake. She said I could seek a reimbursement which would take several days. I told her I needed my complete order today because the balloon arrangement for my party required six complete sets of balloons so I offered to come to the store, pick them up, and maybe they could give a few extra to make up for their mistake. To which she replied “we’re not taking balloon orders right now and we don’t compensate for inconveniencing you.” Wow. Messing up a customer’s order, not apologizing, not willing to correct their mistake, AND being rude is a great way to earn a bad review. I’d invest a lot more in training employees in basic customer service behavior.

This location failed to deliver my daughters birthday balloons in time for her party. They kept pushing the time back all afternoon until it was too late. I kept calling the store to get a cancelation, and the employees kept disconnecting me. I had my husband call and they actually talked to him. 😡 Hopefully my refund goes through so I dont have to deal with these people again!

They are so slow at the cash register. When you have an online order you still have to wait to pick up your order. Might as well just order it in person. I asked a woman (I think she was a manager) where I should wait for the online order and she was very rude.

I was blown away by how easy it was to order my party supplies online for DELIVERY! I ordered balloons, party favors, plates, etc. A representative even called me to see if I wanted the balloons blown-up, which I did. Delivery was right on time (I requested delivery the day before just incase anything went wrong. The balloons were Mylar so I knew they would be okay) and I didnt have to worry about going out to get stuff for the party. It was a great experience and everything I ordered was delivered.

Bought some balloons for my wifes bday. Cashier acted like it was a chore to help me. If it wasnt so close to home and dollar tree didnt have a long line... I didnt have a choice. It was just a sad sad experience.... Wont be back. Management needs to really step it up.....

Great place to go for cheap party supplies! Large selection of basic party supplies, with multiple different party themes. Not a large section of cards. Not a lot of staff, but they are all friendly and take their time to help you get what you came for even in a rush. Also you can order online, and they have same day pickup/delivery! Definitely would recommend this place!

Always had a great experience here. Just recently the cashiers were very kind in helping me to conceal some gender reveal balloons from my daughter while we shopped and they inflated them and had them taped up inside a box. They were quick to understand what I came in asking for and I will definitely continue to go to them for all my party supply needs.

Great place for last minute party plans/needs but better prices can be found elsewhere if you have more time, and customer service quality is hit or miss. Balloon service is reliable.Searching/shopping on their website is easier than in store. Halloween is good for specific or themed costumes but not quality or niche fandoms, and in store costumes are lacking out of season.

This must be the most abysmal place on Earth. Gaudy party decorations everywhere, some of the most measurable and unhelpful staff around.the number of times I have gone into party City to get party decorations for my kids birthday parties that they havent had is too numerous to count. Its easier just order from Target or Amazon. The only reason I go to party City is to get balloons. I hate it every single time

Usually have the biggest selection on the best supplies at the cheapest prices. Alot of times the store prices beat the online prices which works out fantastic. They will have costumes and decorations for Halloween as well when it is in season but hands down they are best for birthday supplies

This store has every possible party accessory that you could want or imagine. The store is huge and you can get lost in all of the possibilities. You can also find costumes and makeup for that special party or costume event. It is also a good place to buy disposable table service and aluminum food containers - roasting and baking pans and the like. They offer banners and festive flags, streamers and colorful ribbons and a million other things for the petfect party atmosphere. Once you enter the store it gets better the longer that you stay. Its playtime and fantasy all the way to the checkout.

Went to buy balloons for my grandfathers 86th Birthday. Was told by one of the teenagers at the front checkout that they were low on helium. Instead of just doing my balloons which only came out to 8 total. She gave me 2 options for me to be able to buy balloons. Which ended up being more balloons than I needed... I’m a paying customer who has made the drive there and is ready to make my purchase immediately. Instead of “rationing”. Why don’t you take my money which is as good as any others? I ended up walking out and biting my tongue. I will never shop here again and I’ll never understand how that place stays in business.These people are plain lazy and do not want to help customers. They get paid to stand around and give adults attitude.

Shop cautiously at this location, they move items to empty shelves to “fill space” but do not change the price on the shelf tag to reflect the item. Example: item is similar to tag description ( body suit) $29.99, actual item ( cat suit) $39.99. When you purchase the item it rings $10 over the implied price, but the store will not honor the price listed on the shelf for said item. After speaking with customer service at the home office, if they move an item and it is priced differently than the sticker price, they have to honor the lesser price, but the store will not, and will argue with you that it was moved but that is not the item price so they won’t discount or change. Piss poor customer service.

45 mins cant be bothered to answer a phone. Wanted to confirm my orderd item was there guess I have to make a 40 min drive on a maybe this is by far the worst service I have ever had

Love this store so much! Don’t listen to these people complaining on here, they probably were rude. I’ve never had a negative thing happen to me in this store and I shop here multiple times a week for my job. If you go in and know exactly what you need they willHelp right away

Customer service could use some help.

The cashier needs more training. It was hard to hear her whispers. She didnt put everything in my bag that I bought and I didnt notice until I got home. When I went back to get it, she told me I said I didnt want it. I never said that, she rolled her eyes, let out a loud sigh and just looked at me. So, can I get it please? I asked, or is it back on the shelf? She dragged her feet to get it behind her and plopped it on the counter.Very poor customer service.

So frustrated with the customer service. Everytime I go into this store I am met by a cashier preoccupied in conversation with other employees. She rings up my things and never even greets me.. Oh and Thanking the customer, HA!!

Love party city could stay n play there for hours

Brought some balloons I had previously purchased here to be filled up. It cost $30 to fill up 10 balloons with helium - wow! Also, the balloons were already falling the next day, so I doubt it was helium. They provided no bag to hold the balloons (and of course it was windy that day), and it took over an hour to do.

This location sucks. They never have helium or they say they are not taking orders... I have tried walk-ins, calling ahead days in advance, calling first thing in the morning. Customer service is non existant. The employees talk to you like you are annoying them. I swear the employees here just hate working. Even to get balloons filled up with plain air takes forever when the store is empty and the employees are playing on their phones. Also they do not help out by knowing if other nearby locations have helium. Dont waste your time here.

They do not take walk-in balloon orders here. We were turned away this morning.

Purchased an emoji hat Saturday took it home and wife decided against it. Took it back Sunday with the receipt and the moment I walked in 2 employees said we can’t take that return! I though it was a joke... I said I have the receipt, haven’t used it and it. Was purchased yesterday.... said it was a seasonal item. Called another location and they said that a product that’s kept year around and to take it there they would help me. Very disappointed in the staff at this store.... losing a customer over $20

I went there to replace the broken item I got from the store. The manager was rude and did not honor it properly. Other team members wanted to help me but he has something in his mind.

They are very helpful and nice people that works in there!

This place has everything... party supplies that are themed with superheroes, Disney characters, Star Wars, and other characters popular with kids. They also have costumes, all sorts of candy, wedding planning stuff, balloons, greeting cards, seasonal items. You can pretty much plan any party for any theme you want especially for kids. They have tons of knick knack stuff for small gifts and stocking stuffers.Some items are reasonably priced, although some off-brand stuff you can get slightly cheaper at the Dollar Tree right next door. They are sometimes understaffed when it gets busy.
