Ron was super helpful and responsive, he let me come to the warehouse and try out sitting in different office chairs. When looking for a new ergonomic task chair (my old one always gave me back pain), I called several furniture stores in Eugene. They werent very impressive and had very little inventory. Ron was very helpful and friendly! After testing out the demo chair he recommended it was very hard to sit in anything else while I patiently waited for my own chair to arrive. 10/10 would recommend. Although, I will add this disclosure: My company purchased my chair, I have no idea what it costs but it does have a warranty and I expect it to last a very long time. Here is my beautiful chair! It has all the adjustments I could ever need and a great lumbar support. I even got to choose the fabric covering it. I love this but if you want to be BOLD Ron has those options too :) Overall it was an excellent experience. It was very eye opening to have my work space analyzed for ergonomics and now I definitely think twice about how I sit, look at my screen and work at my desk.

A few years ago I had Ron come in and look at installing a desk that I wanted to raise and lower so I could stand for part of the day. It has been an awesome addition. I spend on average about 2 hours standing that gives me extra energy in the afternoons. I have a large desk and the 3 pillars with individual motors, and the auto preset height adjustment allows me to hit a button and have my desk lower and raise to my specific requirements.

Ron Swanson from Indoff Oregon took great care of me both at work and again when I ordered a 2nd chair for my husbands home office. I now have two chairs that will likely last a life-time which are sturdy, completely custom fitted to me (and to hubby) and ergonomically correct for less back pain when sitting for hours.
