🛑12/6/18 1:45am This has been the last straw for me with Landa / Karcher I have had repeated horrible customer service experiences at different authorized dealers and Landas customer service line. I have talked to condescending employees that do not care about my business and I have been purposely hung up on when inquiring about a machine. I contacted the regional manager for Landa to file my grievance and I will purchase my machine and parts elsewhere.Good luck selling your products treating people like this.I most definitely would not recommend.

The owner sold my machine without disclosure or prior monetary agreement. Illegal and dishonest.

Every time I go there, they give me a bunch of crap about my equipment (Its not Landa). I got tired of hearing it, so I quit going. Try Pacific Rubber, just a few buildings down the road.
