So my girlfriend and I went in to browse, nothing too specific but we wanted to see what was available. Unfortunately we didn’t have that experience. We were greeted by somebody immediately, which was great, but that wasn’t the end of it. We told her we would let her know if we needed help with anything. But every time we entered a different area, she would rant about everything in that section. We wouldn’t even stop to look at the stuff, we were just passing through and she would start rattling off everything in that area. Okay? We don’t care, we weren’t looking? It got to the point that we went into the back section of the store to get away from her, and talk privately. But that fell short about 2 seconds into us being there. She FOLLOWED US and started talking about the entire movie selection, and wouldn’t stop. WE WERENT EVEN LOOKING AT THE MOVIES! We had to tell her multiple time that if we needed help, we would ask her, but she would just not stop talking and following us. Overall, the products are great, the service, not so much. Some people like to keep their private life private, this isn’t us. But there come a point when being over bearing is just too much. Let’s us shop and quit following us, talking about every single thing in the store.

Helpful. Always ..Some times maybe to helpful. Made my friend a little self conscious and uncomfortable. The most recent time we were in the same staffer asked us if we need help or some version of that question i.e. if you have any questions about the but plugs your looking at , I would be glad to help. Not quite that pointed , just sayn . Maybe rein it in a bit for the shy folks , and when you get the knod from the real freaks hay this kind of gag can be a little bit much for a knewbee, just wanted you to know . Then jump in with both feet , okay what do you think of those harnesses? Youll have a couple of loyal customers that feel comfortable in your store and with the staff . peace

Sadly we went in after the covid restrictions and the adult stores way of enforcing social distancing 8s to entirely disregard their claim to prevent uncomfortable feelings in consumers because they rope off all the merchandise and expect u to stand 6 ft away from other consumers but tell an associate the items u are interested in so they can loudly and akeardly bring back a variety of things to lay out on a table and verbally share with everyone their somewhat mis represented idea of the products they carry....... on top of this the employees werent understanding to my request for less verbal discussion and personal boundaries nor were they receptive to any sort of concern w their way of doin things tends to force ppl to be within closer proximety than ever before. Sad that restrictions have created a mess out of something as opposed to helping them to create better business.

The best staff Ive ever seen at an adult shop! I always come on Thursdays through Saturdays because my favorite employee who has some of the best product knowledge Ive ever seen works, her name is Steph and if you ever need a help with anything at all, she will not hesitate to give you extensive information on whatever youre curious about. Ive never felt more at ease around a sales person before, shes never pushy or over bearing and has such a great magnetic personality!Not to mention this store is not only 24 hours, it has a great selection of lingerie, toys, and massage oils!I cant recommend this place enough! Adult Shop, youve got an amazing employee and store, keep it up and youll always have my business!ALSO get some more mens thongs please!
