This is my 2nd time ordering from Mid-Valley and I am so pleased! They were able to fit us even in a short time frame and everything was delivered as expected. The Portland driver was friendly, professional and efficient. We are so happy with the quality and price of our windows. Highly recommend them!

I recently purchased five Cascade windows through Mid Valley glass. When I picked up the windows, I neglected to check them first. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw that the vinyl seal around the exterior glass was buckled and ill fitting. On Monday I took the windows back where I was met by the sales agent, Brooke, and I think a quality control manager. They both agreed that the windows needed to be repaired.Brooke expedited the process with her own Cascade window repairman and the windows were fixed quickly. The workmanship was superior.Thank you, Brooke, for an exceptional job! Great customer service.Judy

MId Valley Glass and Millwork sold me 2 doors a front door and garage door Together they really improved my home. The look fanatastic, fit extremely well, seal out the elements much better then the old doors. They made the whole process very easy, they were ready when they said they would be. All and all a great experience. Thank you.

I have used this company for about 10 years on two different homes. I won’t trust anyone else with my home. I am currently building a tea house in my backyard. The Andersson windows I ordered are beautiful and just what I wanted. Everyone is so helpful and professional. They make sure I get what I ordered and stand behind their work.

Road rage on 126. Refused to slow down, speed up, or change lanes as I merged from I-5, so I slowed (to 45 in a 55). Driver of Truck 22 then proceeded to brake intermittently, so I went around him. He then flipped me off, and tailgated me while flipping me off.Nice, quality, professional employee youve got there.

Was hired to install 12 doors made by these guys. Quality is low. Jambs not radiused or sanded well. Sharp edges and table saw marks on jambs. Planer marks on jambs. Took hours of sanding to finish what should have been their work. Ugh.

Terrible doesnt begin to describe it!I had been a customer of Mid-Valley Glass for nearly ten years, recently for whatever reason they started having errors on EVERY SINGLE ONE of my orders. One of these errors cost my over $10,000. Im not an unreasonable person, but I did want to speak to a supervisor to understand why this happened, and what we can do to prevent it on the next order. I was suprised that not only was Mid-Valley glass not willing to have a supervisor speak with me, they secretely filed illegial liens on my customers projects and basically extorted me into paying them thousands of dollars to fix their errors. They litterly told me they didnt care if it was illegial or not, that they thought it would get me to pay them if they harrased my customers. Anyway, this violates a bunch of Oregon laws, it violated my contract with Mid-Valley Glass, and it violates general construction practice of paying for things after they are delivered. In summary, from what I can tell, the orders are wrong, the accounting is wrong, the customer service is wrong, the manufactoring is wrong, the delivery process is wrong, the supervisors are wrong, and the owner, Jeff Hansen, does not seem to care. I highly reccomend you shop anywhere else in town as there are MUCH better options to buy doors, windows and Millwork.UPDATE: In response to Mid Valley Glasses response to my review. Again, for some reason, they seem to prefer that this be discussed via google reviews and not in person with a supervisor, weird.Regarding approval: I never approved anything, the architect created a specification and MVG ordered material off of that specification. I never signed anything and there is a 100% clear and consistent paper trail backing all of this up. Unfortunately, Jeff, you ordered material with the approval of a third party who was not a party to our contract and held me responsible to the approval of that third party, which is a clear violation of Oregon law.Regarding getting kicked off the job site: I worked with MVG to deliver these doors for four months. Every time there was a problem, MVG said it would only be a couple more days, well a couple more days turned into two months, and after four months total, my customer assumed that I was lying to them that MVG kept telling me this, so he wanted to start working with them directly. After my customer started working with MVG directly, it still took MVG two more months to deliver these doors! Thats six months total to deliver about ten doors. Other vendors said they could do it in 2-3 weeks. MVGs failure to perform in a reasonable timeframe makes them liable for damages as per Oregon law.Regarding Oregon lien laws. On 01/31/2019 MVG filed a lien on this property for material that was not delivered until on or about. 04/04/2019. Yes, thats right, they tried to collect money for material that was not to be delivered for two months! I spoke to my attorney about it, who specializes in nothing but construction lien laws, and he started laughing that I was even asking as it was so obviously illegal under Oregon law.So anyway Jeff, Its not surprising that you are attacking your customers on Google rather than meeting with them in person. I think you know MVG screwed up here, and you just cant face another disappointed customer. Oh, and by the way, great job on firing one of the only decent employees you had working there! The ship is running straight, straight into the ground. I cant wait for you to respond again, because I have about ten more horror stories about MVG I would love to share with the world...

Went in to order a new frame for a window screen that was bent during an attempted break-in. Seemed straight forward, left them my old screen for comparison. First of all service was slow and not too friendly. I ended up with someone elses order form, my name was spelled wrong on the invoice when I did try to correct it. They didnt care to fix it. The new screen I picked up had a very flimsy frame and was twisted. The guy in response to my concern: its fine. He does good work. No care about my concern. Then trying to get the correct invoice before i left took multiple people who were in no hurry or concern for the error. Disappointed. I thought they had a good reputation.

Elissa M. Goshert is highly unprofessional at her profession, she called and offered me a position at Mid Valley Glass & Millwork and to start work on Monday morning congratulations, how do you feel, your the best candidate for this position then rescinded her offer because she is personal friends with a past co worker of my mine and we didnt always see eye to eye, discrimination ??? I would have to say so.

I am a licensed, bonded, general contractor . Ive been remodeling and building new since 1994. Over the years Ive seen suppliers make mistakes, that just happens, but Ive never seen a supplier lie so blatantly, to the point of absurdity, to keep from accepting responsibility for botched order. This winter I ordered 5 interior doors from Lisa Arp, Mid-Valleys door and window person. I do not specify door swing, I hand over a copy of the plans and after framing I measure the openings and we make photo copies of these measurements so there is no miscommunication. I asked Lisa to notify me as soon as the doors arrive so I could commence the trim phase of the project. Clear and simple so I thought. When I started installing the doors the one steel door in the order was 2 inches too wide, I called Lisa Arp and she toldme that I said I was flexible with the rough openings. What? Why would I be flexible? The wall was framed and sheetrocked, wouldnt I have picked a door that fit the RO? This door had straps and was made to be installed during the framing process and couldnt be installed after the sheetrock was in place. Lisa insisted I had specifically asked for this door. Again, What? I obviously knew the project was sheet rocked, of course I didnt ask for this door. I asked Lisa to explain how it made sense to deliver 4 doors ready for trim and one that was to be installed during framing and I was told I was ignorant and that was how builders were doing it now. Again a lie that made no sense. Lisa said builders were asking their sheetrock crews to rock the whole project except one wall, then after the doors where installed, asking them to come back to the job to finish out the last wall with the steel door. To fix my problem I was told it would cost me $550 and take 3 weeks for a new jamb or I could chop the framing and resheetrock the damaged wall.Sorry to go on so long but this is a buyers beware company. If you are working with Lisa Arp be ready to pay for her mistakes.Best of luck,Raymond RivoliOwner Rivoli Construction and Design LLC
