Went in for Cigars, understandably low on stock after the holiday. Bought 4 Olivia 0, 2 unsmokable they where dry and crumbled after being taken out of the humidor 2 hours prior to smoking. Other twoSmokable, but also dry.

It would be REALLY awesome if they would learn how to answer their phone. Due to covid, Im not trying to go all the way there if I dont whether they have the item I want in stock or not.Ive called several times over the course of 2 days and at this point Im going to a different store that ANSWERED THEIR PHONE THE FIRST TIME.Just because Gj has good prices, doesnt mean they have good customer service unfortunately. You get what you pay for.

Great customer service. The owner saw that I liked Game blunts. So she said she will order me whichever flavors I like. Very nice and fair price! My go to spot for blunts.

Not sure what happened to will down there sounds a little made up to me. I know the staff personally and they wouldnt do anything like that. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The prices are close to if not the best in town. They sell energy drinks too cheeper then any convenience store around.

I used to pop in here routinely to pick up cigarette papers but I wont be coming back after a very sour experience. A few days ago, I was sold a pack of rolling papers that was almost completely used. It contained 8 papers when normally containing 33. When I returned to buy more later, I politely explained the situation to the shop owner in hopes of getting a replacement. Unfortunately he called me a liar and then proceeded to literally rip open the pack of papers I had just purchased moments ago and leaf through each one in the pack with his dirty hands while looking at me and saying Looks like its all here doesnt it? Doesnt it? No problem right? Before throwing them back down on the counter. I was shocked by his behavior and promptly left. The new papers I purchased were crumbled and damaged from him doing this. The experience was awkwardly over the top and I will not be returning. Go somewhere else if you dont want to deal with utter bullcrap.

This store is not following mask safety protocols. I was served by someone who was talking to another employee and walking around all of the merchandise unmasked. When I asked about their mask, I was told they had one, but they left it in the back somewhere…

So 945 am June 2. I walk in looking for information on kratom. Employee: what do you want? Me: Id like to look at your kratom. Employee: sigh shrug eye roll starts to walk to other end of store. Me: can I look at your info cards ( I point). Employee: (eye roll) what are you talking about. Me: I reach accros the counter and grab info card. Employee: Hey you cant do that dont come behind my counter. Me: (having decided I will never be back and done with her attitude) go f**** yourself and I walked out.

Went here to get a V8_T8 coil. I bought 1 went to my car to install it. It said bad atomizer, so I took it back in. The woman said buy another one.... I wont ever come back in here.
