We received a basket of treats for Administrative Professionals Day and everything about the basket and goodies were PERFECT! The fruit is fresh, ripe and beautiful. And everyone agrees that the chocolate covered apples with caramel and sea salt are pretty much the best thing weve ever eaten. You guys are amazing!

I was pretty disappointed that my order never made it to my daughter on her 21st birthday. They claimed to have called her twice, but she has no record of that. They never reached out to me, the purchaser, to see if I could get a hold of her. So all in all, I would not recommend this, if you are counting on getting it to someone on a specific day. Its the day after her birthday now, maybe it will make it to her ????

I am sooo extremely dissappinted with the gift my husband received from this store. He spent around $90 on a basket of chocolate covered strawberries with a balloon and bear for me for Valentines day. $90 is A LOT of money to spend on strawberries and I would expect quality strawberries and chocolate for that price. Every single strawberries is at least half white because they are not ripened, and when you bite into them there is no flavor. They are actually disgusting and I am in complete shock that a store would assemble and charge for product that is in such poor quality. I have eaten from this place before and loved the product, that is why I cant understand how they can do such a poor job on my Valentines day gift today. Was there a change in owners and the quality of product doesnt matter anymore? Truly dissappinted in this company today 😔

Really used to like this place, my boyfriend has gotten me something every year for valentines day but this year was disappointing because they only half dipped the strawberries in chocolate, and didnt dip the pineapple. Literally my favorite part and the only reason he get me the arrangement. Called for customer service and they were rude. Wont be reordering again :(
