He came to Florence and estimated our needs, accurately, found the material we desired and scheduled our installation date. The craftsmen that installed our flooring were true professionals! One star seems too high. An agent, Conner Kerns, came to our home, measured the area that needs new flooring and provided us a quote. We accepted the quote. That was 0n 7-27-21. We havent heard back from either the agent or the business since then.An email was send to the agent, two phone messages left and still no reply. Their products appear to be excellent; however, their communication skills are lacking. Completely lacking!

I bought new carpet for my home from Imperial Flooring. I had looked at big-box store carpet and couldnt find anything I liked, so decided to try out the carpet stores. I am very thankful I did. Imperial Flooring was wonderful to work with. I chose a carpet, but when it was delivered and laid out on my floor to install, I was sure the color did not match the sample from which Id ordered. The installer (Nick) called Paul at Imperial, and Paul told him to bring it back into the store. Staff fully supported me and called the manufacturer to let them know the color was off. I chose another color instead, and Paul sent for samples from the actual carpet run I was going to receive. It was much better. Once we were sure the carpet was a match, they ordered new carpet for me and had it installed ASAP. I doubt very much that I would have experienced the same help and support from a big-box store. This could have turned into a horrible experience, but because of Imperial Floorings great customer service support, it turned out beautifully. I love my new carpet!

We are an Imperial Floors customer who came back to pick out samples to order more flooring. Lots of signs about being Covid-19 aware, but we walked out when an unmasked person walked right up to us - nowhere near six feet away - and began pulling samples. We got a call from the owner to discuss so they could get better. Their process wasnt perfect the day we were there, but I am absolutely convinced they will get it right very, very soon, just as I am convinced if there was a problem with our order they would do the right thing. A class act.

My brothers team recently installed several products to enhance my new home....Tile to update my fireplace, new carpet throughout the house and an updated look to the shower surround in our guest bath.As always, it looks gorgeous and was handled with 100% professionalism.Ive recently ordered new window treatments for the entire home and cant wait to see the results!Though Id have to admit an obvious bias, Imperial Floors rocks!

This review is long overdue. I write very few reviews and at the time my flooring was installed I was overwhelmed with moving, etc. This company stands for quality and aims to please. The best kind of people to work with. Professional and wonderful dedication to customers. Extremely satisfied with the flooring and how well everything came together. They went above and beyond.

Joe in back is great, he stopped the forklift and came to help when he saw I needed assistance with product, showed me what was in stock, let me take my to decide on a product, and made the sale! Get that guy a raise, friendly, not pushy, and above and beyond.

Todd was highly knowledgeable of every aspect of the process. Was never pushy and even made suggestions to save a few dollars here and there. He was very patient with our thorough deciding process, in fact he encouraged us to take samples home multiple times. The install that he scheduled with Chris went off without a hitch. Chris was extremely friendly and professional even with our two dogs occasionally jumping on him. The work he did was incredible, it looks better then we imagined. When it took me longer than expected to sand and paint the baseboards he volunteered to come by the beginning of next week to install them for us since we dont yet have pneumatic tools. Such a great guy. He even stopped to give us advice on how to to safely clean the wood composite/laminate floor. We hope we get him and his crew for our carpet install as well. The estimate was a little higher than we had expected but decided to find the money in our budget to move forward because we felt so comfortable with Todd. Worth every penny, no regrets at all.

Searched all around Eugene for a good selection of vinyl flooring patterns. They had over 20 to choose from. Fair prices and good customer service. Sometimes it does get busy here and the sales people will help you if you can be patient.

We recently had to replace carpet in a rental bedroom due to water damage. Picked out a remnant and was able to get in installed very quickly. Installers were prompt, and did a very nice job.Hard to beat Imperial for quality and dependability.Have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Great selection of quality laminate flooring. Expert sales people assisted us and were not pushy. I will return here for my future flooring needs.

Honestly, I dont think that they even deserve 1 star. The only reason why they were involved with replacing my kitchen linoleum is that is who the Contractor uses. Not only did they say that it would be slightly more to upgrade to a better product, about $30 is what I was told, then after the installation, they charged almost $300!When I called the Owner, all he said was that it was between the Salesman, Paul, the Contractor and myself. He really could have cared less. I would think that an Owner would be concerned about this issue! The Contractor ended up writing off the difference in price. Now, 1 year later I found that they did not even remove the baseboards of my cabinets to place the new linoleum. They cut it to the front edge of the baseboards instead. Of course now it has started coming loose and curling up. I am disgusted with this place and the shabby job they did. I have told everyone to stay away from Imperial Floors. You will regret it if you allow them to do the job. I kept telling the Contractor that I did not have any faith in them and he said that he understood, but that the Owners of both companies are friends and he is instructed to use their services. I wish now that I had listened to my gut feelings and refused to let them do the work. Do Not let this happen to you. Go elsewhere!
