If I could give it a negative one, I probably would. No cars in the bay, atleast 3+ mechanics. I called about an oil change and was told that they were walk-in only and that they would check on their alignment policies and procedures aswell never heard back. Checked online and it said no need to make an appointment. I came to the front, was passed by a gentleman who went straight to a car behind me as if I didnt even exist. I went inside and there were three people literally sitting there doing what seemed to be nothing. Talked to a lady and she said that they stop doing oil changes at 4? Hmmm, I mean I get the fact that maybe if they were backed up or everyone went home or they were busy, but they werent LOL. Lousy service if I say so myself. Might be worth the drive to find a better honda dealership located elsewhere.

Quoted reasonable price for routine work. Called later tripled the price. Pulled the car out and had it quickly and accurately fixed elsewhere.Lesson learned!

Its the usual dealer service, overpriced and incompetent. Wanted to charge me 350 dollars for a 60 dollar part, and wanted to replace my gas tank to fix a loose gas cap code. Find yourself a reliable mechanic and save a lot of money and headache.
