What an amazing selection!!! This is our one-stop shop for any Asian goods. I really missed Ranch 99 Market when we got here, but this place is a solid second as far as having everything we need for our culinary tastes. I love coming here to get ideas for meals and the ingredients to make the magic happen. Decent prices and a huge selection of food, cooking gear, and gifts. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This place is packed with the foods I miss from when I was young. Personally, I feel like they are more Japanese focused than anywhere else in the willamette valley, which is perfect for me! Tons of delicious foods, many imported straight from Japan and other parts of Asia. A lot of stuff you simply cant find anywhere else. Prices are cheap too!

Amazing selection of products from dried mushrooms and hot pot mixes to kimchi fresh and miso paste in multiple variety!!! Hot food available mon-sat delicious pork buns and bahn mi. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about inventory!

Great choice of Asian foods, where one can find a lot of things. However, the prices are outraging -even if you compare the same products with other groceries stores. I bought the same product (chocolate bars) at 50% discount in another store and realized the price was simply speculative. I visit the store 3-4 times a year not to get bankrupt.

I feel awful leaving this review but needed to in order to clear my conscience. The owners of Sunrise said to us they marinate expired & near expired meat with a lot of marinades and seasonings and sells it that way (to defer losses). I guess people visiting this establishment have low ability to discern such discrepancies as well as inability to notice swapped out expiration dates for sticker tagged items. We subsequently have avoided this business.

This place is the best asian grocery store in Eugene. Folks from big cities may find it small and not well-stocked though.

Has its own parking lot and has gluten-free sauces. I was impressed with the selections: for me at least, they delivered the Filipino products I was looking for and more. Even found Vietnamese coffee, tapioca and Asian utensils. Il come back here.

Doesnt have everything i wanted but ofc that is to expect , but all in all the atmospgere is good and the variety of all asian products is good

Love this place. Been going here almost monthly with my dad and I swear I never get tired of visiting. Great snacks and super cute bowls/kitchenware. Cashiers are always friendly. This is probably the only place I’ve gone to where I’ve never had a negative experience.

I love this store! They have an amazing selection of Asian and Middle Eastern ingredients that you cant find anywhere else in town. I love their grab and go section, the japchae is my fav! Highly recommend this place, especially if youre a vegetarian/vegan home cook. So many great things to try, reasonable prices, and the staff are always incredibly kind and friendly.

Best and only place to get the right meat and vegetables that are not found in the supermarket.I love shopping there because I always find something interesting that I never heard of before.

This is a mid sized mom and pop Asian supermarket. They have an extensive freezer section catering to the wide selection of dietary restrictions from meat lover to strict vegetarian or vegan. They even have a large selection of Chinese vegan meats and fish. Most markets dont have vegetable dumplings, something I personally love, but this place has several including Kimchi and mixed veggie & mushroom dumplings.They also have a decent deli section with a hot deli counter for a selection of Korean, Japanese, and Chinese items. Always my first grocery stop in Eugene.

This is my favorite Asian food store in the area. They have a bigger selection of everything, including all my favorites. You can get seaweed salad, snacks, drinks, frozen goods, all the sauces, and dishes. Great customer service, super safe with covid-19 protocol. Love this store.💕

Great little store! Its small but they have a great selection of snacks and many other foods both fresh and packaged. They have cooking utensils and plates as well as many other food storage and prep items. They make fresh sushi in the store as well. There is plenty to try and the staff is friendly too! I highly recommend a visit!

Service during COVID restrictions-Place is very clean! Implemented great safety precautions very early on- social distancing markings on the floor. The pre-made take-home foods are always great. The employees are wonderful and I am so happy I can now find certain Arabic products in the store.

Absolutely the best Asian market in town. Fresh ban Chan made in house, hot deli, and amazing selection. Just be careful, its easy to get excited about all the yummy stuff and spend your entire paycheck.

Great selection of Asian food, cooking utensils and ceramics. They also have some Middle Eastern items and Indian food. Large selection of vegan meat analogs like soy kung pao beef. Aisles a bit small for wheelchair users.

I bought frozen crab which doesnt have expiration date. Its spoiled and I had to throw away the entire pot. They should have put the date when they bought it on the box.

Always has great customer service and items you cant buy elsewhere. Some products, if you can find them in other stores, are a little more expensive in comparison, but they have a surprisingly wide variety of rarer imported foods in good quality.

But I was wondering what happened to all the cilantro that used to be in the packaging? There used to be 3 times the amount. But Im not complaining your food is great just thought I would put it out there is really loved all the the cilantro that was in there, and if the lack of cilantro was due to money I completely understand.Thank you guys for your hard work and staying open through this pandemic.

I get friendly service and their produce is more fresh, especially their herbs. When I cant find something, they walk with me to show where it is. The store is clean and organized. The older male store owner is friendly and helpful. The gentleman of Hispanic decent with the moustache who usually is stocking the shelves smiles everytime he helps me locate stuff. I love that guy! The cashiers are friendly too!

Great little Asian Market. It was busy when we went. Limited customers allowed in store. Masks are required. Pricing is $$average for an Asian store. Employees are nice.

Sunrise has everything you want when youre craving Asian food. I buy my rice here (they have more options than you could ever need), instant ramen is purchased here as well. Im happy to say I found seasonings for my Indian curry that I couldnt find at traditional stores. In addition to all the wonderful things you can find here, the employees are courteous and helpful. I’m so disappointed with the deli here. I bought half duck here. The employee didn’t cut the half duck at the first time and I asked if they can do that. Thanks they did and took almost all the meat part away and gave me duck head, neck, etc. I’m not a big fan of head and neck!So disappointed. I said it today because I’m so sick of it and don’t want this happen to others people.Never shop here again.

Has many Wonderful things.

Isle were full of awesomeness! But if you can find it at another store it is probably cheaper there. (Soy sauce was $4) but they had alot more variety and thier chips were similar priced to normal chips at other stores. The isles are small so make social distancing harder. Please sanitize and be extra cautious. 3 stars is only because of the hard to distance. The rest is awesome!!!

I love to buy my spices here, its a much better deal than any other grocery store if you are looking for curry powder, turmeric or masala. They also have great prices on various veggies, bok choy, indian eggplants etc. And the best prices on samyang ramen in town. The staff keeps the store clean and well stocked. And they only allow a certain amount of people in at a time to shop to keep people safely space.

Delicious food, great products, family friendly and a very genuine owner. Overall amazing experience! Thank you for the most fresh Korean and other delicious Asian foods for my family. I brought home some fresh made Tako Yaki as well as some freshly packaged Yakisoba noodles and it made for a delicious meal for myself and my family along with the plethora of desert treats they have to offer!

This place is fun. They have so many interesting food items that are not found in the American kitchen. So if you need authentic Asian seasonings and ingredients this is the place. The have a fresh deli counter where you can purchase lunch or things for a dinner. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Oriental and Pacific Islands food place

I lived in Hawaii for a couple of years and the only place around that I can find it has all of the Oriental authentic stuff is here. They have got everything, at least all the things that I need. Ive been coming here for 25 years at least and wouldnt go any place help for these types of food. Its a great place to spend an hour looking around at all the cool stuff they have. The owner is there almost all the time and really nice and helpful youll find anything you need.
