My wife and took her new diamond bow in to get tuned up before season one wanted to adjust her peep for her.The guys were right on top of getting the peep untied but never helped at all with helping her get it adjusted. With my very limited knowledge I did the best I could to get it set for her. We had them restring the peep twice but it had a test in it. Now after driving an hr home she can hardly see through it again. Sorry to say that the high school kids at sportsman’s have better customer service!

Best bow shop Ive been to in Oregon. Big range. Large selection of bows, arrows and accessories. They were able to get me some arrows cut pretty quickly even though they were busy.

I became a Bowtech user by chance through a hand me down from a friend a few years ago. But today I became a lifelong user and not because of their amazing bows. The service these guys provide at every level is some of the best Ive ever had in the sporting industry, I wont go into details, but the situation was unique and they very well could have told me sorry, we cant help you on this one and I honestly would have understood.... But, instead they stood by their product and their vendor and had my back. They replaced my equipment at a very small cost compared to what it should have cost me. And literally saved my upcoming season. Your equipment is amazing, but the service is what I will always tell people about 1st. Thank you..

Terrible customer service, and company polices. Bought a bow a few years ago from an employee there, Carbon Overdrive. Has a factory defect now that makes it useless. Bowtech will not help me in anyway because Im not the original owner. Factory defects on bows should be fixed or honored no matter what. Now I have an 800 dollar paperweight

First off--the Pro Shop is like Disneyland for adults. Its even better than going to a lingerie show and being able to take each model out for a test drive.The staff will take the time to work with you in selecting a bow, then tune it JUST for you and your measurements, and then you walk out to the 20 yard indoor range and shoot all the arrows you want. Dont like the bow? Go talk to them about it and have them put one of their recommendations in your hands and then you go shoot that one.If you have a kid with you, they will spoil them. I brought my 9 y/o daughter in with a bare bones bow (not even a Bowtech bow). Before we left the staff had tuned it for her, added a peep sight, tied on a D loop, and had her hitting paper in no time. The only payment they would accept for the work was seeing the smile on her face.That was all it took for me--when I went bow shopping it wasnt a question of which manufacturer to go with, it was just a question of which Bowtech model I was going to buy.You cant beat the service, the product, or the warranty.When you buy a Bowtech you are buying more than just a bow, you are buying an entire experience.

The customer service was immaculate and everyone who helped me out went above and beyond with my expectations. After I got my bow dialed in I shot at they’re indoor archery range and even then the customer service was outstanding! Thank you BowTech employees. This was the best service i’ve ever received.

A+. I value customer service and quality products more than anything when I choose a brand to support. When my 12-year-old daughter expressed interest in archery I googled the archery shops, and Bowtech just happened to be the closest. I had never heard of Bowtech or any other brand prior to this. The guys in the pro shop are always willing to help my daughter and I, and I am now loyal to the brand because of them and the support I have received. Honestly, our bows could have had any brand on it, and I would have bought them based on my pro shop customer service experience. They are always helpful, friendly, and attentive to all the little adjustments needed to make sure our gear is perfectly tuned. We are now officially an archery family and we love it.  In addition, the community that surrounds the shop and staff is very welcoming and helpful to become better at this sport. They offer weekly leagues, private training, and a JOAD kids groups that are great fun, and run year-round.  Keep up the excellent work Bowtech Pro Shop.

Im a brand new shooter with a used bowtech bow. These folks have been extremely helpful and encouraging. Theyve made several adjustments to my bow, usually at no charge. Their range is great quality.

Drove 3 hours to pick up a bow and the box didn’t match the bow. They went way above and beyond to make it rite. There customer service is second to none. I live 3 hrs away but I will be making more frequent trip to visit them. The guys treated my wife and I like we were old friends. I just can’t say enough. Thanks for a great experience.

I have shot BowTech bows on and off over the last fifteen years. I have always received great service, which has kept me coming back. I decided to go with a Bowtech Reckoning three days before archery season started this year. The staff was able to help me set the bow up in an evening after work. We did a rough paper tune and that evening I was shooting an 8 group at 100 yards. That was previously unobtainable with my Reign 7. Friday I will go in for a final tune and be ready for season with way more confidence than I ever had with my Reign 7. If you are looking for a new bow I would highly suggest going to Bowtech over the local competition. Be sure to shoot the Reckoning, its stability and accuracy is unbelievable.

Great! they are so nice and helpful. I have been trying to find the right bow and they will let me try any bow I want for free! Their range is really nice and I do JOAD there. They are just overall really nice and its really cool.

We took my sons RPM 360 to their shop to have the bottom can inspected due to contact with his kickstand. They never hesitated and changed the cam out at no cost to me.The interaction the pro staff has with customers is top notch, always checking on little thing on the bows.I will definitely buy another bow from them any day!!

Horrible customer service.I brought in my new destroyer 350 to try out on the range. When I got there I let one of the employees adjust my length of pull, and drop the weight on my draw just to try it out. When I went to have it put back at 70lbs I noticed I now had a decent sized chip in my bow from him not tightening the screw all the way down. Basically, when he had tested it ( before handing it back) my cam rotated around and the screw took a chunk out of my bow.I noticed it immediately, and then brought to his attention. He said oh that must have been there from the factory. I said, really- because it wasnt there a second ago.I raised hell and at that point they wanted my receipt. I told them I had a receipt but it wasnt going to be from a shop because I had picked it up off my buddy who had gotten in a car wreck and wasnt going to be able to hunt anymore. The bow was totally brand new and he had never even hunted it before.At that point, they tried to wash their hands of me. They told me it must have been that way when I got it. Oh so because I dont have a receipt from the factory it was damaged when I got it? Great logic. These guys are lying idiots. There were multiple employees involved with the BS, but Im pretty sure the guy that screwed my bow up was named Todd.If you have to go here, dont let the dumbasses touch your bow!

This business has gone to crap. I had to send in my bow for warranty and they lost my custom string and cable set that was brand new. They said they would replace it and have me back up and running. I have been trying to get ahold of managers trying to figure out when this will happen. It has been over 2 weeks trying to get someone to answer my questions. I call every day and the managers will not call back. The customer service is CRAP.

BEWARE!!! To start out I am not a biased person. I am a working man with a family on a budget. I bought a new bowtech prodigy 2 years ago over the Hoyt faktor because it shot great at the pro shop and I am an Oregonian and was trying to help support local business and economy. This last week I was shooting in preparation for my upcoming hunt...and the limb popped and delaminates. Both pro shops are closed for opening weekend...so I called bowtech direct...just trying to get it repaired so I can hunt! The woman I dealt with asked me for the serial # of the bow...and once I gave it to her she said it was never registered and asked if I had the reciept from purchase two years ago....which obviously I dont. SO...all repairs that need to be done to it are going to have to come out if my pocket! This might be a normal warranty procedure with all manufactures...but after researching it...bowtech limbs are commonly breaking and delaminating. After the factory shot me down on the warranty repairs...I feel obligated to help other consumers not spend their hard earned money on a product that the manufacture doesnt stand behind. Now I have a broken bow...no pro shops open to repair it...and a manufacturer that wont stand behind it....AND Im supposed to be on my hunt that Ive had scheduled for a year now!!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED...and on my way to buy a new Hoyt. Should have just started with a Hoyt to begin with. BEWARE of bowtech!

BowTech Archery has been a really amazing company to work with. They stand behind their quality products and are wonderful to work with when selecting equipment. My first year hunting I had a crack in my cam that cut my bow string (no fault of bowtech) it was right in the middle of my elk season and I was panicking that I was going to be out for the rest of the season. I drove down to the pro-shop and told them I had a problem with a cam on my bow. They set me up with new cams and a new string, reflected my arrows that had issues with and gave me a shooting lesson on there range (got my 1st robin hood) and sent me back out to finish my season better than when I walked through the door. I shoot my 1st deer and elk that year!!!!I would always recommend bowtech for anyone who wants great equipment at a fair price.
