They have been out of the 7.99 fortnite cards for almost a month. & they dont have the printable ones either.

Ordered something for my sons birthday and they set up a text delivery so Id get a text message the day is supposed to be delivered. They said 2 to 4 days delivery and my sons birthday is coming up this weekend and still no word. I placed the order Sunday, and its already Friday. Ive tried calling and all I get is theyre assisting other customers, but whenever Im there, its empty. Seriously making me want to call corporate.

I only go in there to buy xbox live or psn cards. Never any games. Hey gamestop here is an idea. Stop selling buttons and put more games out. Its called gamestop,not button stop.

Hey, this is where I go to talk geek, and they always supply the conversation and honest feed back - and thats what you want. You want to compare the old with the new, know the problems and the mistakes, expectations of you and gameplay. GameStop for life, and this branch is helping them stay in front.

This location is not a very big store but for the space that they have to work with, the displays are placed strategically and they utilize every inch of their space without causing a cluttered appearance. There is also enough space between displays and aisles to accommodate people of larger size. Many smaller stores do not even think about an issue like that. The employees that work here are all very knowledgeable about their merchandise and never hesitate to give the customers assistance. In addition to knowing their merchandise I have never seen an employee there that was not polite, friendly or professional. The majority of the prices are pretty decent but the collectables tend to be a bit higher in price than I think they should be, but of course, thats just my opinion. They have many items for sale that are second hand and they do buy used games, offering a fair value based on the condition of each item. We have bought both new and used merchandise and never had issues with any of it. Plus we were able to get what we wanted because of the second hand options and pricing! So, if youre in the market for a new game, or gaming figures, or even accessories for your gaming system, Id suggest checking out whats available at GameStop before you go elsewhere! I dont believe you will be disappointed.

I love this gamestop. I really do. But i have been trying to call them for a better part of an hour and keep getting met with all associates are busy, call back later. Its been well over 45 minutes calling back to back trying to get a hold of someone at this location.

Friendly staff reasonably knowledgeable, inventory is kinda light but could be due to covid-19. 1 employee was slightly unprofessional using extremely bad language fortunately there were no children around

If it werent for the strange looking dude with all the piercings all over and the long hair I would have given five stars but he definitely had a very negative attitude like he just hates his job or something smh hes the one who feels the need to tell Everyone that hes a game critic and anyone who doesnt like the same games as him is an effing moronhis Exact words like where do you find these characters at 😂😂

I think its always disappointing when you dont get the value back in your games that you trade in. However the store is clean, has the options that I was looking for. As well as friendly and helpful staff.

Went to this store yesterday and bought 7 games and 1 for my cousin and 1 game was far crying 5 and first the case had no disc so I went back in to get it so today I put the disc in and it didnt work so I looked at the back and saw a lot of fingerprints so I wiped them off and tried it again and it still didnt work. Im installing other games now do I know its not the system so I get to go back tomorrow and get a new copy. Ive had multiple problems in the past and I would suggest going to any other store to buy games hell even walmart is better

Went here to find my kiddos some new game systems. Ended up getting 2 Nintendo ds2s. The cashier was patient with me asking 100 questions because Im not a big gamer. I will be returning soon.

This place was not good. Employees seemed dead inside. They were unenthised amd disinterested. Also I picked up a game there that was allegedly a hame of the year edition only to later discover it was the standard version with no psn dlc code or anything. No one said a thing. The game advisor was too busy asking about my game informer subscription. The selection was pretty good but the store was cluttered and staffed by people who didnt give a damn.

Terrible experience got GTA5 asked for preowned then William decided to talk me into getting a new copy stating it was cheaper than the preowned which I thought was odd... Then had to hear his whole life story as he told it to my gf. I hated GTA 5 and went to return it 3 days later just to get told since he told me to get the new copy I cant return it now .. Never again next time I will be going to Wal-Mart.
