First visit since bought by FedEx. Only needed one page pdf printed. 3 clerks were helping other customers and after 5 minutes the store manager helped me. She showed me how to email the pdf to the fedex print address and it sends you a reply with a code that you enter on a screen next to the printer. I paid 15¢ by credit card at printer, all contactless. Will use again to print proof of car insurance.

Lisa the Assistant Manager did an outstanding job helping us getting our photos taken. FedEx offers passport photo prints. We appreciate the excellent customer service.

Worst place ever don’t recommend!! They won’t notify you when your shipment arrives until you actually contact the company that ships your belongings! Although they did they send me a text message when I could pick it up never got it . I emailed them never heard back until I called the company and the company called fedex to ask for my belonging ! Waited 3 weeks! I had to call in For the second time a female that answered was super rude. If you don’t like your job go find another one. No one has time for you negative attitude! Worst customer service ever stay away from this place !!!

Went today to pick up package time was 6:45pm they were closed their ours say 8am to 8pm so can you fix it because it’s annoying thinking you can make then it’s closed

This location is great and Asia is amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect box for shipping a very complicated item. She was very quick, friendly, and professional. Excellent service! Will be coming back here for my shipping needs.

I dont like to be a complainer, but there is something or someone that is not right at THIS FedEx location. I have been using FedEx Smartpost as a shipping service for my eBay business for over a year with no problems. I recently discovered that this particular location was closer to my home than the other FedEx location that I had been using, so I began using it instead. That is when I also first began to lose packages. Normally, I am very busy, so I go to the shipping counter in the store and drop off my prepaid packages. The employee says Thank you!, and I leave thinking everything is going to alright. Lately, I have discovered that some of my packages are not being scanned. Normally, it can take a day or two for their tracking to update, but tracking for these packages never showed up. That means that FedEx does not even acknowledge that they ever received them. Ive lost two packages within the last month that have cost me well over $100.00 in just merchandise alone. There is simply no trace of them. They are just gone! Packages that are missing with FedEx feeling no responsibility about it at all, and there is nothing that can be done about it, because I did not stand there and wait for 5 or 10 minutes to have the employee issue me a receipt acknowledging that they received my package. Yes, I know I should have waited and asked for a receipt, but because I did not, I have absolutely no chance of recovering anything. I have to refund my buyers money, including shipping costs, and someone at FedEx gets to keep the items that I sent. For the safety of everyone reading this post, DO NOT LEAVE FEDEX WITHOUT A RECEIPT FOR YOUR PACKAGES, ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION! YOU MUST FORCE THEM TO BE HONEST!

Todd provides exceptional service and is extremely knowledgeable. He has assisted me numerous times with business printing needs. The store is always well staffed, and the associates are attentive.

I own a shipping business and occasionally when we have orders that come in after our pick-ups have already come, we have to drop packages off here. This past week, we had an emergency shipment. Turns out, I missed the cutoff for FedEx Express pickup at the store. Charlie was a huge help. I think I probably frustrated him be going back and forth 3 times to have him relabel the package and taking it back to believe I could drive it to the hub to make the cutoff time. Regardless...Charlie was a huge help and I wanted to say thank you for dealing with me !

Went there to get passport pics done for my 7 months old and was told they cant take pics for babies! Surprisingly a while back I had my other kids passport photos taken there, my daughter was 9 months at the time! Not sure what the deal is to pick and choose who can do passport photos!

I am a daily Fedex Express customer. An employee of mine made a mistake and dropped off a package unsealed in their box. The fed ex counter employees were rude, had little patience when my employee asked how can he resolve the mistake he had made. When I arrived to aid my employee, I was met with the same attitude my employee had described. The drivers were helpful and able to assist me in resolving the issue. I will not use this location again.

I come to this location for all of my business needs (I work remotely and handle many shipments). I have nothing but great things to say about this center. Today, I dropped off a package and accidentally forgot something. I called and they were super helpful - they set the box aside for me and were friendly about the whole thing. I think many of the bad reviews here are from people who arent familiar with the FedEx/Kinkos process. Its a quick, do-it-yourself kind of system. I see people drop in here all the time and demand extra personal assistance with using the self-serve copiers - and thats not really the way it works. If youre not able to go the cheap route and do it yourself, then pay extra for the counter to do it for you. Thats common knowledge, folks!

This place is awful. My wife went in here to get 2 black and white printed and faxed (should be like $1 right?) and then two very small packages sent off. The packages at post office should have been about $1.50 for the really small one (padded envelope) and maybe $5.00 for the other one (an 8 1/2 x 11 padded envelope). Somehow, through FIVE different transactions, they managed to screw her over for almost $30 for all of this. When I asked about why she willingly payed so much, she explained how the guy at FedEx told her it was going to be roughly the same price, as she also questioned the price there. THEY LIE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF GOOD HEARTED PEOPLE. Shame on this place.

I loved it...!!!I went there to laminate some of my husbands Military posters and they turned out beautiful!!! I plan to do more in the future...they are going to make beautiful Christmas gifts for him!!!

Try to get there before 430 when express leaves. It gets busy, call ahead if you have questions. Its logistics ppl it gets crazy! The service is great here btw.

Have been going for 5 years no problems...very polite. Now however after 4 visits the reviews are correct...Rude with every visit. Will not even look at you when speaking to bad...I found a super office on Twin Oaks in San Marcos....its worth the trip.

Unfortunatly i will never ever go back for any reason, I went to have signs made and the sign technician was great ! But the manager was absolutly aweful very arguementive did not solve my problems, tried to over charge me , and didnt seem to care . Issues had to be escalated to the District manager who seems to be the only one who can complete a VERY BASIC transaction .ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICENEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO ANY FED EX TO HAVE ANY TYPE OF SIGNAGE MADE FOR MY BUSINESS , Or for anything else including shipping .Shop somewhere else ! Thiers lots oc choices in Escondido and surrounding communities , heck Staples is in the same parking lot and they bend over backwords for any business i bring them .Good luck

Horrible, horrible, horrible.Been shipping with FedEx for years. 100 units a month through my ebay business. I moved into the area and started dropping off my Grd packages, here at the West Valley Store in Escondido, CA.But now Im being threated by a Fedex Employee, who says she will refuse me service the next time I come in. I was just dropping my packages off at the counter (as I have done 100 times before). She flys across the store to berate me about the kind of box Im using. (I Believe in recycling so I re-use shipping boxes that are still in good shape.) My packages are taped correctly, neat and orderly. I mask out order labels or just have them removed. Not reason for her to single me out for mis-treatment. She was rude and offensive and she purposely tried to embarrass me in front of many other customers. I think she works the printing side of the operation, so I dont know why she chimes in on shipping issues. She may be a manager, so I would recommend using another FedEx location or go when she is NOT there.I complained to FedEx, but they havent gotten back to me.I guess Ill just switch back to the post office.

They dont have any mailboxes to send regular mail. What kind of establishment is this? An elitist one, thats what.Also the linoleum flooring is bubbling up in the middle near the isles. It can get tricky for older people.
