The girl that helped me was great I believe her name was Eli. The greater at the door was so nice, as i was about to leave without anything, he asked what was it that I couldnt find I explained and he pointed me in the right direction and got Eli to assist me. He then thanked me again as I left. Being in retail management myself for years I just had to leave a review of how great they did and worked as a team.

Alex was the best he helped my dad with a great pair of shoes and was knowledgeable and professional. Thanks now my dad feet feel 100% better!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous and greeted me when I walked in the store. I was excited to find a pair of low top patent leather sneakers and purchased them. Nordstrom’s loss...I walked around their shoe department for 5 minutes and none of the salespeople asked if I needed anything.

The cashier showed no emotion and sounded rude. Bought 2 pairs of shoes for.my kids.. Will not come there again!

I just had the most bizarre experience at this store. It wasnt busy, i find a shoe i want (second time coming in with out being asked if i needed anything) i bring my shoe to the counter wait for a couple minutes while the staff finish their conversation then i ask someone for help she rolls her eyes so the other co worker is like do you want me to get it.. at this point Im like Im sorry i came here to shop. The girl brings me tge shoe in a mens size tells me she has it instead of bringing it to me, when i dont get up shes like what? You wana try it on? Thankfully i did, considering it wasnt the size i asked for. I wont be cominc back.

Thank you John very much for everything you did. I cant express how much we tortured you with trying on every pair of Jordans in the store. Your patients and helpfulness went a long way. I just wish you had more shoes in my husbands size. You are a pleasure to work with and I hope you get a raise after our business because you definetly deserve one. The worst customer service ever! I work directly with the public everyday for over 20 years. And I have never treated someone with such disrespect. His name is Mike and he was completely disrespectful and at no time tried to find a solution. I will not shop in this store ever again and I hope you dont either!

These idiots talked in earshot of me about me coming in only to take pictures of myself in Jordans. Mind you Im wearing $200 Asics and know more about shoes than the entire staff combined. Look elsewhere. Avoid the Asian and short Mexican.
