Tony will set you up with the best springs and suspension no matter what rig you have. Best in the area. Made my Toyota popup rig bouncy and able to go deep in the desert.

Came in to get some U bolts made. I did my research and knew what I wanted, but Tony was telling me the whole time how wrong I was but whatever, its not my truck. 2 stars only because he did get me what I needed in a timely manner, but was rude to me the whole time I was there

Brought our truck and trailer in to Tony and the guys because our bottom was sagging and we needed the expertise to install stronger coil springs in our 2002 Cadillac Escalade. Tony is the best. I brought my lifted Excursion to him and he was able to get me back on the road within a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. His knowledge cannot be topped. The shop is clean, the guys work quickly, and their work is reliable. My husband only trusts North County Springs with his company tow trucks.

Tony helped me put new leaf springs and shocks in my OBS Ford F350. Really did a great job. would highly recommend.

Went in with a single snapped spring on a leaf pack from a 52 spartan travel trailer. I was given a very reasonable timeline of 2 days, but when they saw my crestfallen response to the thought of spending another couple nights in a modified fetal position in my truck, they offered to knock it out that day by 1700. had it back on that evening, and it made the trip back to phoenix in the morning without developing any new issues. cost more than doing it myself, but since I couldnt do it myself, it seemed like a pretty damn reasonable price. older gentleman I spoke with absolutely oozed competence in the best way possible. actually considering taking my truck modification plans to them based off the pure pleasantness of the experience.

Make sure you get a written estimate if you use this shop! I brought in two leaf springs to be repaired on a Thursday, quoted $400 total and was told I could pick them up Monday morning. I left my number with Tony to call if there were any problems. I went by to get them on Monday but was told Tuesday at 1p. I gave it an extra day because I did not receive a call on Tuesday. Wednesday I went to pick them up and Tony laughed at me when I repeated the quote he verbally gave me and said he had more in materials than $400 (seems unlikely) and said $585. After I paid the additional money, he told his son to help load the springs who continued to site on the couch and play on his phone - I didnt wait around.- A written estimate or notes should have been made about the quote (partly my fault)- A phone call or text regarding a change to the quote would have been appropriate- Completing the work on time would have been professional- A phone call or text when the work was complete would have been courteousUnprofessional, but so far pretty good work. The springs were cleaned up nicely and painted, with new rubber and an additional leaf. Theres a chance it may have lifted the back end of my truck up too much - well see after installation.

Our new camper/truck had to be dialed in so we could safely get it on the road. So many folks (service/mechanics - i.e. camper world) wanted us to use inferior cheap fixes to get it on the road. We called around and got an education when we talked to Tony @ North County Spring. No matter what they say out there you just cant get around the cost of doing it right. When you pull up it is likely youll see big SDGE or government vehicles that need heavy duty suspension. They know where to go! Tony puts real stability and strength under your vehicle. Cheap ... no! Get it done right! Your vehicle is your best defense on our crazy roads.

Great as its ever been

Called ahead to ensure they had the correct leaf spring insulators, but when I got there Tony told me theyve never had that part for my car. I wasted an hour in traffic.
