I took my 2011 C70 for checking due to some electrical issues. Alex, the owner and head mechanic. He is honest and his prices are fair. It did not take him long to figure out the issue, and he resolved it with a firmware upgrade. He also recommended a applied a second upgrade that fixed an engine rev issue. I am very happy that I found a mechanic I can trust.

I just tried calling to see if I could bring my car in and I kept getting hung up on. Even when I got thru and was leaving a message, halfway thru my message someone picked up and hung up on me. Ive never been there before, and now Im thinking Im never going to go there if thats the kind of customer service they provide.

They are very knowledgeable, reasonable and have very fast turn around times. They let you know if they see something that might need to be done at the next service... but dont try to rack up the charges! They keep you updated as to findings, cost and estimated time of completion. As a Volvo owner, I was such a piece of mind knowing I had a honest mechanic.

Good people. Really know their stuff. No sense whatsoever they would steer you wrong. It would be hard to find someone with more Volvo knowledge and experience than Axel.

I had my volvo worked on somewhere else several times and the problem was never fixed. I then decided to take it to Volvo Specialist to see if they could do any better. Best decision I have ever made! My car is running better than it has in years.
