Horrible produce section; very dirty. Doesnt smell nice inside. Costumer service is beyond hell. I had to wait 15 minutes minimum for an associate to unlock an inventory in the electronics department. The man who checked us out was obviously in the back fooling around. We notified associates digitally 5 times and contacted them physically before any help. 2/5 service experience. I give 2 stars because the prices are low.

Store was fine. Pharmacy was terrible. Had trouble filling Ohio workers comp. Prescription. Had to force issue. They wanted me to pay according to my regular ins. Not calling me to the pharmacy but waiting and trying to get me to pay out of my pocket. Could have taken 15 minutes instead after and argument plus it took 3 hours. Not happy.

Ok to shop. I like places with better quality but the price is right.

No employees to actually check out. Forced to self check after having multiple employees be rude about us asking if there was an actual person that worked there to check us out. Mejier will get my business from now on, Im not required to work there in order to buy my groceries

Beautiful setting comfortable dads living area and the available wood trails are very engaging. The pond can be used for swimming you just have to get used to the cool temperature

I love this place cant get enough of it

Went on a fishing trip and lost wallet during the trip. Blew a tire and needed a payment over the phone done to get a new tire. Spoke with 2 associates that assured me this wouldnt be a problem. Almost 5 hours later the store manager is having our blown tire put back on the rim because they dont accept over the phone payments. Very dangerous. They literally had an employee follow us off the property. This Walmart should have. 0 stars as 1 is far to much.

This location is clean and staff are polite! I always come here when in town and always have in stock what I need!

Not a bad little store. Carry almost everything you need. Only thing Id change is meat quality. Meijer is where I shop for my meat.

Lake side motel, literally close to water. Very beautiful place for a family vacation and perfect for a couple escape. Lots of to do things around. Boat tour is the best. Kayaking, camping, walk to the beach and cliff.

Very disappointing. One checkout was open,The 20 items or less. FULL carts were going thru. Had to go to service desk to complain. Been like this for a long time. I was treated very rude at bottle returns. Most were not working. Shelves not restocked. Extremely old dates on shelves. Will NOT go back. Others are saying the same thing.

I bought 8 CASES of beer and 6 cases of various soda for a family party. I paid over 33 dollars in deposit. Walmart will only accept 25 dollars a day in returns. I feel then i should only pay 25 dollars in deposit a day. If you take my money then you should pay me what i am due.

Now that everyone is use to the scan &go registers at Walmart fast service is sure, the other thing is its always a very clean store which makes my visit fabulous

I generally despise Walmart but this one in Escanaba had a sales associate in electronics who knew what he was talking about and was very helpful.

Typical Wal Mart, one stop shop, good prices.

Out of everything. No cashiers. Long lines for check out. Price increases. When Walmart cant get things its time to start worrying. Our economy is getting ready to collapse under this administration. Walmart employees are all stressed and worn out. What few that are still left.

Flint michigan is worse. Otherwise terrible. Rude staff that are lazy and wont help and wont do their jobs in the 6 months Ive lived in escanaba this walmart has had one helpful employee one time.

I mean its just another wally world like all the others. Two things that make it a bit special. First, it has a can return thing at the entrance that is not by the grocery area. You can return cans and bottles for ten cents a pop. Pretty fun ngl. Second, its hardly busy at all in the evenings which is a great time to go shopping.

They have so many things! Maybe even every thing? I cant always brave the anxiety of coming here, but when I do manage, its a real treat. Theres so much variety and its always well-stocked. I wouldnt really recommend their vegetables and fruits though, theres just something off imo.

This is a huge Walmart compared to back home. Was able to find everything easily. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Its have almost every thing you need. But it is pretty busy.

This is a decent country Wal-mart. We stopped to get some last minute items for our camping trip at Hiawatha National Forest. They had what we needed but their parking lot could use some attention.

Nothing exciting or fancy visiting this Walmart. I didnt talk with any employee or was greeted by one. Easy to find stuff and was cleaned. I used the self check out so didnt talk to one employee. That was okay for me, as I wasnt looking at chatting with anyone other than going in and out real quick

Extremely friendly people in escanaba nothing like the grumpy mean people of sault ste marie associates were very efficient in helping out customer service was off the hook even the locals were friendly.

Its Walmart- no lanes open

I have always shopped at Wal-Mart even before moving to Escanaba, but, recently with the changes being made (ie. Less cashier lanes, empty shelves, not enough help in the departments, carrying less products, and self checkouts) it is a very unpleasant shopping experience. We are now purchasing more things at your competitor store. I suggest returning to more cashiers for one thing as Ive heard more people complaining about the self checkout lanes. When shopping at your store in July, I stood in line about 40 minutes before I even began placing my order on the belt and it was HOT in the store. Please hire some knowledgeable employees. Some have no idea about the products in the department, so cannot give you answers to your questions. STOP with the masks! Dont ask why people are not wearing one upon entering.If its a medical reason, we do not have to say anything else. Its against Hippa laws. You cannot enforce wearing the masks, its a personal choice. The governor does not wear one on public, so why should we unless you want to! Its unhealthy to breathe carbon dioxide in for long periods of time. So, ask your employees to refrain from glaring and asking. They shouldnt be wearing them either.

The Walmart in Escanaba was awesome! They had most of the things I wanted and even gave me little fuss about prices. They sold me ham for a dollar. Thank you Walmart for helping our family out when we needed it. The staff was friendly and Id recommend this establishment to friends and family.

Shelves are always sparse. The employees are not knowledgeable and very little help. They seem to care more about gossip & complaining about their own lives...very unprofessional. I dont like going in here.

Its an ok place but its very run down. Managers scream at employees in the middle of the floor there in front of customers. I would nit recommend working here neither. Its like a cult if your not in the little circle you will eventually get fired.

Employees are rude and public facial expressions, no smiling, not a thank you. Carline in Escanaba Michigan is an ideal employee. She gave my wife back money after someone stole her wallet out of her cart. She let her return an item past its return date

Allows you to shop online for most items and curb side pick up, if an item is out if stock they will replace it and give you the option to approve of the replacement or not at not additional charge for an up garade.The way they load groceries into your vehicle could be better but service is always great.
