The folks at Urb’s were able to schedule me for next day service and the work was finished at the anticipated time. Honda specifies a full synthetic oil and only Honda transmission fluid for my vehicle. I was glad to learn that Urb’s was already aware of this and that’s what they used. The work done on my vehicle falls into the category of preventive maintenance and I saved a good deal of $ at Urb’s vs.going to a dealer which I had always done previously. This was my first time going to Urb’s and I plan to return for service/repairs in the future.

Had tire pressure light and 2 nails in tire. Had to replace tire. After leaving still Had pressure light. However upon returning Nick identified the pressure gage battery had died. Was extremely satisfied when he replaced it at no charge since his mechanic didnt check it. Very good customer service. Will definitely return.

First time using Urb’s. They were recommended by mechanic at Walmart. Great work, clean shop and very informative. The only draw back was, I using Carshield(I DO NOT recommend) and it took an excessive amount of time because of adjuster. I think they could have communicated with me better about progress.I will definitely use and recommend!!!!!

The staff was friendly and the waiting lounge was comfortable. I was there about an hour and a half. In addition to the oil change they mounted and balanced 4 new tires. Overall a good experience.

Had an appointment for 8 am to do a rotation and alignment, was there at 7:45 am. When I walked in they told me they had to wait to do my car because “they had one stuck on the rack” and were waiting for a part to be FEDEXed to them. They said they would get me in after that (same day) and would call me. No call so I called them at 10:40 am, still didn’t have the part and I asked AGAIN if they would be able to get to it today, was told again yes they would. I called at 2:30pm and was told that they just got the part so could they reschedule for tomorrow or NEXT WEEK! Will not be going back!!!

Took my car in last week for multiple issues I was having. They treated me with respect, called me within a few hours of dropping it off with an update, and I feel like they gave me a very fair price for everything they worked on. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

Ive had a number of experiences with these guys--for my trucks and my sons car. Everything has been top notch all the way through. The real test of anything is if something isnt 100% right, will they make it right? I had two occasions where stuff happened. One is where I brought them tires that had manufacturer defects--all of them had what is called run in them. They helped me out. I had a radiator replaced in my truck and there was a small drip after picking it up. I let them know and they corrected the issue. They were courteous, timely, professional and one of the worst things in the world is finding a mechanic that you trust. I no longer worry about that. Carl, Ted and team are all awesome to work with.

So happy with the way my Jeep drives. My friend referred me here for a tune up and brakes. I didnt know what to expect but was hoping it was a knowledgeable shop. They were very friendly and down to earth with a nice sitting area. Reasonable pricing and did not jerk me around. Only thing was they had my Jeep all day which I wasnt expecting. But hey I rather you take your time, then do it fast and something isnt fixed properly. Will be back!

Skilled mechanics, fair pricing, no getting herded around and quoted for needless work. Ive shopped around a few times since starting to use community about 10 years ago. No one has ever beat them. They always let me know something is wearing out and needs replaced when I have the time, and let me know if something I thought was wrong still has a while left and should be left alone. Give em a try and you will be pleased. Heads up, Loyd at the front desk can be a little rough around the edges, but he has a heart of gold.

I will ALWAYS come here. Every time Ford in Florence gives me a ridiculous $1,000 bill for unnecessary repairs, Lloyd will have me bring it in and will look at it and tell me EXACTLY what really needs to be done and what doesnt. He takes the time to explain it to me, shows me EXACTLY how much the necessary parts cost, and does it for half the cost I was quoted by the other place. Hes dependable, reliable, kindhearted, and efficient. Ive gone multiple times and have referred all of my colleagues to go to this place as well.

I Love my Mercedes Benz !! But I cant afford to take to dealer crazy expensive!! I talked to Lloyd and he gave me a great price for tune up. I could not afford full tune up so I just had them change the spark plugs. They said no problem and it was the price they quotedno more and was done fast!! We are traveling and our check engine light came on. We picked Community Auto Service, Inc. because of its 4.5 star rating and because it was near our hotel. I called and spoke to Ted, explaining that we were on a road trip and would be in Kentucky just a couple of days. He got us in right away and in less than an hour, our oxygen outtake sensor was replaced for our engine. We were so grateful! We werent price-gouged, either. A/C went out on Monday and if you know how hot & muggy its been around here in Cincinnati I knew I needed to get it fixed ASAP. Called Community Auto and they were able to get me in the earliest they could. Found out it was a couple broken belts & nothing else. They had the parts ordered and delivered in less than an hour - new belts put on and A/C now cranking full blast.Really appreciate not only them getting me in so quickly but being very transparent and communicating to me exactly what was going on during the whole process. Do not go here if you are looking for an estimate they will charge through the roof. And second, I made an appointment for 1 o’clock and they didn’t even look at it until 4 o’clock. What a waste of time and the owner there shows no professionalism.

I chose Community Auto Service based upon a number of recommendations from satisfied customers as well as my own internet research. Poor business practice. Charged my buddy for almost nothing besides opening his trunk. He had a spilled gas can back there and they charged him $60 for it. Never go here as they will up charge you for no reason. I mean just look at the other reviews. They should be shut down.
