You have a wonderful female manager! She was extremely pleasant to deal with and even did not make a big deal about the mask policy! Some people cannot wear a face mask and she was very understanding and sympathetic to that! We need more people like her in this world. She deserves a raise!! Not every place of business are tyrants who think their opinions are more important than your health!

Highly recommend this place. One of the few places showing compassion for those of us who are not able to wear masks. I really like being able to enjoy myself without being harassed or discriminated against. Thank you for the awesome atmosphere to shop in.

Decent gas prices usually. Store was filled with flies though as was the bathroom. Urinal also smelled really bad.

On the Google maps it says that this store is 24/7. I went here on 6/8/21 and the store was closed and the time was 11pm.

Great service, awesome employees and coffee! Signing up for Smart Pay is a must-save 10 cents a gallon on gas! Lastly, a 99 cent slice of pizza is a great way to not buy a whole pizza and eat it.

I go every morning to til my bus. Love the coffee and morning sandwiches.employees are very friendly and love chatty with you.

Clean store, just wish they told people or had it posted that inside isn’t actually 24 hours they don’t open inside till 4am but they fail to notify the public of that or have it posted anywhere.

Went to go tell a young girl the bathroom was dirty and always out of toilet paper, got a dirty look. So when I went to the register got greeted and a great smile as always from Gloria. She is the only reason I will return

Charging $1.60 more for premium is outrageous and gouging your customers. Every other station, including other Cumberland Farms are between $0.50 & $0.75 difference. Shame on you.

Id have to agree with these 2 gentlemen that Elizabeth is a nightmare. outgoing but very rude and nasty if something doesnt go her way. Ive had snarky comments from her on numerous occasions. and as far as maria the manager shes a bit abrasive but again theyre both a damper on the rest of the amazing employees who are soooo pleasant and kind :)

I walked into this Cumberland Farms with an iced coffee from a different Cumberland Farms when Elizabeth told me that I had to pay for the coffee I explained to her that I only put ice cubes in the coffee and she insisted on calling me a liar I then said I would pay for the ice but I had already purchased the coffee she continued to argue with me until eventually charging me $0.25 for ice. I understand the confusion and why she tried to charge me for the coffee but, once i told her i came in with it she should have dropped the subject. Instead she tells me your coffee was half full when you came in meaning she knew i came in with the coffee since she noticed the level to which it had been drank. I explained yes half full of coffee plus ice. I mean this was a full blown argument. I explained to Elizabeth that calling me a liar and arguing with me about a coffee refill is extremely poor customer service to which she replied I have great customer service Ok Elizabeth i think not. I realize im ranting but, there is nothing worse than being called a thief or a liar when neither are true especially as a customer. Worse thing was through all the commotion i forgot to buy my gas and had to go back in for it.

Management, please please turn down the volume on the music played at the pump. It is extremely obnoxious to the point where you cant think straight bc loud pop music is blaring out of the speaker right by your face. I think somewhere along the line from the source of the music (computer, phone, iPod) to the speaker there is a volume turned up much too loud so that the signal is maxed out to the speaker. This makes it all garbled, so its like being accosted by a super loud wall of distorted static. Other locations dont have this issue. If its meant to entertain customers or advertise for Cumberland Farms or whatever, it is having the opposite effect because its crazy annoying. Thanks.
