My wife found this place on short notice a few years ago, and weve always had a great experience here. Shawn has managed to fit us in on short notice multiple times, and the work is quality, at a good price. Making the drive from Northwood is worth the time.

I brought my sons car in for an inspection sticker. Although Sean the owner was very busy he fit me in. The 13 year old car had a very serious front end issue and I was shown how unsafe it was to drive. Sean actually dropped everything, gave me a ride home, fixed the car at a very reasonable price and delivered it back to my son who is in a cast and unable to drive for a month. I offered to pay Sean for the ride and car delivery, but he politely declined. An honest, knowledgeable gentleman for sure. Epping is indeed lucky to have such a gem!

Having spend 24 years in the military I found that I can only trust a few people. Shawn is one of those people. Hes fair, honest, and does what he says he will do. He will tell you Yes he can ,or No he cant. No BS.

Finally found a place I trust with good quality of service and customer care! They were thorough but didnt waste my time and were happy to restore my headlights without charging or being asked to. Ill definitely be going back.

Brought my truck there multiple times and owner was disrespectful of my truck and tried to charge more than required for a general inspection. Would not recommend bringing you’re vehicle there unless it’s brand new and sparkly. Mechanic was nice and thorough, but disappointed with owners service and treatment.

Stopped in for an inspection, only to discover that my rear tires were worn out and would fail inspection—and I’m a procrastinator so of course it was the last day for my sticker. Shawn called around to a few different places looking for tires—we found some nearby and he had my new tires on and my car inspected in no time. Friendly, professional, and great customer service. I’ll be coming back here for oil changes and maintenance for sure.

I wouldn’t even leave one star if I didn’t have to to write this review. I called around to different shops all day today looking to swap tires & pit my snow tires on for the winter, everywhere I called was booked. Finally I came across 27 Auto and the guy that answered seemed nice and told me if I could be there by 2:30pm he could swap my tires. I told him I was coming from Manchester and that I would be there as soon as possible seeing how it was already 1:45 and the roads were getting bad. My boyfriend and I pulled in and went inside. I told him I didn’t ha e another vehicle and asked how long it would take and he said about 45 minutes & that he didn’t have a bathroom or waiting area or anything but I could wait there. He pulled my car in the garage and I asked if I could grab my stuff out of it before he put it up in the air and he said that was fine. As I walked over to my car he goes, “Oh by the way we forgot to talk about pricing. I charge $25 per tire for a tire change.” I literally laughed out loud and he smiled at me like I didn’t already know that was an OUTRAGEOUS price for tires. Literally the worst customer service never. After I said no he said he could do it for $90 and take 10% off because of my veteran plates. Complete waste of my time and energy, AND my father ended up having to change them in the snow storm later that night. Don’t go to 27 Auto, the owner is not honest and his pricing is unfair, especially if he thinks he can get away with scamming you. 👎🏻

I dread going to them, it is like going to a foreign country where you can not speak the language and the people that can are either laughing at you or trying to figure out a way to con you.... not this place.. been to 27 Automotive a couple of times now.... the place is super clean, the owner knowledgeable and honest. This place rates a triple AAA from this girl..
