The staff at this place are the best. My turn signal stopped working when I was far from home, and I stopped in to buy a replacement. Both an associate and the manager spent a bit of time looking at my old, well-loved car, and they discovered that the bulb was fine, but there was a connection issue. They were able to resolve it without replacing the bulb and gave me a refund for the bulbs Id purchased even though theyd already been opened. I wish this store was close to my house so I could easily go back again when I have the need. The staff were friendly and so helpful on a very stressful day for me.

Very helpful staff. They give you their honest opinion and dont try to sell you unnecessary items. Theyll point out sales they have, but are not pushy at all. Dont think Ive ever had a bad experience with them since they opened!

If I could give this location more stars I would! I was dreading going to auto parts store after the way I was treated at an Advanced auto parts store. I heard good things about AutoZone and decided to give it a try! Walking up to the doors today an employee opened the door for me and tight away offered his services. He was incredibly helpful giving me windshield wipers options and opening my automatic starter for the battery. He then offered to install the wipers and the battery taking his time showing me how to do it. He was a super kind guy with a great sense of humor! I didnt catch his name but he had cool red hair and a beard. It was an incredible experience and I will only be doing my auto parts shopping here for now on! Thank you kind sir and AutoZone!😁

I came to Advanced Auto Parts(Ephrata) today around 5:20 to get a test for my battery. The associate I was referred to was slow, not helping at all, when the test( with my help!) showed that the battery needs to be replaced, with the words “I’ll try” he returned inside, stopped by the check out and forgot about me. I went to Autozone at 627 Reading Rd, were in 10 minutes my battery was tested, exchanged, and the service was outstanding! Great job!

Employees were very helpful and even got me everything I needed for cheap using different coupons and offers!

These guys were helpful as heck. The employees were all extremely helpful and friendly. The one guy was really a hoot as well. They helped us get the windshield wipers we needed and also helped us get our antifreeze. The location is easy to find it is extremely easy to see from the street. There plenty of parking. I think AutoZone is a great place

I was here about 3/4 yr ago to get a wheel bearing for my car. I always go to advance auto parts because they are just up the road from me. But auto zone was open n hr later than advance and I needed the bearing that night. Well, they had it in stock so I bought it. Great service, btw!Now the wheel is grinding again. Yup, bad bearing. They say to bring it in for warranty. Wasnt sure how it was going to go, with warranty and all. But it was great!! No questions asked, just a new part and out the door I went! I will say it did cost me a bit of time, running for the new part and doing the actually replacing, but they way they gladly replaced the bad part really made a good impression of the place!!THANKS AUTO ZONE!!

This store, out of all the local stores, is above the rest! Great team of employees that has a widely varied experiences and advice! People that live in the outlying areas go to this one for reliability and confidence!! ;-)

I have been coming to this branch for years and I dont see that stopping. They get me what I need and keep me moving. Plenty of parts stores around, Ill stick with this AutoZone.

Got a battery recently. They installed and explained everything nicely. A win for DIY projects and even loaning tools to get that job done. I am not good with whats under the hood, so they spell it out for you pretty much.

I usually never have any bad experiences at this store.

Wow. The customer service at this place is fantastic!! They helped me find headlights and wipers... which obviously I could have done on my own, but they went put of their way to be of assistance, and helped me solve the wobbly wiper issue. Then, they came out, in the cold, and not only installed my new parts, but showed me how so I can do it myself in the future. Even tested my battery at my request. Seriously... you dont come across service like this every day. Props to Colin, the guy who helped me. Thank you!!!

Typically parts store. It would be faster to let me use the computer to find the part. Be ready to wait in line even if the staff out number the customers. I prefer to call them when looking for parts.

I was looking for something specific and did not find what I needed so decided to leave when the cashier told me to hold on that I need to go to the back of the store. He looked me over at the door and then decided it was ok that I could leave realizing I have stolen nothing. Not nice to be treated like a thief! Wont happen again.

I come here often and have never had any issues with service or part availability in the past 3-4 years. The staff is helpful without being intrusive and the prices, if not the best I can find, are normally very close.
