I show up at 3 and never sent a driver, so no parts.. but was told all get someone sent now and will have it now today.... Went in knowing there not going to have what I was looking for. I was hoping they might know where I could get my custom windshield sun shade. For a ford transit med roof. Turns out they had what I needed. I kinda got the feeling they werent going to let me leave till they helped me. Couldnt be happier. Small town auto parts store at best.

Just doing my best to support our local business ownwes. Sure, you might pay a couple dollars more sometimes, but you are keeping that money in your community. Plus, the employees seem much more knowledgeable than at the other stores in town. The other great thing is if they dont have your part in stock, they can usually get it there same day. Napa is the place to go first.

Brought in my flywheel to get resurfaced,well yes they did that . In the mean time they bent the heck out my dowel pins then proceeded to explain to me that its me to replace them... Ahh no it was brought in here in working order ...well got it figured out an now its been going on 2 weeks an waiting for them to whats ,suppost to in the mail when I call is not...

Its Nampa which means you can get things at this auto parts store that you cant get it others especially when it comes to old car in old truck parts 60s 70s extra wide aisles lots of folks to help you with anything youre looking for no lines at the checkout and if there is there extremely quick at getting things checked out lots of light

Slow service. 2 counters, one to get your parts from then to another to pay. Inefficient. Not a good stop for in and out.
