Clean nice ppl affective no better pool supply store hughes pools all the way

Can’t give a rating on anything other than getting an estimate. After 1 month of website info filled out multiple calls still no call back for an estimate. If that’s any indication of how they build no thanks. I highly recommend Mr. Pool they clearly understand how a business should be run.

They put our pool in 2002 and have serviced it ever since. Ms Donna in the service department always makes sure they are their on time. Their services man James is very knowledgeable and always looking to save you money on repairs and knows what he is doing. We always ask for him to work on our pool he gets right the first time.

Although we purchased our spa and pool from this establishment, I would most definitely NOT recommend them to anyone looking for either a spa or pool. After care service is ridiculous. We have been waiting since at least March 2021 for repairs for our pool. Totally gave up trying to get assistance for the spa. Also, there were issues after the pool was installed that we were told would be rectified. Two years later, still waiting. Only thing this location is good for is getting supplies for upkeep of our pool and spa.

We recently purchased a spa from Hughes Pools & Spas for health benefits and couldn’t be happier. Ryan spent considerable time walking us through two models when we could not make a decision. With his help we were able to make the perfect decision for our family. He helped us when we had questions about our salt water system and was always prompt in answering our questions. We are enjoying our spa and have no regrets about our investment or choice to use Hughes Pools & Spas.

Great prices, super friendly staff

Outside of the staff in the Enterprise store dealing with Hughes has been a horrific experience. Changes made to deck without communicating to us then led to a rude, unprofessional rant from the concrete team. The workers were speaking in Spanish making discriminatory remarks about us. I would definitely recommend using Hughes for your hot tub and pool maintenance needs but find another contractor to work with for anything else

Seems like a good source for those who spare no expense but not for those who are trying to be economical.

The customer service is exceptional!!! Ryan is a true professional - knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, informative, and accommodating. The Hughes Pool Team are incredible to work with and should be considered for any of your pool or spa needs, regardless of how close or far you are from Enterprise.

Our pool needed help. I called Hughes Pool and Spa. They were so sweet. A very polite man came to the house to fix our issues. He was so polite and professional. I will purchase our supplies and service from Hughes Pool and Spa moving forward. Thank you, so much for the five star service!

They were quick to help, but, didnt have what I needed ,. The one helping me suggested pinch a penny, so I went there.

We had an issue with our polaris pump. The salesman told us what we needed to fix the issue. Due to the weather, we were not able to fix it within 30 days. When we attempted to fix the Polaris, Hughes had unfortunately sold us the wrong parts. When we took the parts back, they refused to refund our money. Bad customers appreciation.

They were very accommodating to my needs. They called me right back to discuss and arrange for me to get my new pool liner. They were very knowledgeable about their products and what would be involved to get it done. I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them.

I am a maintenance Tech for a large apartment complex in Enterprise and we use Hughes Pools exclusively! Staff is fantastic,always helpful and knowledgeable! If you have a pool there is only one place you need for everything and thats Hughes Pools And Spas!

Outstanding pool. They completed it in less than one month. Everything I asked for was done and the cost stayed in budget. This is my third pool, one liner and two gunite that Carroll Hughes has built for me. I would use them again. I have never had to call them back for anything.

I have been frequenting Hugh’s Pools for a for a while and every time I go in I am treated with the utmost respect by it’s very knowledgeable staff members who ensure that I get what I need for my pool.Earlier this year Hughes Pools replace a torn liner and I am completely happy with the work preformed and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

When we built our house 14 years ago, we asked our builder who they would recommended to install a pool. They said HughesPools, not knowing anyone that had a pool at that time we decided to go ahead and get the builder to get the pool going with Hughes. WOW!! If I knew then what I know now, we would had definitely did our research and got another company to install. We have had NOTHING but PROBLEMS with our pool. Even had one of the family members to come out to look at the pool and show them what issues we had at that time with the pool. He proceeded to tell me that it was normal and that it was NOT there issue. First of all when it came to the concrete they poured around the pool it was not poured correctly and we have black mold that developes in one of the corners. They did not clean the area around the pool at all. So even to this day we have red stains on the concrete. After having the pool for 1 year the handle and the ladder started rusting along with the white capping that holds the liner In place started having small holes all AROUND the pool. The pool NEVER would drain by itself and so we had to look for the tube they put in for the water to drain and we had to put a larger tube in and slant it the way it should so that the pool would drain correctly. Our diving board started sinking so when I got with another pool company they discovered that Hughes didnt put a rebar to prevent from the diving board moving. So all in all, they charged FULL price to build but, in return they used VERY cheap materials and in some cases no materials at all. Customer service was awful and when they thought they had you on hold you could hear them making fun of you on the other end, so professional isnt it? When Mr. Hughes came to my house and told me that it was my issue, I literally threw him out of my house and I have not called them ever again and I definitely tell people NOT to use them.

Terribly slow service calls. If you love in Enterprise, your service calls are supposed to be filled by the Montgomery store. After weeks of waiting, I called Pinch a Penny Pools in Dothan. Fixed the same day. Sorry Hughs, you gotta work on your service department.

The Enterprise office is being run by incompetent people. When you call the Montgomery office it gets even worse! We will be taking our business anywhere else but here!!

Horrible customer service, I absolutely do NOT recommend this company - they were contracted to fix our pool and not only did not fulfill their obligation, they were dishonest and shady throughout the whole process.
