We have bought several mattresses over the last eight years from the Enterprise store and we have been very pleased with not only the product but with the service also. This was my first time buying a mattress from this establishment. Normally I’m a big-box purchaser. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness, the quality of assistance received, the ability for a single person to handle a rapid influx of customers, and care the delivery guys took during delivery. I will buy mattresses for my other bedroom when I need to replace them. Mr. Mattress is recommended.

Shopping for a mattress can be overwhelming. I found the perfect mattress and base. It was delivered two days later as promised and in the two hour window as promised. Jim was so knowledgeable and helpful. The offers they have helped us get exactly what we wanted for a great deal.When our bed was delivered we noticed that we received a different, cheaper base. We called and went in to figure out the issue and they told us they would arrange to swap them out. A week and a half later we hadn’t heard anything so we called and went again only to find out the base we ordered is back ordered by 2-3 months and that they weren’t planning to replace it.The buying process was easy and the staff were helpful, the delivery process has been frustrating and misleading.

This place is awesome cant tell you how much we were impressed from the moment we enter door to same day delivery. JimBo was very informative and made sure the purchase met our needs. Jeffery delivered as promised same day due to the huge stock, no waiting to be ordered like other dealers. We were moving in to new house with no bed to sleep on that night but they made it happen. Jimmy highly recommended the Tempur-Pedic Adapt because Im a side sleeper so I spent over $3,000 on a Tempur-Pedic Adapt and used it for over 30 days to give the mattress a chance to adapt to my body. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable, you can only exchange, and have to pay a fee. Pretty much the same with the main company. I called the Mr. Mattress store twice a spoke with Jimmy to have the owner help me resolve the issue however, I have not received any calls. You are better off buying a mattress from another company that lets you try it and if you are not satisfied you can return it with no questions ask. Now, Im stuck with a $3,105.00 paper weight. I would give a ZERO rating but Google does not let you do that. Spend you hard earn money elsewhere.
