I called to ask about if they had color contacts because I needed the soft tweezers that you can put contacts in and out with. The girl (Kelly) says this is a beauty supply store I dont have anything like that. UMM NO WAY I HAD NO IDEA I CALLED SALLYS BEAUTY SUPPLY.... I mean really, if you dont like answering questions like that find a different job.... Like I didnt know who I called PSSSSH.... Rude

There was a very rude lady in there today with long black wavy hair. All i wanted was help toning my hair. She was very rude and arrogant. I will not be going back here. Also when i callee to ask her name noone wanted to give it to me. Then told me that was the manager. Are you kidding me?

I had a great experience here. The staff was knowledgeable and actually introduced me to some new things. An employee named Ciara helped me, excellent customer service

If you not spending enough money. You will not get a bag unless you pay for it. Ridiculous walking out a store with your items in your hand. I no longer shop there. Get it together people your prices is already high an you dont have a bag for me

Giving 5 stars because cashier/clerk Nikki was amazing. I brought my daughter in there tonight for hair dye, and we had little knowledge of what we were looking for exactly. Nikki took the time to explain everything while walking around with us to show us the right products. She was so very sweet, respectful, and nailed it in customer service! Also, my daughters hair turned out great! Thank you again Nikki! Store was clean, organized, and products were easy to find!

The Sally’s Beauty Store in Enterprise, Alabama has absolutely become the worst place ever. You go in they have nothing for professionals unless of course you’re looking for finger nail polish. You go and now they may have the store randomly closed in the middle of the day. The worst thing they could have ever done was get rid of the old management in the store. Unfortunately, when you’re in a bind needing a quick item, they’re the only option you have nearby without traveling 30 minutes or more. This pace has become a joke!

I was told about this store, from a friend. Im glad that I went. The employee was extremely friendly and made sure that I was purchasing the right items. Very clean and neat.

The products are great there is a good range of choices on product branfs and whay not. The workers on the other hand are hit or miss. This shop has some great workers who are super helpful and knowledgeable... And then there are those who you have to find every two minutes and get i dont know as the answer for everything and they are completely unwilling to even attempt to find the answer.

I come there quite often and buy all what I need. Very good deals sometimes.The only frustration is some of the ladies there have no idea about products or give horrible service. The last time new lady was very unhappy to serve me, didnt want to give me information, was distracted listening others, didnt know how to deal with computer and seems like overall hated me.

I went to Sallys today to find a product to take the yellowish tint out of my hair . The lady told me to use a toner and a developer ,leave it in 10 minutes rinse and condition. I done all the above now my hair looks dark with a little of a purple tint. Very dissatisfied. There needs to be a negative 0.
