Its sad when Walmart starts to have a better selection. Not hating on GameStop and I know shipments how they are its difficult to fully stock. Just saying, it sucks to see another good store go. First Hastings, now this...

Looks to be recently remodeled, very nice and very clean. Multiple games and memorabilia at hand. The clerk was very knowledgeable across the gaming aspect, also willing to help and answer all your questions.

Even though the mask mandate has been lifted the people working here are still wearing them which is nice, along with the service the person working there at the time was very kind. If your from out of town I would recommend this place.

Online order originated from this Enid, Oklahoma Gamestop. LOW IQ, LOW ENERGY employee shipped an empty case with the game missing. Unacceptable.

Mike was amazing! He didnt hover or be too pushy, but he was great at recommending an item to us and really connected. He also covered his bases in even offering any preorders which was just a nice way of ensuring quality customer service. Ive always been a loyal GameStop member, but Mike is a good employee who deserves some recognition.

NOBODY!! I mean nobody wants to feel ignored in a store. I walked up in this place, feeling 100% Im going to buy a PS4. I browsed around at a few games and glimpsed at the television as games were being played. Maybe about six customers in the building and three at the register(they were all together.) I stood in front of the other register because there was an employee there messing with the register computer. About 10 minutes in, the employee backed away from the register and pulled out their phone. Believe me! This person KNEW I was there, because I did a cough and clear my throat thing awkwardly to get this employees attention. But nope. So I left, while the (3) other customers walked out behind me ecstatic for their new console.

Jennifer was amazing!! Got me geared up with everything I needed for Cyberpunk2077! And it it with an awesome upbeat attitude!! Thank you!

I try to go in when it’s not busy because staff is usually a lot more chatty and open about how they feel about upcoming games. I’ve never had a bad experience. Wish the store was a little bigger though.

Their website said they had used ps4 controllers for a certain price but they told my husband they didnt have them. They sold him a brand new controller without a power cord for twice the price of a used one.

For gaming and nerdy shopping in Enid, this is pretty much your only option. Ive known a few people to have worked here and they are usually great with customer service but the company apparently doesnt treat them well since they have a high employee turnover. Not bad for wasting time in but also not much to keep you in there more than a few minutes.

Mike was lame and didn’t care about my ps4 pro breaking in 32 days. That’s ridiculous a 30 day warranty for something so expensive. Taking advantage of children I say. I’m taking this to the top. My son is heartbroken 😡

Do not pre- order from them. I preordered WWE 2k20 for my son and didnt receive my preorder code for the bump in the night pack. The code didnt print off on my receipt and I was told it was in the deluxe box which it wasnt. Called the store and they didnt have the code. Called customer service to be told they couldnt find my order. Never have I been so disappointed with customer satisfaction. Worse part about it was it was for my autistic son who has been waiting over 2 months for it to be released

Less than impressed. I can order the same stuff on Amazon for cheaper, and then Im not hunting through the hodgepodge of items just shoved on shelves. Ntm their pitiful excuse for buybacks. Buy a game for 59.99 dont like it, and they offer a buyback of 2.00. I could get 40-50 for it on Facebook marketplace.

Very cool that these kind of brick and mortar stores for video games still exist. Game stop is legit.

The 2 people there took good care of me and even though I didnt preorder from that store, they called and took care of me so I didnt have to go back to the original store.

Customer service needs to be a little more lively but the selection or merch that they have is one of the most extensive ive seen at GameStop. Love it and everytime I go to see my family in Oklahoma i make SURE to stop in and pick something up.

Ive been going to Game Stop since 2009 when I came back from deployment and got my first system. We just moved to Enid, Ok. And everyone in town warned us about the store here. We went to transfer a game I had previously ordered. I have transfered from state to state multiple times etc. This store said I would lose my pro edition. Even tho the store its ordered from said they just have to transfer it and my copy will come to the store like its been in over 5 states and multiple cities. I even called the Oklahoma city store and it wouldnt be and nd problem. Someone needs to get management or someone that knows what they are doing and until then I will not be using gamestop. If I could do less then a star I would and I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Do not buy used games!! I bought a used game it was very scratched up and didnt work so i returned it and bought another used game of the same game and it also did not work gamestop is unreliable about the used items they sell to you

Sometimes just to god awful expensive but i prefer the disk over digital anyway so i try to limit to around tax season unless they are taking pre orders for a game i want

Would only recommend if your a millionaire. If you feel like trading something in to get cash you might as well just get the in-store credit because theyre not going to give you much else.

I pre-ordered Horizons Collectors Edition and when I went in to get it on the release date they couldnt find my copy of the game. Now Im waiting to get my copy.

Price was advertising as 60 $ for head set. In store the price tag was 100$ when asked the first clerk he responed with the price flexs from time to time. When asked the second staff she looked it up . all the head sets were indeed priced wrong

The staff is friendly and the prices are usually fair if youre a pro member, but thats a yearly membership.
