Well - The Season is changing, and so is my tire pressure! I limped into town, over 10lbs down... And pulled into Firestone. I was greated at the door with a friendly smile and an immediate Hello, how can I help you today? I told HER (Yes, a WOMAN works there!!!) Of my trouble, and that I had an appointment I was late for, she said that she could help me! Even though ALL the bays were full, they IMMEDIATELY, checked, and aired up my tires! When I asked what I owed them - She replied NOT A THING! Now THATS my kind of Tire Store, and I hope you make it yours, as well! You wont be sorry!

Super easy and fast.. love it no BS if it needs replaced or doesnt they will tell u and as well they even make sure and show u what they replaced after the fact .

I had paid them to get my alignments fixed up. When I got my car back, nothing was fixed at all. I took my vehicle to another shop, and they had told me nothing was done for my car at all and that I was ripped off. Not only did I lose money, but my trust towards them as well. Never again.

Ben and Kimberly were very helpful and they have a great selection of tires, as well as special deals!They were busy all day, and that’s always a good sign at a tire shop!

Brought Truck in for tire repair at 3:06 pm arrived back to shop at 5:32 not fixed. Observed 3 guys playing in work area. Heard one worker complaining time to go home. Had our truck their for almost 3 hours. Done alot of business with Firestone. Thanks

Went in to get a tire replaced when I left I had no brakes. I called to find out if something had been done and the first thing the person over the phone asked was if I would like to schedule an appointment to get my brakes done. I had never had a problem before. I ended up going to Enid Superlube to have them check it out and they fixed the problem and told me not to worry about it when I went to pay! Maybe y’all should take notes from competitors.

A year ago I took my car in due to making a noise, due to the strut in the front being broke. They looked at the car and said that it was my back struts and that the noise was carrying. So I paid to replace those. I drove off and the noise was still there so I turned around and they looked at it again the next day and said that it was indeed my front struts. So they replaced those and I only paid for the labor cost. Which was great since they replaced the wrong things anyway. Ever since then I have had a clicking noise when turning and I have taken it in to them 5 times and they cant find the problem even though they said they can hear it as well. Today I took my car in due to the check engine light coming on. They said a random misfire and the cadd. converter isnt working, however they cleared the codes and told me they dont perform that type of work. I drove off and when I got home I noticed that I had 2 more warning lights 1. check charging system 2. low oil pressure. I called back and told them and they said to bring the car back. So I did and they told me those warnings are on due to the car not being started and once I start it they go away. I told them it has never done that before and that they engine light is also flashing and that the radio doesnt stay on like it normally does. He tells me that I need to take the car and have it looked at!?!?. I thought that was what I was doing. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and keep going to them because of the mishap with the strut and stay loyal and continue to give my money and business to them. But this is the last straw. I will never take my car back to them and I will never recommend anyone go here for tires or for car repair. Terrible....Terrible. I have wasted toooo much time at this place over the past year.

I took my car in to get some aftermarket wheels I had ordered test fitted. The mechanic put the wheel on the car without any lug nuts, so the wheel wasn’t flush, he spun the tire and everything cleared. When all tires where installed the front two tires made a sound that they heard as they took it around the the block they heard a sound but never checked it. When I received the car back immediately noticed the wheel spokes where rubbing on the caliper took about 1mm and a half off the spokes inside the wheel. I talked to the manager and they did nothing but grind my calipers down when they should of replaced the wheels or payed for the damage.

Had screw in my tire, all they wanted to do was give me air, so I took the air and went somewhere else.

While traveling from far western Oklahoma to Tulsa today, the alternater in my work truck failed. By sheer luck I rolled into this Firestone before my battery was completely dead. It was 20 mintues till they were supposed to close. The manager, Ben Willems and tech Darren Dolci are absolutely fantastic. They jumped right to work ordering a replacement part. Darren had the old alternater removed by the time the new one arrived, and was just as fast installing the replacement. Thank you both so much for the outstanding service and staying late to get me back on the road and home safe. You guys saved the day!

Needless to say my visit to Firestone in Enid Ok was horrible!!!! I was needing to get my tires balanced because they was shaking badly, so I go in and ask if I can set up an appointment the next day to get the work done. I made the appointment for 2pm the following day thinking ok I have an appointment and getting tires balanced doesnt take that long so I should be in and out. WRONG!!!! I show up 15 minutes early just incase. I walk in and the guy behind the counter wont even look at me then as Im walking up to the counter I started talking and he grabs the phone and calls someone about a truck that had an appointment next week. So I stand patiently waiting as he hangs the phone up he walks towards the back and gets a drink then walks back up to the computer not saying a word to me, finally I say I have an appointment at 2pm to get my tires balanced, he then looks something up on the computer not saying a word looks out at the shop as do I to see if they was busy. There was on car in the shop with 3 sitting outside he then says well we are 2 hours behind. I say ok not knowing if he wants me rescheduled the appointment or what. He then says ill need some info off the truck so we walk out and I look in the shop and see 2 guys playing on their phones and talking I thought ok maybe its break time. So after getting the info he says give me the keys I hand him the keys and go in and sit in the waiting area, little did I know that me my wife and our youngest son would be sitting there for the next 3 hours while the guys in the shop played on there phones and talked. After the 1st hour and a half I watched my truck sit where I parked it, I tried to ask if they was gonna be able to work on it today but got ignored. I decided to call another shop in town to ask them if there was anyway I could swing by there shop to get it done because I had been there almost 2 hours, after they heard me make the phone call the guy at the computer goes out to the shop to get the guys off there phones and to pull my truck inside, so im like ok its gonna be done after 2 hours but wrong again my truck sit in the shop for another hour while the guys took countless breaks and even fixed a tire that drove up while I was waiting. So after 3 hours and 20 minutes I see my truck start to move outta the shop I go to the computer to try and pay and the guy says well its not done then I see my truck fly past the front of the shop and he tells me oh he has to test drive it, a little confused because hes not gonna be able to tell anything unless he takes it on the highway to get up to 70. So after he was gone 5 minutes I loom up and see my truck whip into an alley and right back out almost hitting a car that was coming down the road. So all in all im very disappointed with this shop and will NEVER return. Paid $80 to sit in the waiting room for a job that shouldnt have taken 30 min

Used to deal with this place all the time now theyre scamming people into buying new tires and over tightening hubcaps so they fall off not impressed

Ordered Tires online and had them shipped to store. Once I got the shipping notice I called and set up an appointment without problems. Communication was great. Arrived for my appointment time was able to see the tires I ordered and watch them install. I have my own caps on the air tube and they put them on the new tires without me asking. Very happy with my service. The store itself is clean the waiting area has a TV, snack machine and free coffee.

They are AWESOME. I had the BEST experience. This was my 1st time going there and I WILL be going back. I ordered tires and they were suppose to be in today, 7-11-20. Well they didnt come in and they worked with me and I got a better for the same price of the tire I had order. They are AWESOME people and would recommend Firestone to anyone.

Good service but one of the employees almost backed my car into another vehicle. Other employees were very apologetic.

Great customer service. On a cross country trip and had a lug stud break and they worked past close time to help us out.

I have purchased Firestone tires for years, also at this location. Went in at 4:30 to have a flat repaired ( warranty - Firestone tire ). Was informed that they were unable to help me even though they closed at 6:00. Went back the next day at 2:00 and was again informed that they were unable to help. Asked for mgr and spoke with Ben, he asked me to leave flat overnight to be repaired, which I did do.My reason for the poor review is that a customer should not have to wait that long to have a flat fixed. Others in the waiting area had been there over 2 hours. Its quite evident that they dont have the manpower to provide good customer service. Need more techs to handle the demand or will lose customers to the competition. They do good work just takes forever!!

They honored the warranty on my old tire and had me a new tire mounted and balanced quickly. It wasnt the same tire I had but its actually a better one. Salesperson was friendly and courteous

Would not use this place for tire.had three guys standing around in the back when I was told it would 3 hours before I could get 2 trailer tires put on. staff was not friendly at all.

Get all my car work done here that I can. Always helpful and courteous. Not always the fastest but I’ve not had allot of trouble with their work and when I have they covered it and fixed it without question. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I phoned in from Wichita to get tires installed on my disabled , single mother daughters auto. Al fully understood our needs and requests and my daughters auto was handled perfectly. I also want to point out that Al expedited our services needs by quickly finding my prior visits info which cuts down on precious time for us all.

Our alternator died as we came into Enid, OK right around 6pm. I called to see if I could get it towed here and drop it off, and even though they had already closed (at 6) the service manager answered the phone and let me know they didnt have a key drop, but he could take it the next morning. I stopped in at 7am when they opened, and they had us back up and running by 10. Service manager was very straightforward and quick to let me know what was going on - I couldnt believe they had it done in just 3 hrs.

As a past Hibdon customer they covered a warranty and fixed my problem for zero monies.

These guys and gals are Great got me in.Two tires and out Fast and Friendly. I will be Back!

Firestone Enid left me overall satisfied with my service. They kept me informed and compared to any other chain automotive repair/service store they had the best price. Despite spending over $1,000 on a vehicle I still walked out with a smile on my face because the service was good and the quality seems legitimate. The only reason they missed out on a star was because in the rush to finish my vehicle they left the engine splash cover off by mistake and didnt add enough coolant to get it up to the normal level. Still, neither of those two things affected my vehicle mechanically and mistakes do happen. Id gladly take my vehicle back if I have any more issues.

So I called 2 days early and had them order tires, I call on the days that the tires were supposed to come in and Kimberly said that she would call me back when my tires came in, 2.5 hours later I dont hear anything back so I call them back and then Im told that my tires came in, so they told me that since they failed to call me back theyd change my appointment time to 3pm because I live a hour away, so I drive the hour and Im going on a half hour wait past my scheduled service time and they still havent even came to get tag number, vin or the odometer.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I needed tires for my wifes car and they were the only place in town that had the right size tires. They got me in quickly and were very polite and accommodating the first time. Since that time we have had 5 flats and have been unable to get any of them fixed there. Thank goodness Big O tires opened back up, they have been tremendous in helping us. Firestone claims to be short handed and whines about techs not showing up and they cant get us in for several days. When they schedule a time for you, expect to wait for an additional 2 hours to even get in the shop. We had a tire with a nail in the side wall that was supposed to be under warranty but after 3 trips and approx. 8 wasted hours we were charged $50 for the replacement. I will do everything in my power to discourage people from using this location.

Awful! Arrived on time for my oil change appointment. An hour & 20 mins later they had not even touched my van. Got my keys & left. 3 mechanics on duty & 6 bays. The manager told me that unexpected delays happen when working on cars. DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS YOU CANT KEEP. I would have understood 30 - 45 min delay, but over an hour & not even an apology until I told them nevermind give me my keys.

Not a friendly staff nor helpful. The single handicap spot the lot has was used by noon handicaped. And instead of moving an elderly disabled woman car for her they told her to park behind the building and walk around. When the manager was informed he said it basically wasnt his problem. And I could almost bet if it were kids sitting in the lot at close he would at least tell them to move if not call the police for loitering after hours. But since this town is so political if you know some one you can do anything with nothing happening except a smart mouth friend covering you even if it is against the city laws.

I took my avalanche to fix my AC unit they told me it would cost 400plus to fix it 😱 so i went to walmart got a AC pro recharged my own AC n now im good....firestone 👎👎👎👎👎

I had a horrible experience at Walmart and called and talked to Kimberly and she was able to get us in within an hour! They had our tire in stock and installed it along with checking another tires repair/ patch job performed at Walmart. Excellent staff! Will only be going there from now on.

Used to be a great place to take your care. I have had nothing but problems since theres been a new manager.

Took my truck in to have the rear brakes and front wheel bearings changed. They informed me that my rear drum could not be resurfaced so they only replaced the shoes. The service was good, however since they replaced the shoes, I was having a real bad brake shimmy when stopping. Thought this was just because I needed to put on new drums. When trying to remove the old drums to put new ones on, I discovered the technician had improperly adjusted the new shoes. They shoes were adjusted so they were constantly applying pressure to the drums as if the emergency brake was applied. No, my emergency brake was not applied. Not confident in their technicians. I do not recommend taking your vehicle to them.

No parking and no service. Dont waste your time. Ive spent 600 plus here for brakes and fluid change. They are overpriced. Desperate for a rim to fit my truck and running out of options stopped to see if they had a rim. No where to park. Pullled up to run in real quick and ask and was told to park I told the mechanic there wasnt anywhere to park. Nothing. No what are you needing. No explanation of additional places to park... so, I backed out and will never return. Too many other options to deal with no service at all. Guzmans down the road is awesome, but they were closed for holidays. Tire shop also great. Big Os also does good work and is reasonably priced. I would suggest this place as a resort and then you will probably be out of luck.

Im very pleased with the Firestone store in Enid Oklahoma. All employees are very professional, very courteous and did an excellent job.

Scheduled an appointment for a oil change and still spent over TWO hours waiting for it to be done. They even allowed a customer to go ahead of me who did not have an appointment because she had to get back to work. Completely disappointed. Will not return to this location.

The two stars is for the fact they made the attempt however half-hearted it may have been. Not recommended for tire balancing and front alignment. After first attempt on alignment my vehicle turned right every time I let go of the wheel and the steering wheel wobbled excessively on the highway, after the third attempt the alignment was ok but it was stated that there is still a little wobble and, if I wanted, they could try again (no thanks), total price for work done ended up over $500 more than quoted.

Repairs were completed in far less time than was expected, the cost was significant;y less than what was expected. All service members were professional and courteous.

Only charged us for what was wrong, with no up-sell what so ever. i would definitely take my vehicles back.

They stop doing any work on your car, even though it was just removing a nail to unload their truck.

I was charged $616 for rear brakes. $300 was supposed to be for wheel cylinders. Another mechanic inspected it a week later & told me it did NOT have new cylinders on it!

Im from Florida I have to visit this location and they was very professional with me.

Had my water pump go out on my truck the day after Christmas and they had me fixed up and ready to get back on the road.
