Wish I could give more stars, but it seems they’re only after the sale. Before we purchased a mattress, the owner was very nice, even opening the store so I could test out mattresses. He provided me with a lot of info, including that they don’t take returns. But, he indicated that he has tried to help out customers if they’re not satisfied - even giving me an example of such. For all of his help, I felt I’d reciprocate by buying a mattress from them and found one that felt right.The first night we slept on it, it was terrible! Once a protector and the sheets were on, it was much firmer than in the store. I called and left a message. No call back. A few days later, still unhappy with the purchase, I called again and left a message with an employee. I specifically stated that I knew they didn’t accept returns, but I wanted to know if I had any options at all. It’s been a week and still no reply. Unfortunate since I could’ve made my purchase at Garfield Mattresses with a 30-day exchange policy. Now, we are stuck with something too firm for us and will have to invest more money to fix it.If I’d gotten a call back, even one that said there was nothing to be done, I’d be giving them four stars.

What I would call, Bed Experts! Cheapest prices around, great knowledge, and name brands thats been in the industry since 1894. Love my new bed!

Bought a Mattress here n it was a big mistake i have only had about 6 to 8 months n i am sleeing on the springs i have never in my life had a mattress that isnt even lasting a year the spot i sleep in is already worse then the mattress i got rid of after 12 years worst mattress ever would not recommend them to anyone
