I certainly recommend this place. The man was so helpful in helping me select a refrigerator and answered all my questions. I thought that the prices were reasonable and there was a really nice selection of all kinds of appliances.When I need appliances in the future, I will definitely return to B & J Appliance & TV.

Fantastic customer service! We purchased a new washer for a great price and B&J delivered it same day. Unfortunately, this washer was defective out of the box. B&J responded quickly and swapped out the unit (on Christmas Eve) at no additional charge! They could have said it’s not their problem and directed us to work through the manufacture. But they didn’t and ensured we were properly taken care of. I highly recommend B&J Appliance!

I was in store total of 15 minutes item was purchased delivery set up and out the door very professional when delivered next day everything about the installation went perfect would suggest if you need new appliances visit them.

Repeat customer. I have over the past 20 years purchased 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 ovens, 3 dish washers, a refrigerator, and soon a new upright freezer. The repair man, the delivery guys, and the sales guy (Doug-I think he’s the owner not sure) but they are all great. They know their products well and have great customer service. I like to buy local and I will repeatedly return for great service and products. I would recommend them to others.

My grandparents bought a new washer and within 2.5 months of having it, it stops working.They still haven’t fixed it. A month now.According to the serial number, it was originally purchased from Lowe’s....Some shady business.Faulty products.Bad customer service.

I needed a part for my washer, its a older model. I called, they had one in stock. Went by the office, they had it waiting for me. The people was very helpful, and knew what I needed. When I got home, took about 20 min and washer was fixed. Sweet!! God Bless

Very helpful good selection and good pricing

A couple weeks ago my mother and I went and purchased a stove here. We spent over $500. We also needed the stove delivered and installed. The owner says for $50 the stove would be delivered and installed. So, I payed him $50 in the store, along with the price of the stove. Stove gets delivered. Delivery guy says, you owe me $110. I said, no sir, I payed the delivery and install charge at the store. He says, oh okay. The owner came to our house 2 weeks later at 7:30 pm asking me for the $110. I sayed, you told me $50 and I payed it at the store. He says, well my delivery guy did a lot why he was here. I said, he turned off the gas. He said, yes and thats going to cost you $110 extra. I said, well thats not what you said at the store. He said, oh yes I did. I then say, well give me the ticket. He said no. Just never come to my store again. You know, whats wrong with people? All of that bullying was very unnecessary. That is such horrible business. This man and his delivery man need to let people know what to expect before doing anything extra then delivery and install. I would have never allowed him to turn my gas off if I would have been told ahead of time that it was going to run me an extra $110. Merry Christmas BJ appliance.

If you want a deal, go to them, if you want customer service and your warranty honored, go somewhere else. Its been over two weeks , this is ridiculous. My neighbor had the same problem, wash machine wasnt working properly, their repair man couldnt fix and they take forever to make it right.
