My 4Runner had gotten totaled and I was on the look for the same type of car, unfortunately the rise in auto prices were making it difficult to find something similar to what I had. I found Springs Automotive Group online ( I live in New Mexico ) and found a 4Runner that was beautiful. Dan Eaton was real easy going about the process, and never once tried to sell me on anything I didnt need. ( extended warranty, extra this or that ) He met me close to the price I was trying to stay in, and got in touch after transporting it to NM to get the windshield replaced and paid for ( it was pretty speckled up ). I cant say anything negative about my experience with them. Buying a car is tough enough, but buying one out of state online I thought would be super difficult and Im glad I was wrong!

I bought this car over a mont ago. Bad service I took my car to service two days for nothing they didn’t check it, the car has missing screws on the belly cover my sun shade and other things. I still waiting for my spare key, and the car still in my garage the check engine is on I cant drive it tnk u for this nightmare.Thank you Dan for the support finally my car fixed just my spare key left pending 08/12/21.

I inquired about the car on Sunday. Even though they were closed, Dan contacted me on Sunday. I received a call from Shana Monday morning. I let Dan know that Shana contacted me. He said that they all worked together and it doesnt matter who I work with. When I went in I worked with Sara. I wish I could remember the finance persons name but he was great. From the time I walked in, till I drove off, I felt like I was working with a family and not different departments. They worked hard to earn my business but in a very respectful way. There was no pressure to buy. I am enjoying my purchase. I have no regrets.

Let me start by saying I’m reviewing this dealership in terms of selling your vehicle.I was helped by Monte and all I can say is, that man deserves a raise. I walked in there with a figure in mind that would leave me walking away happy and Monte pulled the strings to make it happen.I could tell how professional of a person he is as he always had my interests in mind and it was clear he wanted to make selling my car the easiest experience possible, and he did just that.If you ever need to sell a vehicle, take it to Monte and I promise you won’t be disappointed. I’m sure they are just as helpful with assisting you in buying a vehicle as well, I just can’t speak from experience on that.It’s unfortunate Springs Automotive Group isn’t the kind of place you go to on a weekly basis because you cannot beat the professionalism and customer service they have to offer.

Bought a 2000 mustang from these guys matter of two week I had take it in to fix a gas leak. After had problems with that car starting now having to take it back once again to get it fixed. Horrible and rude workers. Took two weeks to get the car fixed and now taking it back to be fixed again. Very disappointing. No lemon law so watch what you buy because these guys lie right to your face.

Buyer’s Beware!Or if you’re thinking about employment here. Read this first.If you plan to buy a vehicle from this company I advise you to do a pre-inspection before purchasing. They do fix vehicles before selling but when the price gets up there on certain repairs, they turn the other cheek and then the bill gets passed on to you. It’s a gamble with this company, you don’t know what you’re going to get.As a former employee I wouldn’t buy a car from here. Most of the Mechanics that are working on the vehicles before you buy it are inexperienced and don’t follow proper procedures. If you found your wheels loose it’s because they don’t torque them. So when you take that vehicle to pre-inspection have the shop torque them for you and they’ll tell you for them selves. If they don’t torque wheels just imagine what else?Let’s get down to how shady this company is. When it comes to pay they talk a good talk. When it’s time to get paid the Office Manager goes in to hiding and the Owner goes in to denial. My first check... was missing and I received it with my second check the following week. Their excuse was that they didn’t have my papers which I handed to the office Manager which she found later. Next they shorted me hours on my check. When I spoke to the Owner Brian, he fixed it and called it an honest mistake. And now for the reason why I’m leaving this review; I did not receive my last check. Called the Owner and he told me that there is no check and that I’ll have to pay for the last car I fixed. I tried everything I could to get that car fixed before I left. Even came in when I was supposed to start my new job on a Monday but came to Springs Automotive to finish the car which I had approval from the manager to do so but was told to leave when I started working. They did not have the decency to let me know ahead of time. I had to call them last Friday to be told this by the Owner. They’re not corresponding because I was upset and hung up when I heard what they were doing. It got me thinking that this happened before. So if you’re a future customer please take my advice. If you are a future employee enter at your own risk!

AMAZING! I found myself in a very unfortunate situation and needed a car for peace of mind ASAP. I was in contact with Denise and Shana. Both of them were awesome to deal with. Not only did Shana take the time to sit down with me and explain how everything works but assured me they would be able to work something out for me. They were both there for the whole process and I never once felt pressured into something I didn’t want. I appreciate them and the time they took to educate me and help me find an amazing car. Went down to Springs Automotive because I wanted to buy a car. My girlfriend had bought her car from them a year ago and to this day it has never had a problem. So for sure I went knowing they would be reliable and trustworthy (They did not disappoint). I arrived to the dealership and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly people. Took the car for a test drive and fell in love with it. Came back to the dealership with my mind made up. Denise made the process of buying the car super easy and she even helped find us car insurance! Denise was AMAZING! If you wanna buy a car definitely call her up! We met a kind, courteous salesman, DJ McManamon, who roped us in with honesty and a great car. Held off writing this review until I used my free tank of gas so I could properly evaluate my purchase, but as a small town teacher teaching virtually, it took 2 months to use it up. I love my car. The price was fair and the credit union they hooked me up with had a good deal. The manager and finance manager were very pleasant and it turned out to be one of my favorite shopping experiences since this whole crazy Covid nightmare began. BE WARY OF THIS BUSINESS!My family and drove into the Colorado Springs CO location to look at 2014 3500 LTZ priced to sell at 28999 - amazing price! We test drove it, got the Carfax and then crawled under the truck. Thats when we discovered the major oil leak, we told the sales guy Roy who then told the GM Andrea who said they would fix it for us. Awesome! Before they made the repair I wanted my mechanic to check out the truck, so...Few days later we drove back into town to take the truck to our mechanic to see if there might be anything else and there was - basically the truck need the major fluid changes too keep a diesel running great. Not a problem we asked if they would do that they said no ... Understandable they were still going to fix the rear engine main seal that was causing the leak. Great we are moving along with the deal, I have too keep calling to find out whats going on with the truck.We noticed a day later the price of the truck changed by 1500 increase. We asked if our walk in price we was still going to be valid.Here is where the company gets down right shady. They said because I hadnt put an offer on the truck before the repair that I would have to pay the new price? How does test driving it twice taking it to my mechanic to show an interest?What company does that, I find a major repair, even when your site states : Most Vehicles go through a rigorous VEHICLE INSPECTION from our ASE CERTIFIED Mechanics. Maybe they should pay me for finding the problem? 🙂I guess this truck didnt get looked at or it did and they are willing to sell a broken truck. Then youre going to make me pay for the repair and the companies lack of due diligence? Cant imagine how many cars they have flipped cause some of the owners wont check under the hood or crawl under.Glad I didnt get taken for this truck and it shows the type of person the owner and their managers are. If you do business with Springs Automotive make sure your vehicle is checked out cause they are in the business of flipping cars. They will not honor the price you walked in on.

Worked with DJ and bought a 2018 Outback there today. He was great! This is a no BS dealership. No pressure and professional. Stumbled upon them using the TrueCar app, was not aware of them until that day. It is not on “dealership row” but in a frontage road off Santa Fe. Everyone is super friendly and fair deals, many less than the big ones with tons of frills on Broadway. Recommended!

Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received by Eugene in the service department by his rudeness when I was dropping off my vehicle and by Shana’s profound rudeness when I was explaining my issues I’ve had with my vehicle since I purchased it.Austin in the service department and DJ in sales have always been very pleasant but due to the treatment and issues with the other workers I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.Im not pleased with how we were talked to by Shana and Eugene. Yes, a couple other vehicles were offered but at a much higher cost ($200+ more a month). I was already expressing that we couldnt afford anything more. We had to put more money into the Jeep regarding the initial issues that Rob, an amazing working, was trying to help us get all fixed. Ive worked customer service for over 20 years ago so I know how customers should be treated and not belittled.I just want other consumers to do their research on the companies they are thinking about doing business with and do a check on the vehicle theyre interested in like if theres recalls or any other issues. I recommend test driving and having a, separate from the companies, master tech to check out the vehicle before signing anything.

Horrendous experience. I purchased a used Chevy Tahoe that is now literally not drivable. I have had nothing but trouble since purchasing this vehicle. Ive been to the Springs Automotive service center 8 times in the past 3 months. They replaced a bunch of cheap parts and continue ignoring the transmission issues I keep telling them to fix. Their excuse is they cant duplicate the issue. My Tahoe now wont shift out of neutral and is stuck parked on the side of the road.

I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately.I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly.I have several other vehicles so I wasnt by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I cant express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

We put a $100 deposit down for them to bring a truck down from the springs. It took almost a week for them to finally allow us to look at the truck. We get there and didn’t like the truck so my boyfriend told them that we didn’t like it and we had other trucks to look at. They demanded to know where we were going to look at the truck and looked the other places up to where we were going. Mind you when he paid the $100 they said if we don’t like the truck that we will get a full refund. They took 30 minutes to get his money back. And they wouldn’t have even given his money back until he asked. Took 15 minutes to finally test drive the car because we had to send an email with proof of insurance when we could have done that through the week we waited for the truck. Horrible horrible customer service and will never buy from them.

I bought my car a couple months ago a Mercedes 320. Ever since having the car the tire pressure light has been on (which rob said was Normal and would eventually go off on its own but has not unless the codes are cleared but than it comes back on and now it’s been months and it has not gone off) I’ve checked my tires and they are fine which is good but I’m scared that one day I won’t know if a tire could be flat and potentially get into a wreck. I’ve taken the car in for other issues in the past and they have yet to resolve the tire pressure issue I just keep getting that it’s because it’s foreign car and they are known to do this.. ya but for how long? Months? Years? The tire pressure has been on since I’ve bought it off the lot. As well as my vehicle saying that I have the wrong key every time I try and start it.

My 18 year old daughter went in on her own to buy her 1st car, and I did not feel that she got a good deal. I felt the car was overpriced but, shes young and just didnt know any better. I was eager to go look at other cars and they absolutely hassle you into purchase at this place so beware, you cant just look and decide to look somewhere else they are persistent on the purchase. Alot of pressure. I purchased my car on Aug 15th and the middle consul on the car is missing a latch needed to close it completely, it flys open all the time and i have to literally put something on top of it all the time while driving to keep it closed such as a purse or anything with weight. Very unsafe, very uncomfortable riding in the car with something in the way of your arm rest all the time just to keep it closed. I was promised by the dealership in writing they would fix it and here we are October 5th and the furthest I have gotten to getting it fixed is me sending and email of photos to the shop. Eugene the shop person i have been emailing and calling because nobody called me to fix my consul like i was told someone would have, I had to reach out and do all the follow ups on my own I felt like I was harassing them at one point I legit have given up because they dont even care now that they have sold the car, i talked to the shop maybe almost two weeks ago and supposedly the part has not made it in the shop yet which i find very hard to believe i just think they hope i forget about it and fix it myself which is what it looks like im going to end up doing. Very unfortunate as I waited to give them a decent review in hopes of my consul being fixed but nope, I have to be honest. I would not purchase or recommend anyone here unless your desperate. I really wish I would have been more adamant on looking at other places for my choice. Very unfortunate experience I just want my consul fixed. I also have not received anything to registered my car and its due to be registered next week...how awesome....

Very disappointed. Dj rushed me into getting a car i told him I wanted to sleep on. Told him Id come back the next day but he said he was off, so i told him Friday, then he said ill come in on my day off. Thats how I knew he only cared about being the one to sell the car. Then he couldnt get my temp tags on and said its not broken i just dont have the right tools, just find out it was broken so now they have me driving back and forth to order a new one for me. When it should have been done right the first time. He was talking poorly about me to my father when he went in alone the next day. Im just very unhappy with my experience here at the Springs Automotive in Englewood. Wish I looked else where. Just beware they are all about getting the car sold that day and nothing else. Didnt seem like none of them cared. I just felt rushed threw all of it after I told them I didnt want to rush into anything.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I would be doing a HUGE disservice to this business if I didn’t.I was referred by a friend to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed with the Springs Automotive service department... and having already taken my jeep to my long time family mechanic and a Jeep dealership, I was a little unsure of taking it somewhere I have never been.Needless to say, they FAR exceeded any expectations I may have had. Not only did they did they fix my jeep, they did it for far less than the two prior quotes I had received, and they got it done incredibly FAST.I was told by multiple mechanics that the issues with my car we’re going to be very costly, very lengthy in time, and very difficult to do. This definitely was not the opinion I received from Mike at Springs, and it certainly wasn’t the case when it came to working with him/them.To top it all off, he was incredibly communicative and kept me up to date on what was going on and what needed to happen with it.I don’t think I will ever go to another mechanic again, and that even goes for the mechanic my family has been using for over 20 years.These guys are incredibly good at what they do, incredibly speedy with service, and very fair with their prices.I have DEFINITELY found my new favorite mechanics/service department!! If I ever need to buy a new car, I also know where I will go first!Do yourself a HUGE favor and go to Springs for any automotive needs you may have!

We have had a horrible experience with this place. We bought our car back in December, they agreed to replace the windshield and they did but they did not seal it right and the car leaked inside and ruined our stereo and now has electrical problems and after so many calls to the repair shop we finally got it in and they replaced the windshield for a second time (6 months later) and now we had to wait for a molding that apparently was broken, so the car sat in our garage for 5 weeks because apparently the part was ordered and when we tried to take it in on the 10th because that is the day we selected to take it in they told us later in the day that we did not have an appointment that day but the next day. We drove all the way over there and they did not say anything about the appointment being next day. We had originally called and we asked if we could move it to the 10th and they said yeah. We got so tired of this. We talked to different people there and in the end we ended up with a missing molding, stereo that got wet and is out and electrical problems. Anyway I would not recommend this place at all.

I would like to give a special thanks to the entire service department at Springs Automotive Group! Thanks for getting the job done fast and efficient when I was in a time crunch and in a bind from Brakes Plus in Parker changing my oil incorrectly, leaving me with an oil leak, and also incorrectly inserting the skid plate, which in turn left my new Audi undrivable...The service department at Springs had my vehicle towed from my place of work, fixed the problem with the skid plate, changed my brakes for 5x’s less than Brakes Plus quoted me, and also gave me another new oil change because when brakes plus changed the oil they left off the metal washer before replacing the drain plug! Not to mention Springs informed me that they actually broke the skid plate and also that leaving the skid plate the way the did could have caused an accident! Service @ SAG knows exactly...to the T...what they are doing with your most important means of transportation!!! Words cannot explain how thankful I am to Rob and Eugene and Sarge and everyone who helped me get my Audi back on the road safe! They are truly authentic and trustworthy!! I worked with many of the people here, they were all very nice and helpful. I needed to get a vehicle a.s.a.p. because mine died. They made this process very easy. I had a small down payment and horrible credit but they still got me approved. I ended up getting a nicer car then I expected I would be able to get. I wasnt planning on purchasing a car but after looking at the vehicles on the lot and Shaun helping us to find something in our price range, we drove off in a 2103 Ford Focus. Shaun was GREAT. He didnt pressure us, allowed us to look and ask questions on several vehicles. I came here at the recommendation of my boyfriend after my mechanic quoted me 4 grand for a bunch of work I didnt think i needed. Eugene and the crew were super efficient and friendly and told me I only needed $700 of work done and the rest was completely unnecessary at the moment. Theyre great about just doing what needs to be done and not trying to convince you into extra work just to make an extra buck. They did a great job repairing everything and the cars running great now. All around great experience, especially after my last mechanic. I will definitely be coming here from here on out and referring all my friends and family!

Short to the point horrible customer service bought a used $40k suburban ltz 2016 and inside of 30 days seat belt doesn’t work and rear entertainment system is missing remotes and two headsets guess shame on me for not checking every nook and cranny. Wife emailed Dan and not a single word or call. They even super glued the Z on the ltz on the passenger side. You guys pulled one over on the disabled veteran but rest assured I’ll be referring everyone away from you and your poor poor customer service. Currently at Chevy dealer getting things fixed and serviced not even a oil change was done.Follow up to my review Rob from service called and worked diligently to resolve the seatbelt issue and promptly addressed our concerns for that rating will be 4 stars for the main concern was addressed.

I have bought a 2011 4-Runner from Springs.All the sales people here are really nice. They didnt do any hard sells or play the car salesman games. The price was very reasonable compared to all the others on the market.I have since gone back to have my oil changed and they really try to take care of their customers. I used the coupon book they sent to me and saved $15.00.

Bought a truck from them less than a month ago; so far so good. I will be going back to them in the next couple of days for some service issues to hold them accountable to their 4 and 5 star reviews.The service I received was excellent! Johnny was my salesman and did as much as he could to make this purchase happen, as did Dave.After walking through all the dealerships on Broadway, I can say that Johnny, Dave, and the rest of the Spring Automotive Team were the most professional, timely, and understanding of all the dealers I dealt with that day. Now, only time will tell if they did their due diligence on my truck and sell quality vehicles. One can only detect so much from a short test drive. Dave was very busy when we stepped on the lot, had been working (we found out later) 10 hours already, but was accommodating, friendly, and still working hard to make us happy. About 90 minutes later I drove my new super clean Mazda SUV off the lot.Springs automotive got me within $16 of my target monthly payment, with what I might call less than perfect credit.Springs is a good little auto lot. Clean! They run a tight ship. Daves a good guy, too. He was nice to work with, easy to get along with.We are satisfied customers!

At the beginning of January I began speaking with Dane Eaton, the locations Sales Manager, about the possible purchase of a 2013 Jaguar XF. He was very helpful and even willing to work with me on the down payment to help get me in the car. I drove up from Durango to pick up the vehicle on January 8th. Everything went smooth and I was on my way back to Durango. Once I got to Conifer the vehicle overheated. I thought it was definitely weird but I pulled over and topped off the coolant as the tank was nearly empty. Once the vehicle cooled down I began on my way again. I got to Wolf Creek Pass outside of Pagosa Springs when it overheated again. At this point I knew there was a definite issue. Fast forward to the next day I spoke to Dan and he said they would do whatever it takes to get the vehicle fixed, and even said we would be able to reimburse you for a rental. I took the vehicle to a local shop that figured the issue was a faulty coolant reservoir cap. I was obviously stoked as it was a simple quick fix. However about 60 miles later the vehicle overheated again. I took the vehicle back to the local shop and was informed they arent familiar enough with Jaguar vehicles to diagnose the issue. At this point my main contact at SAG is Rob in the service department. He was super helpful throughout the entire process. After the local shop wasnt able to correct the issue Rob recommended I take the vehicle to the closest Jaguar dealership, which was in Albuquerque. I obviously had to rent a car in Albuquerque to get back and to have a vehicle once I was back in Durango. The Jaguar dealer diagnosed the issue as needing a new Water Pump and Thermostat, all together about $1300 the fortunately SAG paid for minus a $100 deductible. Once everything was said and done and I had my Jaguar back I was out one day of works wages, gas to run to ABQ and back twice, $40 in Coolant, and about $700 in rentals. I wasnt even worried about the lost wages or gas. Dan Eaton that originally said he would reimburse the rental, now says he will only do $100 of the rental. What was going to be a great review because of how helpful and sorry they were to sell me a car with obvious issues is now a 1 star because they went back on their word. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! The only one I had a pleasant experience with was Rob.

From the time I walked into the showroom, I felt a totally different car buying experience, one I have never felt before. Geo was amazing, funny, knowledgable, cared about what was best for me, and truly informative. Dave, was equally awesome, not just trying to do a car deal, but he cared enough to make sure the deal would fit my needs. Ive never experienced a car lot treating you more like a family member than a customer. I hope providing a detailed account of my experience will help those of you considering Springs.I purchased a lemon. Problems have come up every month in the 6 months Ive owned this car. Im actively looking to replace the car.My experience has made me draw the following conclusions:1. Springs knowingly and willingly sold me a car that had major problems2. Springs doesnt conduct inspections beyond visual inspections to assure safety or reliability. If they in fact do, then:3. Springs failed to fix said major issues and only fixed items that would have been identified during a visual inspection4. Springs hasnt met their high standard with regards to [...] how to do business, as the website claims, nor has it demonstrated our commitment to excellence.5. Springs is more concerned with their bottom line than it is with providing a product that is safe and reliable for their customers.Having them sell me a lemon is one thing. But what REALLY peeves me is the fact that when I sent my email sharing my disappointment and the problems, the owners/management never reached out to me - only the service manager has. They still to this date havent followed up to see if my problems have been addressed. If that level of customer services bothers you, you should consider doing business elsewhere. I made an error in judgment. If you are just browsing vehicles and have an option to go to a real dealership, I would highly advise you to do so. If you want to buy a car from here, please pay very close attention to your test drive AND have it checked out by another shop.--------------------------------------------***UPDATE***As a result of my initial review, the feedback it prompted from Springs, and the work that was completed, I am updating my review from 1 star to 3. Heres why it improved:- I dont think its often a used car lot would go the lengths of correcting a situation like Springs did. I primarily worked with Mike, who runs the service department, and he was a completely stand-up guy. Always professional, never an attitude, and always straight to the point. I really liked working directly with him since he was respectful and easy to talk to. I cant praise Mike enough and made sure I let him know my appreciation throughout the process.- Mostly, its because Springs technically didnt have to make repairs, but did it anyway. Granted the repairs werent that major like a transmission or engine swap, but they could have dodged the whole situation and they didnt. I give them credit for standing up to their word.However, heres why my review didnt improve any more than a 3:- They knowingly sold me a car that was broken. They could have very well done these repairs before selling the car, and save me multiple trips and the probably $200 I spent on getting to and from work. I understand trying to make money off a car, but selling a car with a failing AC compressor and catalytic converter makes it seem like they were more concerned with the bottom line than selling a quality product. So, I think they sold me a broken car is a reason in itself.- When I first brought up the problems the car was having, neither the salesperson Johnny nor the management team contacted me to follow up. It wasnt until repair issues had stalled that I made my initial Yelp review, which then prompted a call from the management team. I feel that the reactionary move was for the sake of protecting their reputation than it was for fixing a broken car. Again, I give Springs credit for making the repairs, but I feel that the reason for doing so wasnt for the right reason. I could be entirely wrong about their motive, but thats just how it seems after the way things played out. The initial reaction was what left a sour taste in my mouth. I feel that an apology would have gone a long way to smoothing things over.

Springs Automotive was the best vehicle buying experience Ive ever had. After we hit a deer and our old car was totaled, Springs Automotive turned up when I was searching for a replacement. I was dreading walking onto a used car lot, expecting high pressure, sleazy sales guys, but was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, bright, well organized, and, best of all, the sales guys were pleasant and respectful. After the purchase, we had a minor issue with the detailing of the car that they were quick to take care of. Springs Automotive changed my expectations of what a user car dealership can be.

BUYER BEWARE: last week, I went in to look at a low-priced car. It was a total junker that wouldnt even start (bad sign, BTW = gimmick to get you in). Then, the dealer showed me a few other crappy cars and finally a pretty nice 1999 Honda Civic at $5.6k, which was a bit out of my budget, but doable. Luckily, the financing had some hang-ups and we had to wait... In the meantime, I did a lot of research on the car. Its worth about $3.5k (i.e. they have it marked up +$2k, which is almost twice the value its worth). When they called back about the financing, I explained they over-priced the car and after some haggling, their best price was the highest end of Kelly Blue Book + some maintenance and cleaning + the dealer fee (which says in-house that its about maintenance and cleaning fees!!!!!!!) + tax. So, Id walk out of there with a $5k car worth $3.5k. Never mind the fact theyd already tried to rip me off, they were doing it again. Id recommend looking ANYWHERE but here as the other dealers Ive called about cheaper cars (like the original junker I looked at) have told me over the phone about their issues and been HONEST about the cars. Especially, because a week later, SAG still has that 99 Honda Civic for 5.6k and a more run down version of the same car in Colorado Springs for, guess, $5.6k. They clearly overprice ALL their cars, which is ridiculous when we all know they didnt pay over $600 for that Civic as a trade in.

Typical used car salesmen. Didn’t listen to what I was looking for, ignored what I said my price range was and tried to pitch me something that was beyond what I wanted to pay. Even after I said no to the car I test drove I still got multiple texts and calls from both Kipp and Joe wanting to learn what next steps were. They don’t listen and it’s clear they were desperate for a sale. Stick to purchasing from a dealership.

Spent $45k on a dodge pick up. That had a vibration. They said they would fix it. They even put it in the we owe statement. Tried to schedule appointment that day, they kind of blew me off and said to just call to schedule an appointment. Call after call and leaving messages with no one call back. Took 2 months to finally was able to get a hold of someone from service to schedule a time. Was told they were moving shops and changing numbers. I dropped my truck off. Took them a week for them to even look at the truck. Finally they tell me that it needed new tires and alignment they did rotate the tires (only made it worse!) Since I didnt have the work completed within 30 days of buying the vehicle it would be on my dime (they did offer to get me tires at their cost). I was only notified of the 30 day time limit at this point.One would think that a dealer would inspect a vehicle and fix any major issues prior to selling it. One test drive and the issue was apparent.If a service shop wont answer the phone or call a customer back how can customer get the repairs done within the 30 day window? Seems real shady.I wouldnt recommend buying a vehicle from them if you do make sure you have it checked out by another shop and that all issues are fixed prior to buying. Seems like they get the cars and let the customers discover what is wrong!

Terrible company! Gave me and my daughter weeks of excuses about her loan. Never returned a single phone call. Tried to blame my wife for not communicating. Went there 3 times trying to get our deposit back between 8 to 5 when they told us to. On 2 separate occasions they had angry customers there. Should have been my first clue. They still have not communicated with me about my application, not that it even matters. Stay away!!
