These guys took on a next to impossible task and executed it so well. Imported 1993 Nissan Skyline GT-R was rear ended and I was convinced it was a lost cause. No other shop was willing to take it in. These guys went above and beyond to help me and the results speak for themselves.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Hampden and all their employees are. We had to bring our Subaru in after accidentally ripping the antenna off while backing out of the garage. Since we did not want our premiums to go up, we had to pay out of pocket. On top of it all, we had just moved across country and were extremely worried about all our expenses. After visiting three other body shops, I knew Hampden was where I wanted to go because All the employees (I spoke with Giancarlo, Brian, and the technician whose name I didnt get) took the time to explain to us all the possible options and they were the only ones who took photos when writing up the estimate. When Giancarlo wanted to be sure about his thoughts, he even called the technician over so that his estimate would be as precise as possible. In total, they spent an hour with me just on the estimates (even offered to give me mutliple based on what degree or repair we wanted to do.) The estimates themselves were way more comprehensive than all the other shops I visited and only Hampden noted that for a Subaru like mine a technician from the dealer might have to come and check the EyeSight system after the repairs are done (which is a flat fee of $350). In other words, every other body shop (likely intentionally) low balled us. And the wonderful work of Hampden didnt stop there! They finished the job within a day and a half (which saved us the expense of a rental car) and ended up being able to do the repair for more than 300 dollars less than what they had estimated. I honestly have never seen a body shop be so honest and not charge at least what the estimate was if not more. This whole experience was so needed as we have had a hard summer and could not afford a big expense with the car. Thank you to everyone at Hampden again! I cannot recommend them enough.

The damage to the door of my truck was not large in size but it was in a place that made a repair extremely difficult. And because of the age of my truck, a factory replacement door is no longer an option. Two other shops declined to work on it claiming it could not be done. What they really meant was that they did not have the talent, expertise, know how, or experience. Eric at Hampden Auto Body however, is nothing short of brilliant. He is an artist; a skilled surgeon. He projected complete confidence in his abilities and knew within 60 seconds of seeing the damage that he could repair it. It would not be an easy job though. And the final product - absolutely amazing!My truck is 19 years old but I have taken exceptionally good care of it and its in excellent condition. I also have a keen eye for detail and the work done was without question to my high standards and expectations. Everyone at Hampden Auto Body was friendly, customer focused, detail oriented, and professional. Repaired body damage to my car after I was hit by another driver. The work is beautiful—can’t tell there was ever any damage. They did a great job on the work but couldn’t reach an agreement with the insurance company and I ended up paying for a small portion of my repair out of pocket. I don’t know if that’s an issue with the body shop or the insurance company.

There are two Infiniti Certified body shops in the Denver area. The first one I used a couple of years ago was Landmark Lincoln Collision Center. I had many quality issues and had to take my car back multiple times for the same claim/repair. When I needed body work again I tried the other Infiniti Certified body shop in the Denver area, Hampden Auto Body. Let me tell you from personal experience - if you have an Infiniti and need Infiniti Certified body work on it, use Hampden Auto Body! The quality and customer service are like night and day when compared to Landmark Lincoln Collision Center. The people at Hampden Auto Body actually care. Huge shout out to Mike Ross! Love these guys! They always do great work and are super easy to deal with. I am a repeat customer and I will always come back to them for my auto body repairs. I recently side swiped my brand new car against a concrete pillar in my parking garage. Needless to say I quite upset. Mike Ross and his staff were not only a joy to work with but my car looks brand new again. I also like that they are family owned and operated and they were very safety conscious during this time of Covid. Hampden Auto Body did a great job repairing my Infiniti G37. The work was completed earlier than I expected, the cost was on budget, and best of all you cant tell where the work was done. Unhappy with the service, had my car in for changing the hood, said 3 days to get the work done,I called on 4th day they said they needed another day, they didn’t call me to inform that there were delays. I called again on the 5th day, they still didn’t get it done yet and Didn’t even bother to call me to let me know that they were behind, finally on the 6th day they got it done. I went pick up the car without any apologies for their bad service. Never again!

Let me start by saying I couldnt be anymore happy with the job itself as when my car was finally completed, it exceeded my expectations. Not only was the repair completed which was perfect....the shop also took time to throughly wash my vehicle including sparking the tires. Even the inside was detailed, smelled awesome & the car was vacuumed as well! On top of that, the technicians are honest as they found 60$ in my car I forgot about and rightfully returned it. Brian, one of the owners/partners took time and was very careful with listening to my overall concerns and did a great job of trying to smooth things over. Job well done to say the least. Next, let me say I was a different kind of customer as I was not going through my insurance company and needed to pay out of pocket fully for rental. Upon inception, I was told from Giancarlo that normally this type of repair takes a week but certainly could take longer. So I took out a rental for 10 days figuring this would be adequate. The estimate was detailed and at first I had problems with the verbiage that read “actual charges may be different than what is quoted” seeming it wouldn’t protect the customer. After inquiring about this terminology...I was told between 0-10% of vehicles with similar repairs do get charged more based on what is quoted. I was charged roughly 100$ more which I had no problems with as the final invoice did check out and was easy to interpret. My problems with this shop are based on several miscommunications, most of which could have been easily avoided with just better customer service. The first issue I had was that the shop DID NOT set the expectation on how long it would take to complete. I would always want a conservative figure and if they told me it would have taking 2-3 weeks to get this particular job done….I would not have had the work done here. After 8 days, I did receive a one sentence email stating “your vehicle is now in the painting process”. I have no idea what that means and nothing else was said. I called back soon after and still did not get a realistic time frame as to when the work would be completed and felt totally in the dark. On the 11th day, a Friday before the weekend, I got an email stating that the work was not completed and still no rough idea on when it would be completed. So I did respond and state that I was disappointed in the overall service level and also added it was a mistake to have the repairs done with Hampton Auto Body. I got a response from the owner Mike who was trying to help, stated they did have a special agreement with Enterprise for a discounted rental shop rate. I responded back stating the information that was just told to me should have been communicated when I dropped the car off as by the time I received this email, I had already booked another rental agency at a premium spending much time to lock it in after my existing rental was terminated. I was told by Mike personally that I would get a follow-up call on Monday. Monday came and went as did Tuesday with no email or call. I responded with a snotty email on Wednesday morning, clearly frustrated that read “you guys must not care about your reputation”. I felt it was deserved seeming that I was totally in the dark and all contacts knew that I was already unhappy with the service level. So I did get a call from the owner Mike shortly thereafter and it did not go well. He took the email as a threat which it clearly was not. He made some excuses based on recent COVID layoffs. I asked him to stop talking over me. He did not and I had to hang up the phone after asking him repeated times. As a business owner myself, he should have WANTED to hear about the mis-communications while taking ownership of the matter. u2028u2028A few more days went by as I asked for as little communication as possible. The work was completed on the 18th day, and the communications on the day I checked out were smooth for the most part. u2028u2028It seems like this shop is currently taking in more than it can chew. Hampden Auto Body did a hail repair on my F150, they cut the roof off, and put a new roof on. Five years later I took it to another body shop to have some other work done and they pointed out the roof was rusting and the seal wasn’t properly applied causing the roof to rust. Caliper collision said the roof should be warrantied by Hampden Auto Body.Yesterday I visited Hampden Auto Body with Mike Ross. He said that wasn’t covered under warranty, gave me a quote and sent me down the road. So they say they warranty their work but in this case they said they wouldn’t.Nice people, fair craftsmanship, poor warranty.Repair recommended: remove light surface rust, put on a rust inhibitor, and apply epoxy down the seam was $300.00-$600.00.

This body shop definitely deserves all of the good reviews it has. They did a great job repairing some fairly major damage to our SUV, and they performed the work well enough that I cant even tell it was damaged. They also stayed on top of the other guys insurance company to ensure our rental car was paid for properly. Hopefully I wont need their services again, but if I do, I would definitely return.

They are efficient and affordable. I got a quote from another business for a simple, straight forward repair and Hampden Auto Body was $200 cheaper. They also offer an express service (for appropriate repairs) and completed all the work in an hour while we waited. They even cleaned our car, inside and out, when they were done! The staff were all very nice, as well, and pleasant to work with. Last, I appreciate that they will communicate with you via email, which makes life easier when phone communication is difficult during the work day. If we (sadly) need body work in the future, this is right where we will go!

Phenomenal service for a repeat customer. I got lightly rear-ended on an icy day in my Land Cruiser back in January. Had Brian look at it and give me an estimate. Booked an appointment for April when I was traveling on the spot. The estimate was accurate and the price was what they said it would be.This was my second time with Hampden and wont be the last. (Well, hopefully I wont ever need them again but if it does happen...Ill be back!)

*Consumer beware* They estimated my truck $700 lower than my original shop that I go to. Then came back and charged me more after they broke my truck down and got into the work halfway before pointing out obvious work that needed to be done to complete the work. They then ordered the wrong parts. The 1 week job took over 3 weeks. I was called to pick it up after it was finally done. I took an Uber to get there only to find out my truck still wasnt ready! They offered no compensation for wasting my time or my travel costs to get there. The truck was dirty on the inside (dust from sanding). I had the truck detailed before I dropped it off. The decals were not installed. When talking to the owner about all the complications, he gave me attitude.To top it all off, the work failed in less than a year!It may look good when you pick it up, but the work on my truck failed.

This was my second experience (March 2016) with Hampden Auto Body and I was just as equally impressed with their service and work as the first time. Even though they were very busy after a recent snow storm they still made me feel like my car repair was very important to them. The staff worked very hard to get me the very best estimate and price on parts and kept me well informed all the way through. I was especially impressed when I went to pick up my car and they commented that not only did the guys in the back remember my car but they fixed more then I expected at no cost. And the excellent price I received initially on the replacement parts even got better as they continued to work even after the initial estimate to find a better price on the parts for me. I cant think of many times that when I went to pay for a service that the bill decreased! I would to back to Hampden again and recommend it especially to other females like myself who are looking for a full team of professionals that can be trusted! Thanks again everyone at Hampden!!

Not a great experience. I was told this week or next 5 weeks in a row. I was told initially the entire process would take 4 to 6 weeks and the total duration was 3 months. The quality is ok, but something is also rattling in the tailgate that wasnt there before now as well. Everyone was nice, but not effective communicators.

When I went to sell my Honda Civic, I found out it needed some hail damage repair. Mike and Brian walked me through the claims process with my insurance company so I was able to have it repaired and get top dollar for my car. I just brought my new car in for a new windsheild and, again had great service. If I ever have a car accident (knock on wood) I will never take my car to any other body shop. These guys are the best in Denver.

After being rear-ended on Sheridan, my Infiniti G37 hard-top convertible needed work. Hampden Auto Body worked with my schedule (and scheduled the work on my car while I was on a trip) and handled the nightmare insurance that the other driver had. The work was done in October and every day I look at my car, I realize you cant tell anything was done. Its perfect. My roof works like a charm (the rear had been dented in), no weird rattles or bumps, and my car looks like new. I immediately had a good feeling after talking with Mike; he was friendly, yet professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. I brought the car in the following Monday and was told it would be finished in about five days, yet I was doubtful because his parking lot was full of people bringing in their cars. THREE days later he called and said my car was ready. The work done was clearly perfect and no one can tell anything happened in the previously dented area. Im not only given Hampden Auto Body top reviews for the reasons mentioned above-but also for the little above-and-beyond details such as emailing me updates following every step of the repair process as well as taking care of the rental car details. I am beyond happy with Hampden and would definitely recommend them to friends/family!

A fender bender four hundred miles from home might have ruined our Christmas holiday if Mike and the crew at Hampden Auto Body hadnt worked so efficiently with our insurance company and their adjusters. Hampden Auto Body is a top-of-the-line auto collision shop - quality work and excellent customer service. Over the years now Ive used them on several occasions after accidents, and have been both pleased and impressed with the results every single time.

From the time I walked in the door to leaving, the customer service was excellent. I had no appointment prior and did not have to wait long at all before an inspector helped me. The shop works with top-end vehicles and is certified with many brands. Giancarlo Sarmiento took a look at the two inch puncture in the quarter panel. Though the puncture was small enough to what some shops would suggest welding and bonding, Giancarlo immediately recommended a quarter panel replacement over bonding due to the nature of the 2018 car. He said his shop is capable of ordering the part but he admitted he would rather have it done by the only BMW-certified shop he knew in Colorado. Each vehicle protocol for repairs is different with specific requirements. He wrote down directions and encouraged I reach out to them. That is such honesty and I absolutely appreciate this shop for doing what is best for the customer. Having contacted the BMW Body Works by Murray, they explained the process and said Mr. Sarmiento at Hampden AB was absolutely correct in his diagnosis and did me a huge favor; meanwhile other shops would have attempted the job just for the business. They have my absolute respect.Hampden Auto Body doesnt settle and only gets the job done right!

Could only imagine the customer service. While out on a work run (I deliver tires) I made a wrong turn and had to make a U-turn in there parking lot. Now I drive a box truck not a normal car, there lot was perfect for me to make a turn and I made it.As Im about to pull out of the area, someone has the nerve to run out and yell that I cant make a u-turn here! Not nice and calm, rude and pissed for no reason. I will surely never do business here.

I am so disappointed in the shop! I was told on Friday my car was on the rack and they would know everything by Monday. Tuesday I was told they were almost finished with the discovery on it Id know by morning. Today I was told they need an additional 3 or 4 more days to finish the discovery on it.This is unacceptable they have had my car for over a week now more then enough time for the discovery and anything else.My insurance company is now arranging for my car to go to anther shop and will no longer recommend Hampden Auto Body to anyone!My Insurance company finely had to send an adjuster out and totaled my car after waiting 3 weeks to hear back from this shop.January 7, 2014:Revived a call from Mark today complaining about my review. More or less I am wrong he never told me the things I was told (insert eye-roll here)!And because of my unfavorable review he wont ever do business with me again! Really Mark, you think I will bring any cars back to a shop that lied and kept me waiting 3 + weeks? Then have the nerve to call and expect me to remove my bad review? I will tell anyone and everyone to take their cars to Hopps auto body down the road. Now there is a reliable and trust worthy auto body shop!I stand by my original review, and find it very disrespectful that Mark thinks it is alright to call someone and try and bully them into removing a bad review!Too bad I cant give an even worse review then this one.... All I can say now is two thumbs down!

Wanted to replace the lock cylinder for the driver side door on my Jeep Cherokee, The price was OK over the phone. Then once you get there, they have a whole different script for you. Took my business 2 blocks down the road, they got it done in 20 minutes for $20 less.

Hampden Auto Body was referred to me by a couple of friends and associates. It is an accredited body shop, but did not live up to the standards that come with it.The paint work was mediocre at best, with many imperfections, even on the brand new OEM parts. Imperfections included: running of paint, drops of clear-coat hanging off of body, painted over sticker, a section without clear-coat, and chips that were clear-coated over. They also used glue to repair a loose bezel without asking me, which was to be repaired myself. The vehicle was returned with zero fender liner retainers, where there were previously. There was also a trim panel that was to be repaired at the cost of the insurance company, but was not touched. Lastly, when I was provided my old parts, there was a section of my grille assembly I was not given.The work was not worth the several thousand dollar price, and I would not recommend this business to anyone, purely due to the poor work.
