Quaint little Asian food market with a variety of Korean goods. Not many options for fresh produce when I visited, and its a bit small but the prices were very very reasonable. The shop owner was so kind and friendly. They organise their inventory well so its very easy to find what youre looking for. They also have a jumbo size pack for gochujang!

Great market! Has a large variety of asian groceries. The guy behind the counter provided excellent service and when I was talking with him, he noticed that I accidentally grabbed the wrong variety of the product I was looking for...I would have bought the wrong item if werent for him. I will definitely go back again.

Carries most of the necessities for Asian cuisine. They have a small selection of produce (including radish, scallions, cabbage), a decent selection of sauces and herbs/spices, frozen seafood, and other things like instant ramen and curry. The owners are also friendly and helpful.

I walked in out of the rain looking for a place I could purchase authentic kimchi and some other hard to find Asian ingredients for cooking at home. The owners of the quaint little store were extremely friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed, as well as some things I didn’t know I needed. I have been looking for a place where I could purchase authentic Asian ingredients for the meals I cook at home and my search is now over. I will be a regular customer from now on. Better yet, the owner let me know that she holds cooking classes to teach how to prepare authentic dishes, too. I am looking forward to attending one of those classes and expanding my menu for at home with my wife and kids.

We went in there the other day and Im assuming it was the owners that assisted us. They were VERY courteous and even gave us recipes to try out on our own. They were extremely helpful when I asked for help finding what would go good with the recipe I was trying.Would definitely go there again!

Looked small at first and I was concerned they didnt have any produce- it was in the fridge. Maybe not the best place to go if you want to get your whole weeks worth of groceries (and youre not Asian or primarily eat Asian cuisine) since they dont have non-asian foods like avocados or bananas or lentils (I dont think they had milk either) etc. I did however do my shopping here for the week (more like two weeks really) and Im glad with all I got. I was looking for many things they didnt have in the supermarket like dried shiitake mushrooms, gochujuang, the long tiny mushrooms, some bean sprouts, wonton wrappers, Napa cabbage etc. Didnt see any lemongrass though (for viet cooking). They might have had it but Im not very good at finding things. Their produce looked very good probably in part due to the fact they kept it in the fridge. The spinach came with the stem the way it usually does in Asian countries which made me happy. Even found some 100% vegan dumplings which Im very happy about considering Ive never seen vegetable 包子 anywhere in the US (although I have veggie postickers all the time) and its cool that the wrapper was also vegan since Ive been on a plant-based diet. Itd be nice if they also sold soy curls (note to the owner) and lemongrass. Overall, Im happy with the experience and would go back. However I dont think I will soon for car-related reasons.

Large selection of essential items needed for most asian foods sold here the atmosphere is friendly and its a nice quick place they offer authentic tea sets drawings and some light oriental furniture as well. I was able to make a miso soup from scratch as well as their meats, vegetables and tofus are very fresh. They offer a mildly large variety of sauces and spices as well. And one of the few places I know of that you can buy authentic japanese Mayonaise and Mochi.

Back when it was in Springfield, this was my go to store when I was in town. Now that they are in Connecticut, they have no snack or drinks just random sculptures and limited korean/Japanese products for cooking. Its sad they had to move but its sadder to see the store so empty.

Great service, a wonderful selection for such a small shop, their prices are very reasonable, and Im super exited about the fresh made kimchi. Having lived on the west coast for the last many years, I had gotten spoiled to the taste of good kimchi, which simply can not be found in jars made in a factory setting who knows where, and shipped who knows how many miles in varying temperatures. I will be coming back.
