Also had custom ideas for a setting and the jeweler was very confident that they could give my fiancé exactly what they wanted. Brought my engagement ring to them, which was originally purchased from them in 2014, to get fixed. Ring was completed earlier than expected and looked as beautiful as the day I got it! Went in last week because I had been admiring earrings I saw on one of their posts for over a month. I went in and asked if they still had them. They told me they only had gotten two of them and they were gone but that they had just re-ordered and a shipment would be coming in Tuesday. They took my name and number and said they would call me when they arrived. they called me today and I went right over to get them after work. They are beautiful, the pictures do not do them justice. Together, they were able to help me create the perfect bracelet. They recommended sending my bracelet to an engraver who has done amazing work for their customers in the past. I brought a silver necklace and a gold cross and chain in that I’ve had for many years to have the clasps fixed on one and replace on the other . Both items came back to me Way better than I drop them off the clasps are both very secure now and the jewelry looks better than the day I bought it due to the care they took with each piece .
