Very helpful in getting a COVID Test for a friend.

Run-of-the-mill…nothing special at this location. Expect nothing better than an average customer service experience and marginal inventory.

Went here with girlfriend for covid vaccine. She’s super afraid of getting shots, but the woman that helped us was super understanding and comforting, walking her through the whole process. Don’t know why the other reviews are so low. 👍

Idk why everyone is so heated at this poor cvs Ive dropped in this place every now and again for prescriptions and misc otc stuff for like two decades and never encountered a single problem or poor experience. Pharmacists are always helpful and willing to answer any questions, vaccination staff were very helpful and professional... Like what are you clowns so angry about lets simmer down Karen

Always nice when I go. Sometimes a little backed up, but no biggie.

Rude, inattention, they chater with each other while ignoring ppl in line. Its disconcerting to stand in line waiting on a prescription while the staff has a chuckle fest grabbing pills.

Staff are friendly and helpful, Shelves are always stocked!Everything is easy to find and the store layout is great!Their seasonal section is always fun to look at! Great Job!

Store hours are incorrect online and when you call the store direct. Seems like the folks running the store arent very good at it.

Pharmacy has nest personnel

I dont get my scripts filled here because its not close to home. But I like shopping here. At least the medicine shelves are not inundated w/2For offers. I couldnt find cod liver oil. I asked a pharmacist &she couldnt find any either after saying that it should be on the shelves. I did Not notice discourtesy by the staff even though they were obviously preoccupied neither on this occasion nor on prior visits.

The pharmacist here gives me problems on filling my prescriptions. Even though my doctor calls in the prescriptions on what I need.She actually was very rude and tells me that my insurance will not fill it. When I got very upset and told them my doctor will be calling you.Then she goes oh wait minute let me check my computer and then she puts it through. There is no reason to do this to a person at all. I will not be coming here anymore for my medicine.

Jaclyn at Cvs Pharmacy was pretty much the worst person I’ve ever encountered. Lazy, rude and down right nasty. Will not get my prescriptions at Cvs Pharmacy again because of this animal.

Wow, everyone and anyone is right, this is the worst CVS in the entire The Southern Tier.I found it odd that a CVS would have a rating of 2.2, but now I know why. Associates, pharmacists, and staff are; lazy, rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Thankfully I only had to come here for a transfer, and that will be the last time I ever step foot in this CVS.The worst!

Went to this CVS for a Flu Shot. Cashier was very rude and sarcastic. Woman who gave the shot was about as warm as a box of ice cubes.

Ii came through the drive through to pick up my medication and the assciate just gave me a blank stare. Like without a Hello, How are you? Or even how can I help you. I wish when you come to the pharmacy part of this CVS, the associates would be a little more nicer, friendlier & curtious. It does not cost anything to be nice to people. If they dont like their job pass it down to some one that would appreciate it. Please teach ceryain associates to be curtious.... It does not cost anything.
