Inexperienced rep cost me a free phone, did not know how to use software, and knew nothing about phones. Second rep more interested in texting than providing customer service. Had to beg him to call manager. Manager did not care to resolve situation. Mario at Corporate claimed he would call store and assist- never did. TERRIBLE company to deal with. Total Wireless on the other hand provided extraordinary and customer service.
